Noodles Fried Catfish Boil Egg Corn Potato

I LOVE this place, We eat here weekly. Im allergic to shellfish so I get sides and catfish with noodles or rice, With boom sauce and side sauces. My bf get crawfish, shrimp, and crabs. We love everything every time. Very kind staff as well.

Good place for lunch. Good seafood in nice cajun spicy sauce, (they have 3 other flavor which I might have to return and try) boiled perfectly. One combo bag (we got 2 #3 combo, one mild and one spicy) is enough to feed 2 and possible 3. It has crab, shrimp, black muscles, corn and potatoes. We also tried some fried food as well. Service was top notch. I had 7 other people and they were satisfied. I probably will return again.

Love this place. The flavor of their sauces is better than other boil spots I've had around. Seafood in a bag jam packed with flavor. BOOM sauce is awesome, but I actually prefer the garlic sauce alone. Shrimp and clams are so good. Crawfish barely has any meat here, so I would skip that. Mmmmm that sauce though. Get ready to get your hands dirty! Not recommended for a first date spot haha.

Very good seafood boil! Prices are reasonable and portions are great. The boom boom sauce is great and the seafood was pretty fresh. We got combo 3 with the crab, mussels, and shrimp. Sausages are just ok. The interior is a bit dingy and the hallway leading up to the bathrooms smelled horrible... so I took off one star. But would still come if I am in the area again and craving for seafood boil.

Four out of five stars. Here's why: Appetizer we shared was Fried Calamari. The Fried Calamari was definitely tasty. The sauce accompanying it was delicious as well. The only complaint I had was that the squid used were "grown-ups" rather than "baby squid". Therefore, they were thicker and chewier than I prefer. I ordered #1 Choice Combo. Crawfish, shrimp, snowcrabs and clams. I got the garlic sauce, mild. The crawfish were yummy. Shrimp and snow crabs were delish as well. Clams were larger than I prefer. I didn't expect "Little Neck" clams, but these were big guys and quite tough due to their size. The corn and potatoes were delicious "sauce soakers"!!! The restaurant was spotless. Waitstaff was professional and friendly. This is NOT a good place for a first date, or a bite to eat before going elsewhere. Also, keep in mind that this will be a labor intensive meal! ...but fun!

So so good! You will not be disappointed. In general, the crawfish were a bit small for what I would have liked, but I know they aren't in season right now So good and the service was great!

Wow! This seafood boil joint is tastier than any seafood boils that I've previously had. Their boom sauce (combination of their three sauces) is da bomb! It's perfectly spiced and garlicky. The seafood was very reasonably priced and super fresh. This place is byob and there is a liquor store right next door. The service was fast and uncomplicated. I highly recommend this place and plan to return very soon. Everyone in the group was ooohing and aahhhhing with every juicy seafood bite. We added sausages to our orders. The clams are a must. So fresh and clean. No sand at all. Even mussels were delish. We can't wait to come back!!

Tofu and Fish hotpot: Fried white fish, fried tofu, string beans, bell peppers in a sauce that is probably reduced chicken stock. I'm biased since it's one of my favorite chinese dishes. I don't know when this specific dish is amazing, but I can tell you when it's bad. Green Lake's version is anything but bad. Shrimp Stuffed Tofu: We were given a sample since they were trying something new. The sauce is similar to the tofu hotpot but has a porkier feel because of the ground pork within the dish. The tofu is the same, but the way they fried it is different, so it took a step up. The shrimp was fine, and I think they should have this on their menu. Whole Fried Chicken: It's fine. Didn't love it. There's no batter to speak of at all, and you're reliant on the spicy sauce and ginger sauce provided. Stir Fried French Beans w/ Salted Fish: Crunchy French Beans, and very salty salted fish. Not my favorite, but it keeps things different. Hot prawn salad with broccoli: The broccoli was just boiled. Nothing to talk about. The pawn was fried and bathed in mayonnaise. What's not to like? Pork Chop: This is another Chinese restaurant staple. 85% of the chinese porkchops that you eat will taste the same. This one is no different. Hokkien Fried Rice: My chinese restaurant guilty pleasure. How else can you get a shrimp fried rice bathed in an umami sauce? The restaurant did a really good job with this and I'm glad that I asked if they had it (in chinese). Service: It was a slow night, so we had all the attention that our table needed. Ambiance: The location is big and can support small families to larger gatherings. They have a private area that fits 30+ people, so they look like the go-to spot for parties.

They roll the carts through the restaurant offering lots of dumplings, soups, noodle dishes and more. We loved everything except the Turnip Cake was way too salty. Someone dumped salt or too much soy sauce onto this dish. Also we were offered vegetarian dumplings that had some greens in it, but was mostly pork. Be sure to ask about the ingredients if you don't want pork or meat in a dish. We've been here before and all other dishes were great...Chinese broccoli sautéed, dumplings with shrimp, eggplant with shrimp, sautéed wide noodles with some veggies, soup dumplings, etc. finally tried the mango dessert. It was yummy.

This was my first time at Kc's Korner, and the overall experience left me with a good impression. Like the other reviewers say here, it's a great neighborhood bar! We were a party of three. After parking in the private lot, we entered Kc's from the patio entrance in the back. We were greeted by a hosts. I think he first wanted to bring us inside, but then my friend told him we were there for the music on the patio. We ordered food. My vegetarian husband and our vegan friend both went with plain quesadillas (just with the veggies) and non-alcoholic drinks. I went all-in and ordered a Kc's Classic Smash Burger with fries, and a side of onion rings (which my hubs and I ended up sharing). My friend and husband said the quesadillas were good. My hubs said it was better than he expected being a bar and all. The onion rings were really good - tasty batter and fried perfectly. My smash burger was fantastic - hit the spot. I saw that the Patio drink menu had Surfside and Suncruiser canned drinks. I asked our bartender what she thought. She was cool and gave me her take on them. I appreciated that she chatted with me and gave honest input. So I ordered them here for the first time, and they are pretty good! That night, it looked like only 3 people were working the front of the house, so they were busy, but they were on it and were still friendly and outgoing. The place really has a good vibe. Again, great neighborhood bar!

The ambiance is actually very nice, especially for a restaurant hidden behind a strip mall. Unfortunately, that was the best part of the night. When we arrived, no one was at the host stand. After waiting a few minutes, someone who appeared to be a runner or assistant eventually approached us. We had a reservation and were offered a high-top; when we asked for a regular table, it felt like a reluctant accommodation. We were brought bread, butter, olives, and an eggplant caponata that was extremely oily. We booked through OpenTable because we had an $80 reward card, and the restaurant loudly advertises a prix fixe menu on its website. Oddly, we were never offered the prix fixe menu, and we noticed no other diners were either. It felt intentionally hidden. When we asked for it, the waiter (Hector) seemed visibly annoyed. We ordered eggplant rollatini and shrimp appetizers, and the angry chicken parm as the entrée. If you order off the prix fixe menu, expect noticeably smaller portions. Two pieces of eggplant rollatini instead of three, about a third of the usual shrimp portion, a tiny piece of chicken parm, and a small cannoli. At $55 per person, that feels excessive. The chicken parm was thin, burnt, and came out slightly cold. Easily a 2/5. They also charge for soda refills, which genuinely surprised me. I dine out frequently and almost never see that anymore. When the bill came, we tried to use the OpenTable reward card and were told the waiter had never seen one before. There was supposedly no manager on duty, and we were told the card couldn't be accepted and that we had to put the full amount on a credit card instead. Between the unfocused service, the awkward handling of the prix fixe menu, and food that didn't come close to justifying the price, this was not a good experience. I wouldn't return and wouldn't recommend it, which is unfortunate given the hype.

Located on the back side of a strip mall in Warren . Such a beautiful ambiance definitely a good date night spot . They have a full bar and plenty of seating . We went on a Wednesday night around 5:30 and it wasn't too busy at the time but by the time we left they were almost a full house . The staff were super friendly and attentive. The menu has plenty of delicious choices and they offer specials as well. I'm all about the appetizers so me and my eldest daughter ordered several to share as our meal . We had the artichoke salad ( fell a little short in the flavor department could have probably used a balsamic glaze to elevate the flavor ) but the special truffle lunetta OMG so good petite raviolis and truffle butter cream sauce . We also ordered the seafood tower for 2 which was served with raw oysters and clams and jumbo shrimp and chunks of crab meat . We also tried the grilled octopus specials served with fingerling potatoes. My husband tried the pork chop which was about 2 inches thick and cooked to perfection tender and had great flavor. My youngest ordered the tagliatelle pasta which was cooked slightly al dente and served in a tomato cream sauce it was delicious . Our meal was simply delicious and we enjoyed the atmosphere. I will definitely come back to try some of those other delicious sounding dishes . They are celebrating their 15 year anniversary! Cheers to many more !
