However, I'm still a sucker for Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken. I was introduced to this fast food franchise a few years ago and it'd have to be my number one choice for fried chicken, to be honest. Ive tried two other Louisiana Fried Chicken in Dallas and theirs one were spicy asf lol this one wasn't which was nice but finding the center pink sucked. It's why I gave it 2 stars because although my order sucked, my partner still enjoyed theirs. Their order was a catfish plate and an order of two drumsticks. Their fish was thoroughly cooked and their chicken wasn't uncooked like mines. The service was alright, my order was taken and then I had to wait maybe 20 minutes? It was a little busy so it wasn't so bad. The ambiance was casual. You can't really dine in because there's no tables but there are a lot of chairs set along the sides of the dining area and their spread apart. It looks like they probably did it during the pandemic and then just kept it like that which I know a lot of business have end up doing and I guess cause it makes less work(?‍idk). At least it's nice and cool inside. The heat makes you annoyed but their AC was kicking strong. I will say that onn the side of the building, it reeks of piss and I know that's not the establishments fault because I saw that there were signs of a homeless person or persons probably nearby, so that was unfortunate but other than that, inside was clean and spacious. I would recommend trying their food just maybe not this particular one. They only have one register which I kind of find odd and at the same time I guess that it makes sense so that they don't take in more orders than they need to.

I paid a pretty penny for this plate, so I expected to actually receive oxtails. After looking closely at what I was served and going back to compare it with pictures and information online, I have serious questions about what was actually on my plate. What I received did NOT look like the oxtails I'm familiar with, and based on the comparisons I found, it looked more like kangaroo tail to me. I'm not claiming I had the meat professionally tested, so I can't tell anybody with certainty what animal it came from. But I can say with certainty that I ordered and paid for OXTAIL, and what I received raised enough red flags that I personally would not order it again. I trusted that I was getting what I paid for. After this experience, that trust is gone. If you decide to eat here and order the oxtails, I would definitely look closely at what you're being served. For the price they're charging, customers deserve to know exactly what they're eating and to receive the meat they actually ordered.

My food came out fresh and way too hot to eat. It was exactly the way I ordered. I ordered the incredible burger and the regular seasoned fries along with a Pepsi. It is a little on the pasty side when you compare it with McDonald's, but you gotta realize this is real hamburger meat that is cooked when you order it not frozen patties that sit in the freezer and get thawed out. A vast venue of incredible drinks. I'm really considering coming back here just to try a few other other options. They had a few off-the-wall flavors like the flaming hot burger, which literally had flaming hot Cheetos in it. I haven't done stuff like that since I was a kid so the nostalgic is pretty cool.
