After some difficulty on the app, my dad decided to call the store to pick up his food himself. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. What really stuck out to me was whoever was in charge decided to call my dad back to assist him with the app, offered to reheat his food, was very apologetic although not their fault, and kept my dad company while waiting for his order to come out. And trust me, my dad can talk! lol. The gentleman went above and beyond to make sure my dad had a good experience after such a long day and showed my dad an easier way to order for delivery in the future. For those of us who have older relatives who might not be strong with technology something like this means the world to us. Now my dad is home, enjoying his steak bomb calzone and chocolate chip pie for dessert in peace and loving it! Thank you Asylum!

I ordered 10 piece spicy tenders meal. It came out quickly and the order was correct. Not always the case (looking at you- Groton and New London Popeyes). The pieces were on the small side but we got about 16 pieces to make up for it. My side of fries were practically over flowing out of the box. Asked specifically for sweet heat sauce. Got 4 of those and also for 4 Popeyes signature sauce. That's probably my favorite now. Reminds me of the flavors of a southern seafood boil. Got plenty of napkins without asking.
