While two of the sides were piping hot and quite tasty (jambalaya with andouille sausage and corn maque choux), the hush puppies looked like black golf balls. The blackened catfish was delicious and the plating was very nice. What happened? Old oil for some of the preparation? New help in the kitchen? I don't know but it needs to be looked into.
