Having her come by during the work week and occasional weekends makes life so much easier for me and my pug Igor and chiweenie Hector. Igor is a senior dog with mobility issues and can longer wait as long as he used to. Christine carries him up and down stairs and makes sure he gets the outdoor relief he needs and the walks that both boys need at midday. If you want peace of mind knowing your pets are taken care of and getting their daily walks, look no further! Top Dog will take great care of your babies!

Natalie came for a meet and greet (I'm one of those picky dog owners) with my two Goldens. I was impressed! The whole time I was on my cruise Natalie updated me and took tons of pictures even having to re-do the couch covers as they think they are their own personal tug toys! I finally was able to relax and enjoy a trip without worrying. Thanks Top Dog and Natalie for taking such good of my two goof balls! Let me say as an employee as well I put faith in all the ladies I work with. Shannon and the team did not let me down! They are all top notch! If a fellow employee can recommend them based on their own experience you have nothing to lose except the worry!

What we really appreciate is that they don't try to nickel-and-dime you for every little thing--updates and playtime are all included, which makes a huge difference! It's clear to us that Milo genuinely loves the staff and being there. He isn't anxious going into the building or when we pick him up! We've even recommended Sentinel to friends, and now they board their dog here too. We truly cannot rave enough about Sentinel K9!

After dealing with…read moreunprofessionalism from the workers and concerns about cleanliness, I spoke with the owner and felt somewhat more comfortable sending my dog back for her third week. However, when I picked her up on Monday, she had puncture wounds that they claimed were caused by the prong collar, which is completely unacceptable. We took her to the emergency vet, where we were told this was the second dog this week from their program with the same type of injury. Please don't make the same mistake I did by trusting them with your dog. It's scary to think they still have dogs in their care. They are not nearly as professional as they claim to be. The owner's response is unacceptable. Had I known my dog was in pain for five days while the prong collar was still being used incorrectly, I would've picked her up immediately. Calling an open wound like this "minor" is beyond wrong, she lost fur and skin. If they weren't properly trained to use the collar, that should've been made clear. This isn't about money, it's about preventing other dogs from suffering.
