Sandwiches are absolutely amazing! They travel well which isn't always the case. Service is friendly and patient.

I would have given five stars because the food is pretty decent but it's time consuming and they don't deliver and they're just really not all that right now in some areas they deliver but not all areas. Of course not mine. Lol. read more

Fantastic sub. Super fresh. All ingredients. Friendly staff. Will be coming again!

My wife went to this location at 5 o'clock yesterday afternoon December 13, 2023. She wanted to get subs for dinner last night but the issue was they had no bread left. They are a Subway shop but they don't have any bread so how can I make sandwiches? I would not recommend goingto this location again. I have never tried them, but was kind of interested in it upon reading other reviews of other shops. I see that this looks like it may be a problem. read more

Good subs, good service, expensive delivery. Jersey Mike's subs are reminiscent of my days living on the Jersey shore and getting local subs in Waretown. The added oregano salt and pepper put it over the top! read more

As always, the quality of the sandwiches was outstanding. We had a #64 an a #42. Both were hot, delicious. However, the sandwiches were finally ready 14 minutes after the Pick=Up time. When any attendant was approached, the only explanation I received was "We have a lot of sandwiches". If you have unlimited time on your hands do not hesitate to order here. If you are in a rush, better not. Mike read more

Mobile ordering through the official app hasn't worked for the last 6 months. Seems like a suspicious way to boost Grubhub sales.

I have never left a negative review online before to any restaurant. But i don't know what happened today with the guy finishing up my grinder. I asked for it Mike's Way. Everything is going well enough until it gets to the end of the line. This guy.. so much vinegar being put on. Too much. Waayyy too much. Dancing in his own TikTok world while squirting vinegar on my sub every 1/2 beat. To the point of needing to verbalize "That's enough!! Are you okay?" Jersey Mike's is thee best. but Idk what was up with that guy in Norwichtown today. Needs to be addressed. He put so much vinegar on my sub that it turned the bread into cold mashed potatoes. I've never had a bad experience with Jersey Mike's before. Staff is always so friendly and happy. And the bread is amazing!! read more

Great location! Clean restaurant and friendly staff, and if you have their rewards program you get double points on Wednesday! Bread is so soft and delicious, and the pastrami was lean and moist. Thousand Island dressing was bursting with flavor, and is now my new favorite! Only downside is the fountain beverages are Pepsi products, but it's not a deal breaker for me. read more

OMG ! Best sub I've ever had! Yeah, That's what I'm saying! Can't think of any other time or place I've had a better sub ! read more

Amazing food and awesome staff! I've genuinely never had a problem with this place. Would recommend giving it a try! Especially the philly cheese steak! read more

Ordered a pickup order online. Got a ticket number, my husband's credit card was charged but shop was closed when he arrived at the 11:16 am pickup time!! Website still showing that it opened up at 10:00 am on 10/2/22 but no one is there!! Whaat??!! Nobody picks up the phone when I called. read more

Seriously this location has gone down hill and their subs show it. A year ago their subs were by far the best in town. Now they are the worst! I don't know if they changed meat and there is new staff but I have given this location 3 chances since the change and I all I have to say is that is has gotten worse and gross since I have. Will not be ordering anything from the Norwich location again read more

I was in town, at Dodds Stadium for a NCAA Baseball Tournamemt. We decided to order for the team, after good results last year. I dealt with Cyndi the General Manager. She was excellent. The subs were great. We ordered a large variety. Jersey Mikes is by far the best commercial sandwich chain. She even delivered right to the bus. You didn't expect her to deliver, to the Subway, did ya. If your in Norwich area or at Stadium. Don't hesitate to give them your business. Extremely professional. I even moved the time up, because game was running fast, no problem... Juice on the side, who wants a soggy sandwich, no problem. read more

Absolutely incapable employees. Had someone handing cash with the same gloves he then was putting toppings on with. Stale bread, terrible sandwich. read more

normally I have an excellent experience, I placed an in store order and they didn't start my order untill 30 minutes later as I watch numerous clients that came in after me leave before me , when I asked the woman working if they had started my order she said yes even tho there was nothing on the grill , i understand things getting busy but honestly this was ridiculous my entire lunch break wasted read more

Fresh grinders always, good service mostly take out. Love the portabella mushroom hot grinder

I went last weekend and ordered the chicken parm sandwich and honestly wasn't that great, the meat was a very small portion and everything else was just sauce. I was so unsatisfied with the sandwich because after I paid more than $14.00 for the sandwich and then was that bad it was just overpriced.. When they firs open the food was great, but I think they did it just to impress and the customers. Really I will never go back there again. The two guys were very nice with the customers, but the food wasn't! read more

Order my meal online to do pick up I have to be very careful why to put on stuff I'm allergic to tomato seeds so I made sure there was no tomato seeds they pretty much put everything on I did one on it even after I reviewed what was to be on it. Did a review on another site he responded by giving me his email to talk to them I'm on my third email with no response they really don't care what they put on your sandwich read more

Fresh sandwiches, staff handle lines fast. One of my fave sub go to spots!

I was starving after Court on Thursday and saw this shop in the Stop and Shop complex. I was game to try something new and was not disappointed. Had the Roast Beef and Provolone my way (lettuce, mayo, salt & pepper) and it was very good. It was $9 by itself but good quality RB, cheese, roll, fresh lettuce, fast service and lots of happy appearing patrons. read more

My favorite restaurant! The #7 (turkey sub) is the only thing on the menu when I look at it, nothing else in life compares to its greatness. The staff is always more than accommodating for my paranoid vegetarian sister and they all greet us like old friends when we walk in. The supervisors and managers are all so sweet, especially Lenny who has brought my order out to me and my daughter who is too young to wear a mask during the pandemic. Being in the industry for half my life, I appreciate the quality of food, service and cleanliness I always see there. read more

Stopped for a quick lunch, got the Chicken Philly Cheese steak and the Beef Philly Cheese steak, both very good. Service was great, friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back! read more

Stopped for take-out lunch because we didn't feel like making anything ourselves. From the minute we walked in, the service was polite, helpful, cheerful and efficient. We also noticed how clean EVERYTHING was inside. We grabbed a #13, the "original Italian.... mike's way" and chatted with the young lady waiting on us, who shared her favs on the menu when we told her it was our first visit... In about 5 minutes from start to finish, including deciding what to choose, our order was ready and we headed home to enjoy an easy picnic. The large sub was well-stuffed with all the fixings and more than enough for lunch for the two of us. Delish, especially appreciate the fresh ingredients !!! We will be back for food on the run! read more

Love this place! Service is always super friendly! Food is fresh and tasty! I love the roast beef & provolone - my way, not mikes. Roast beef is always red, exactly the way it should be! My coworker gets the club grinder mikes way and says it's the best. read more

The have awesome grinders and there Philly cheesesteak and is the best around Norwich

I went last week for the first, and probably last, time. I had a coupon for buy one grinder, get one free which got me in the door. I saw the prices and my jaw almost bounced off of the floor. It is VERY expensive for a grinder store. One grinder was very good tasting and had a lot of food piled in it, but had way too much oil on it. The other grinder had good bread but was bland and had very little in it. Plus, they charged me for 1 at full price with only a 50% discount on the 2nd grinder. You're better off going to the Norwich VFW on Fridays for their grinders-you pay $6.00 there for a large, over stuffed grinder with the satisfaction that the money is going to a good cause-our vets! read more

My mobile order just took 3 times as long as going to store and waiting in line. And my points were never credited even though I used the app and logged in, and paid thru app. read more

what a rip off I don't understand how a place like this is in business hardly any thing in the grinders. if I wanted bad food I would go McDonalds never again !!! read more

Delicious, heaping, high quality grinders!! A coworker turned me on to Mike's. I've been here a few times and I've yet to be disappointed. I usually get the "mini" size, which is 5-6" and it's just the right amount. The price is very reasonable, the staff is friendly and helpful, and it seems very clean. This is one of the few places in the area I really enjoy going on my lunch break! read more

I my opinion their meat quality is sub par, very cheap and the capacola is like no other i have ever seen. I am 59 and grew up in a restaurant family. it is a corporate failure in making a grinder, you are better off at a local pizza house!! by the way grinders or subs invented in new london county read more

I've been to a few Jersey's Mike's in the area and out of state, and to be honest wasn't particularly impressed by them, however after stopping by this specific location, I completely understand why this chain has such a excellent reputation. The grinders are hastily crafted but not at the expense of quality. The staff, especially the management is always accommodating, professional and most importantly extremely friendly. I was really impressed with how the service staff was able to quickly take my order, have a friendly chat with me, and deliver my sandwich to all my specifications all in the span of a couple minutes (5-8) during what seemed liked a busy afternoon . If you or your family are looking for a moderately priced, yet quality lunch and you're in the Norwich-town area, I would definitely recommend this Jersey Mike's. Great staff, amazing food, and a friendly atmosphere. Five stars. read more
