Got a two piece of chicken and was rewarded with a two day stay in the hospital . The food is not to standards to be consumed.

On the other hand, and based on my experiences over the years with Popeyes in multiple states, it appears that order accuracy is not a training priority for the chain. In the Chicago suburbs, I went to a particular Popeyes fairly frequently (just a couple minutes from my home), always had the same order, and never paid the same amount twice. In San José, CA and now in Clarksville, I don't go often enough to be able to keep track of the price, but I don't know that I ever actually got everything I ordered. And, knowing that the staff does not know how to read the order and put the things into the bag, it's kinda on me for not checking sufficiently. At the Clarksville location, time before last, having ordered white meat non-spicy and dark meat spicy, I got the opposite. So, wife was sad that she couldn't eat her white meat chicken and I was said that my dark meat chicken was not spicy. This time, where I screwed up was in doing the bag check. I went through everything in the bag and verified that it was correct. But what I failed to do was check for things that were left out of the bag. So, no fried apple pies for us. I suppose that the store would have given them to me if I had gone back and asked for them, but it's about a 15 minute drive each way, and driving another half hour for a fried apple pie didn't really seem like the best plan. And I suppose I could do a credit card dispute, but filing a dispute for ~$4 seems petty. I think that I'd probably give these folks four stars if I always sat inside and ate, because then, the trip back to the counter to get things fixed would be measured in seconds. But since I've always done the to-go thing, with the trip back to the counter being 15 minutes x 2, the screwed up orders drop the rating to two stars. Sure, I like the food. But I also like to get the food I ordered. I'll just have to be much more careful when doing the future bag checks.

Two freakin chicken pieces and a side is overpriced as heck if you're not including the cool cup it was advertised with. BUT you don't get the cool devil fruit one piece cup or the cool bento box that was in the advertisement I had seen OR in the picture in the store window. And the portions are too small for the price.

3 Stars I am a…read morelongtime fan of Culver's and especially enjoy the frozen custard. I frequently visit the Murray, Kentucky location and have consistently had great experiences there. Today, while in Clarksville, Tennessee on business, I stopped at this location and ordered three scoops of the Flavor of the Day (dark chocolate) through the drive-thru. After paying, I was given a number and asked to pull forward into one of the waiting spaces. I understand that many restaurants now use this system to keep the drive-thru line moving, but in this case it created a problem. I waited approximately 7-10 minutes while multiple vehicles that had arrived before and after me received their orders. When my custard was finally brought out, it was already half melted. Since my entire order was simply three scoops of frozen custard in a dish, it would have made much more sense to bring it out immediately rather than letting it sit while other orders were completed. I had planned to park and eat it anyway, but by the time it reached me, I ate part of it with a spoon and ended up drinking the rest. The custard itself was delicious, which is exactly what I expect from Culver's. My concern is with the process. Food that melts should be served as soon as it is prepared. I don't believe that's an unreasonable expectation. I still enjoy Culver's and will continue to visit, but I hope management will reconsider how frozen desserts are handled when customers are asked to pull forward and wait.

It's so thick your spoon might file for workers' comp. Worth it every single time. Cheese curds? Look, they aren't usually my thing. But Culver's pulls it off. Golden, squeaky little bites of Wisconsin pride. If you're in the mood for fried dairy therapy, this is the place. The burgers? Butter burger smash. I don't even like smash burgers, but these guys nailed it. Juicy, melty, and somehow both sinful and wholesome at the same time. It's burger sorcery. The staff? Always pleasant, lightning fast, and efficient. The takeout game is smooth as butter too. Order it, pick it up, boom, you're on your way. Perfect for car dining when you promise yourself you'll "just have one fry" and then suddenly the bag is empty. Listen, if you're trying to watch your waistline, Culver's is not your spirit animal. But if you're watching your happiness meter, this is the cheat code. Do yourself a favor and go. At least once. Maybe twice. Probably three times.

Stopping here for supper, first there were the dark bathrooms that wouldn't light. Along with that electrical issue, an ear-splitting and head jarring smoke or other alarm went off every few minutes for about 15 minutes. Order taking was interrupted often when the counter employee shifted to incoming phone calls. That employee didn't know pulled chicken portion sizes in ounces and approximated with his hands. All of this created a dubious dining experience before we even finished ordering! This spot offers a variety of chicken recipes: roasted, BBQ, Caribbean, pulled, fried, and more. Sides includes Southern standards like mac and cheese, yellow rice, greens, coleslaw, and others. The pulled (shredded) chicken was overly seasoned with black pepper. Roasted chicken was a bit dry. The BBQ chicken laden with sweet sauce was the best of the chicken choices. Creamy coleslaw was 'meh' and lacked flavor. Rice, too, was just okay. Northern beans were nicely seasoned and well cooked. Pita triangles seemed an odd accompaniment since no sauce or dip was provided and they were too small to make sandwiches. Overall, the restaurant seemed understaffed, which could account for the messy tables and dirty floor.
