From our very first consultation, Chandler stood out. He didn't rush us or make me feel like we were on a time limit. He immediately took Xena's leash, spent time getting to know her, worked with her, and really paid attention to who she was. Within minutes, he had earned her trust. What really impressed me was his attention to detail--he noticed something on her that I had assumed was just a bump. He pulled out his flashlight, took a closer look, and realized it was actually a tick. Thanks to him, I was able to get her to the vet and have it taken care of right away. That level of care told me everything I needed to know. Throughout her three-week board and train, Robert worked closely with Xena, and both he and Chandler were always responsive whenever I reached out. I loved receiving her report cards and progress updates, and seeing videos of her playing and learning on their social media made being apart from her a little easier. One thing I especially appreciated was that they didn't just train Xena--they taught me how to continue building on everything she was learning. The weekly training sessions while she was there gave me the confidence to work with her, and her graduation day was the perfect opportunity to put everything into practice in a real-world environment around people, dogs, food, and distractions. Xena came home with a great foundation, and I came home with the knowledge and confidence to continue building on it. Thank you, Chandler and Robert, for taking such great care of my girl. They were particular about the way his food was packaged, no big deal but tell me that when I make the appointment. Like send an email or something with "to do's". I've always put his food in a single gallon zip lock bag when I've dropped him off but this was the only time it was mentioned. No biggie but they could be on the same page or consistent with what they want. When I picked my pup up, it smelled badly in there and on the cameras, the dogs seemed to be unhinged. He came out extremely high energy, still well from the bath they gave, but very thirsty. When we got in the truck, I let him drink out of my water bottle and when we got home I filled his bowl 3x in 10 mins with water. Later that day he had the poops which lasted 3 whole days. Randomly runny poop throughout the day which he hasn't had since he was 6 months old. Not sure if they booked too many and were less attentive but again, this time was different. Still gave 4 stars because this is the first time out of all of my visits that this has been an issue but for $450 (this includes the $57 tip I left) things could've been better.

These people are scammers. Or incompetent…read more They charged me $81 for a consultation with a vet prior to a dog dental cleaning. I was told she didn't need any extractions or special procedures and that they'd EMAIL me the estimate. Why am I being emailed an estimate after I'm gone? Shouldn't I be able to ask questions to the vet I just paid $81 to see? Well, they sent me numerous emails over the next couple days but no estimate. I had to call and ask for it twice. They sent it the day before the surgery. $860 for a "routine" dental. That is HUNDREDS more than other places charge. And why could I receive emails asking me to rate them, but not their ridiculous estimate that they felt I was just supposed to accept no questions asked the day before the procedure? I canceled. Went to my old vet 40 min away. Surprise! She DID need extractions, so I'm not sure what the point of that $81 consultation was. My vet said she had a hole in one of her teeth he could have put an instrument ALL THE WAY through it! How was that missed if they really looked at her? They charged me for nothing and then would have called me during the procedure that it would be more. After 2 extractions AND cleaning, it was still $325 CHEAPER than just their estimate for a "routine cleaning."
