6/13 at 6:01 pm, order #3060 must have been to much of an order for the pair at the counter. We received our $51.61 order and sat down to consume it. Everyone received their food except me. I immediately went back to the counter with the receipt in hand, showed the pair the burger that was not in the bag. She took the receipt back to the cooking area and said it will be a couple of minutes. I returned to my seat and waited. 15 minutes went by, Everyone was done eating their meals by now. I went back up to the counter and by now I'm hungry and loosing my patience, again asked where is the missing burger, they took the receipt and said it will done in a moment, 5 minutes later they present the missing burger. Does this happen another or what. Anyway thank you for letting me vent, hopefully this will never happen again! read more

The chicken quesadillas were avg, nothing special, expected, no sauce to compliment? Hot dogs are hot dogs, avg expected. Burgers a complete let down! I went in expecting a big juicy fat grilled burger like you'd get at a cook out, instead I got smaller burgers than a McDonald's kids meal! Fries had no seasoning, they offer Cajun seasoning but what about simple salt and pepper, nada, hush puppies were a little overdone but still good, onion rings a little burnt/ overcooked. That was what I had, it was a quick 2 in the morning type of stop, not a dinner or I'm hungry grab a burger type of stop, and this was at lunch time. Maybe other menu items would be better, but don't go there for burgers, you'll be let down. read more

Nothing special about this place. The burger was good. It's a bare burger and you add toppings, which can get pricey. The trays are an okay price. Nothing was overwhelmingly special though. It was clean inside and the staff were friendly. They weren't thrilled to be working, but they were friendly. Service was good though. read more

Cheap but good food and a big menu with a lot of fast food options. No line, friendly staff. Again it was cheap and hit the spot but didn't 'stick' and I was hungry shortly after having this lunch time snack. Wow! I am pleasantly surprised at this place! It was my first time here. My dad loves burgers, so I thought I would take him here. It was the closest burger drive-thru at the time. He go the double burger with everything on it making it a messy meal, but it must have been good. He was licking his fingers! (Eww. Lol) And, it was quiet on that side of the table! He even ate the cooked onions that fell out (with a fork, of course!). Haha. Sorry, no pics of his since he dug right in. Guess he was starving. I had the 1/4 lb. burger with cheese, bacon, tomato, and onions. Yum. It was tastier and bigger (thick) than expected. I was expecting a greasy mess of a burger. The onion rings were okay. Real onions, but didn't have much flavor. The chocolate milkshake though. I thought I was turning blue from trying to use the straw they gave me. It definitely is a classic shake and I needed a spoon to start! So chocolate-y good. I tasted the kid's meal chicken tenders that I ordered for my son who fell asleep in his car seat as I pulled into our neighborhood. Thick breading and real chicken makes it a good tender, in my book. It was tasty enough and a good choice for my baby. I don't like to feed him high salt foods. The cheese bites were okay, but I think he will love them. He loves all things with cheese. I'd go back. It was inexpensive and a good meal that filled us up. Maybe my standards for cookout are way off but this was a pretty good one. Even with a line, things moved fairly quickly and they were quick to get you your food when you got to the front. Staff was polite and wearing masks. My cajun wrap was one of the best I had, but honey mustard wrap was drier. Chicken quesadillas were good but could have used a bit more sauce as they just tasted like super grilled chicken. read more

This place is great. If you are looking for something fast and with lots of options, this is your place. I've come here a few times now and each time my experience has been the same. Great customer service, great food, clean environment, and quick service. I've had the burgers and spicy chicken sandwich, both are delicious. I love their slaw and cheese bites. Update:::::terrible customer service especially through the drive thru. The ordering process was very bad. The speakers were bad. Common y'all need to upgrade your system. On top of that the drive thru girl on (Saturday, April 14,2018 at 4pm) was a b!tch!! She should not be able to take orders or be in the drive thru in general. Im from Milwaukee and we don't have this place there. This place was close to my hotel. Me and my husband both got a big double burger, fries, onion rings, a chicken quesadilla and strawberry milkshakes. The service was fast, staff were friendly, the food was so good!! The onion rings were colder and soft but it's okay, it was close to closing time. But I will be back next time I visit!! Highly recommend. read more

The food is great and very inexpensive, however, the staff is very immature and are caught up in personal conversations while you're trying to order. Three times while ordering a CHEESEburger, they ask if I want cheese on it. I do recommend the bbq plater. Very good!!! read more

Super fast, cheap and good. Want to stop in Clarksville next time traveling in the area just to eat there again. Only issue was i got coleslaw even though I ordered chili, but even though I really dislike coleslaw, i liked theirs. And mistakes like that are just normal things that happen. It was crazy fast, I litteraly had got my drinks, put the lids on them and my order was up. Under 2 minutes for sure. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Go to the one on 804 N 2nd st, Clarksville. This location is super stingy with the portions and 7 times out of 10 they get the order wrong. In there defense the line was somewhat long but I've seen McDonald's line longer and they still got my order correct! Also the chicken tenders were so dry I coughed for 78 hours... but the Buffalo sauce was on point. read more

In all honesty I've never had an issue with the food however the service in the team that works there are all seemingly very young and very unprofessional. I understand that it's a food industry and it's fast food but there is a way one should present themselves while at work and giving attitude to customers any customer is unacceptable for any business. Now, all that being said the food is good but the entire order was completely wrong I ordered a BBQ pulled pork sandwich with hush puppies and Fries and extra hush puppies with no slaw and I got pulled pork thrown in a box with hush puppies and slaw and the drink was not Dr Pepper as requested. This was my first time trying this place out and was curious as to what it had. I'm assuming it's a new restaurant chain or I have just been gone from the lower 48 for to long. At first the menu is a little overwhelming. You pick a main entree and then what you would think to be sides seems to also be a main entree? If that makes sense? Like for instance I orders the BBQ sandwich plate my sides that I chose (you got 2) were chicken nuggets and onion rings. Other sides that you had to chose from were chicken bacon wrap, fries, cole slaw, and more than I can't think of off the top of my head. Then you got to chose your beverage of choice. I of course chose the huge tea. And if you don't like really sweet to I would suggest doing half and half. I myself being from the south love sweet tea. The place looked very nice on the inside. Very clean and it seemed to get pretty busy as soon as they had opened. I will definitely be back and look forward to trying other items on their menu. read more

The first time I ate here I was hooked.. This place is the bomb diggity.. I got a chili dog with cheese and I've got to say there chili is so good. I went back the next day (told ya I was hooked) I got a burger and another chili dog but this time I went through the drive thru.. That was a HUGE mistake. My chili dog had no chili on it, just cheese & I received 3 onion rings, 1 fry & 3 nuggets for my side. I ordered a chili cheese dog with onion rings and nuggets. I stopped at this location during a long long road trip and after being stuck in a car for 8 hours this place honestly just made it worse. They messed up my order and after waiting in a drive through for so long it wasn't worth going back in. I also checked my receipt because I was wondering if they wrote my order down wrong, which they didn't they just made it wrong, and I saw they also charged me $2 for a cup of water that I asked for that was for my dog. This was a great meal! We had never been before and we wanted to order take out to bring back to our hotel. I called and asked about order ahead vs. drive through vs. order in the spot and the girl on the phone was friendly and knowledgeable. She said we could order any of those ways. I chose to go ahead and order over the phone and let her know when we would be there. Our food was ready when we arrived and it was delicious! We had cheeseburgers, hotdogs, hush puppies, onion rings, a shake, and a lg tea. The burgers and hot dogs were awesome! The shake was very tasty just too big for me. The large tea was a great size. Cook Out was pretty good when it first opened but like other fast food they're not training their staff to pay attention to customer. It shows via inaccurate orders and poor service. Great milkshakes at reasonable prices! I love all the flavors they offer and you can mix and match. They use real fruit in them so that makes it even better! My husband loves the banana pudding one which has chunks of banana, wafers and whip in it. Haven't really tried the food we just go for the shakes! read more
