Asked for availability and was told that my dog could get groomed,(all I wanted was a bath and nails trimmed) When I arrived I was told that I needed shot records or no service. Fluffy's has been amazing to our dog, Huey! I was a little hesitant to take him to daycare as I had a poor experience with communication at our last daycare. But Fluffy's has put me so much at ease as Huey seems to love it there! He is typically boarded there as the drive is a little far to drop him off before work, but it's well worth it if I ever need to. Each time he comes home, he is always fully worn out and naps the rest of the day. One of my favorite things about Fluffy's is their report cards they send out. Each report card includes a couple pictures as well as some demeanor descriptors. It helps me feel more at ease seeing how much Huey is enjoying his time at Fluffy's, as well as knowing how he is behaving in daycare or during boarding. This was my second time using this Resort my first experience was about 2 yrs ago and it was great. This time was a little different my dog smells bad which is no problem that's fixable with a bath. She had a bunch of other dogs hair under her paws, which means the floors need to be dusted more often. She wanted water really bad as if she hasn't drink for days or it's very hot in the back. Last but not least she has a cut or bite mark under her right eye and a cut on her lip which really has me Mad.. I asked the young lady at the front if she knew how she got it or what happened and she had no clue. She tried to say maybe she was play fighting WTH!! I really wanted to like Fluffy's, but our first experience was not positive. The first day we received a report card for both dogs, along with a picture which was nice. BUT, when we picked the dogs up, we were told that our little dog had diarrhea and our big dog had laid down in it. When they brought them out, our big dog was covered in diarrhea. I can't figure out why they didn't at least rinse him off since they knew he had gotten into it. We had to bathe him when we got him home and it was obvious that it had been on him for a while, as it was dried up on his fur. The next day we awoke to find that BOTH dogs had severe diarrhea. Since they were fine when we dropped them off, I've got to believe that they got it from Fluffy's. We won't be going back. read more

Ooooo Fluffy's . WOW! I really didn't want to give you all a chance but did anyway since I had an emergency situation and needed a sitter asap. Well, as SOON as I walked into this establishment I was hit with a STRONG bleach smell...and I was only in the lobby. So even though I was already uneasy, I started to ask the receptionist several questions to ease my mind before I decided to board my furbaby. Well well well, as I asked the questions I felt like the receptionist was giving me BS answers. Trust I asked ALOT. Well, I wanted to see how welcoming and how clean the facility was so I requested a tour. Well, before pir your she had to excuse herself for a second as she had mentioned that they often just leave an animal out and about it they're about to be picked up. I'm thinking what the heck. ESPECIALLY because this dog that was left out and kept banging on the door was a FULLY GROWN PIT. Ugh. Well, apparently when the receptionist excused herself she was actually putting the pit up in a suite room that wasn't occupied. So we took a tour, viewed the play area (that smelled like more bleach and some other smell that was unidenfieable), and THEN there was the bathroom area. Wow, I mean I'm not pet boarding owner or anything but there was pop everywhere just sitting out there. It was cleaned up or anything. I was thinking run RUNNNNN! Well, I decided to proceed with the tour in which we were shown the kennels where the dogs were. The rooms looked EXTRA dark and to be honest the pups looked a lil sad to me. Well, as we walked around and was at the end of the tour I guess the the receptionist just magically realized that hmmm they're fully booked. So she told us that we had to now pay for the suite that was about $10 more since they're booked to capacity except for the one room. I was LIVID. She honestly pulled the okay doke on us. Well, I'll wrap this review up but long story short, she then proceeded to put MY FURBABY in the suite that she had actually JUST PULLED THAT PIT FROM FROM EARLIER when she had to put it up. I asked her if she would clean it and she looked at me like it was a problem ,like I was asking for waaay too much. At this point, I'm thinking about my previous conversation with her as she had mentioned that they have boarded pets with ALL types of dieseases, INCLUDING AIDS. I'm thinking you just told me y'all board dogs and cats with aids and u got a problem with cleaning this suite. Again, livid. So she grabbed an old mop from somewhere, didn't prepare fresh mop water or anything, she said it was the bleach mop and started to act like she would mop my furbaby expensive room. I'm thinking he's going to get sick so I told her nvmd and that we didn't need that bleach smell in his room. All in all, I won't be coming back here. They mentioned that they board pets with serious illnesses, that they blast the music during play time (strange because I definitely told her my furbaby don't like loud music), AND it didn't seem like the most cleanly boarding facility. Not to mention MY FURBABY GOT FREAKING SIck AND I HAD TO PAY AN OVERPRICED BOARDING FEE AND A $200+ dollar bill at the ER PET VET because he got VERY SICK FROM THIS FACILITY. We boarded our 6 month old puppy for the weekend. My dog was very well taken care of and was so happy. He had a great time. I loved that we got a report card and got to see pictures of him interacting with other dogs and playing. The rates are affordable and customer service was outstanding. nobody bothered to take my dog out to potty all day and i just picked him up. mind you it's 1 in the afternoon so he held it all night and day and peed all over my car. they just barely fed him and still didn't take him potty. 10/10 don't recommend. read more

After seeing the 1 star reviews I couldn't help but respond! I just picked up my baby from day care today and as soon as I walked in I said, "Wow it smells good in here!" Even in the area where the dogs play. This was before I even saw that review LOL. I'm honestly impressed by how clean the facility is. Now trust me when I say I wouldn't drop my very expensive fur baby off just anywhere. The only negative about this place is the area it's located, but I highly suggest you look past that. Their pricing is also the most competitive I've seen. I've noticed they keep the dogs separated from the play area after they've been bathed. That is much appreciated because who wants to pay for a groom/bath just for your pup to get slobbered on right after?! The girls at the front have always been super sweet too! This was my first time using Fluffy's and I am glad we did. My mini poodle is only six months old and has been trimmed once prior. The people before this had messed up his hair so badly I was hesitant to let anyone cut it again (his tail looked like a dead xmas tree with patches). However, the lady who welcomed us in discussed how I wanted Flash cut and even added the mowhawk I requested. His cut came out nice and sleek for the incoming hot weather. Just make sure anything you drop your pupper off with (like their leash/collar); you get when you leave (as they forgot Flash's until I asked)- no biggie. When I got my pupper he slept most of the day after. I guess that means he had a good time playing with the others . I will definitely be going again and will probably change this to five stars after his next cut *for the record his mouth in the pictures looks odd because he got a puppuccino from starbucks read more

I had a VERY bad experience with Fluffy's. I took my dog there for daycare as she needed some socialization and playtime. Although they were saying she was having fun and would even send me a photo of her having "fun" when that wasn't true. She was actually really scared even in with the little dogs (she is 38 lbs.) and was JUMPING over the high concrete walls trying to get away. I had told them if she ever seemed uncomfortable or frightened to call me and I would come get her right away. But instead of that, they pretended she liked it and sold me a package for 15 daycare play dates! I asked them every time when I picked her up how she was, did she play, ect. and they always said yes when that was not true. She was terrified! I discovered she was being locked into a VERY small area to the right when you pass through the lobby door! One of the staff FINALLY came clean and told me what was going on! I was so upset and heartbroken for my girl! She also would drink and drink like she had been in the desert when she got home. I never saw water bowls in with the dogs so wonder if they are all going thirsty all day! And of course I paid for all those daycare days up front so there were 7 days I got no refund for after discovering how my daughter was being treated. I am so disappointed they just didn't call me when they saw she was not enjoying herself and been HONEST!!! I guess selling the daycare package and making a buck was more important than my child!!! read more

We needed a new boarder for our two babies. We only left them one night and we are so glad that's true. When we got them home, they both drank until they threw up, and then drank some more. They have NEVER acted that way after being boarded. It was enough to keep us from going back. ***Also, not our dogs, but there was a picture of a dog playing with a balloon that we saw after we boarded them. I'm always very cautious with who I leave my dog-child with. The team at Fluffy's made this first-time customer super happy! While away, they sent me daily "Report Cards" with phots and comments about how my girl was doing. I called almost everyday to check in (I'm that mom) and they told me how she was doing as well, and were happy to do so. They are so friendly and professional! My friend forgot to pick up my two fur babies from daycare. Fluffys had already closed by the time he arrived. He was devastated, and tried to call, but they had already closed for the day so he left a message. Within 5 minutes, Fluffys called him back, and an employee even drove back 20 minutes to reopen so he could pick up the doggies. Omg! I am so happy I stumbled upon Fluffy's! I decided to go to Cali last minute for Christmas and all the doggie daycares were booked and I did not want to send my Gunner Boy to a big chain like Pets Smart. I called and they had availability so I stopped in for a quick tour. When I walked in... I was happy that it smelled clean! I expected it to smell like... "dog" but you could tell they keep it clean. All the doggies get to hang out in the main middle area (separated by big dogs and small dogs).... So they aren't locked up all day (like many other kennels)! They would send texts every few days, with an update on Gunner. They told me how he was interacting with other dogs and even sent me some pictures. Definitely put me at ease to get those reports! They don't have a huge yard for the dogs run around.... Mainly just enough space to take care of business, and not really play outdoors. Other than that... I would definitely recommend this place. I was so upset with the services from Fluffy. My dog's hair cut was butchered!! They cut his hair and had it all choppy! I am sooooooooooo disappointed with the services. The owner called and wanted to make it right by me bringing my dog in so they can fix the cut. How can you fix the cut when you chopped all his hair off his legs.
