I had the blueberry pancake with eggs, bacon, and hash browns, while my hubs had a scramble with all the breakfast meats plus hash browns and we smothered it in gravy. It was delicious! Our waiter, Eason, did a wonderful job, as well. Since it was our first time there, he pointed out a few items to try, recommended the fresh squeezed orange juice, and was quick with coffee refills. Eason is a very knowledgeable person who did his best to make us feel welcomed, comfortable, and well-cared for. In summary, the food was delicious and the wait staff prompt and courteous. Throughout our meal, we were checked on regularly, both by our server and by the owner, Phil. Adam went above and beyond to ensure our drinks were always full and that we had everything we needed. It was also wonderful to see Phil personally checking on guests, clearing plates, and staying actively involved in the dining room. It's rare to see an owner so hands-on and genuinely engaged with customers.
