Ordered a moist brisket meal. It was so juicy and tender. Love this place, Service is great, they prepared it quickly.

An excellent representation of the franchise with the expected friendliness and quality food. The offer both inside seating at various table sizes to match different party sizes or an outdoor uncovered patio. On the scorching Friday we opted for the air conditioning. I had the brisket with a side salad and green beans and shared a coleslaw with my wife. The brisket was tender and this is one of rare BBQ places offering Alabama white sauce. It's an excellent recipe (I like to put both it and the sweet Smoky Mountain sauce on the meats). The green beans were spicy as expected with plenty of bacon visible. The side salad was a generous serving paired with a flavorful Ranch dressing. The meal came with a big piece of cornbread that was soft and sweet. Plenty of drink flavors are available at the fountain. The staff checked on patrons and ensured everyone was happy and lacked for nothing. read more

Came for the brisket, the sandwich did not disappoint. Neither did the brisket baked beans! I wasn't a fan of the ribs, my boyfriend did like them though. I love how you can choose from 6 different bbq sauces. read more

Just love this BBQ. Don't matter what you get. It's all good. Wish portion sizes were alittle more but I know it's 2026.

I came for lunch today and I was very disappointed with my food. I got the kickin greens and the half of yard bird. The green where so oily and had no flavor. The yard bird was very spicy. I asked for the the mustard bbq sauce and they gave me something else and I decided to try it and that was very spicy it hurt my mouth. read more

Good bbq, everyone is nice and helpful. This is my go-to for bbq in Clarksville. Keep up the great work.

Time: Monday at 11:15am Meal: 3 meat sampler with an extra bun. Moist brisket, jalapeno cheddar sausage, and pulled pork. Cheesey potatoes and fresh cut fries. Pros: -Pretty consistent bbq. If there is a problem, staff will correct it. -Moist brisket is the way to go. -Veteran/first responder friendly. -Noon everyday the national anthem plays and everyone stands. -Good sized portions. -Good prices. -Seasonal sides/plates vary. -Smoked pastrami needs to be year round. -Good variety of BBQ sauces. 8 flavors of you include mustard. Cons: -Sometimes super busy. -Can run out of sides/meats depending on time of day. -Limited parking depending on time of day. read more

The food at mission BBQ is always a delight! Excellent service and tasty food. Recommend everything.

Really good! Enjoy so very much, great service, support and overall experience! Would go here again and again. Some of the best food you will ever have! read more

Price is outrageous for what you get, over $30 for 2 entrees of chicken, with only 1 side for each of us and 1 ice tea for him. I don't care for the sides, I've had coleslaw, baked beans, sweet potato was good. The smashed potatoes, not very good, probably has margarine. They do not even have butter for their cornbread, only margarine, so I had to eat mine with nothing dry. For the price, one would think they could offer real butter. The employee didn't even know what margarine was at this location when I asked for butter. I would say improve the sides, the chicken is pretty good, add on real butter. read more

I cannot say enough nice things about Mission BBQ. I've been to 3 locations a few times, and am never disappointed. This was the first one I went to and the one I frequent -- my parents live in the area and we've recommended it to them, my siblings, and my grandparents, all who've visited and agree this is a top notch establishment. The food, service and atmosphere is always a slam dunk every single time. This company must have high standards for hiring, because every employee I've met -- this location is no exception -- has always gone above and beyond to provide quality service and food. Thank you for your continued respectful hospitality towards the disabled (myself), service animals, as well as veterans and active duty (my husband.) We absolutely will return and recommend. You have loyal patrons for life. read more

Mission BBQ I HAD A GOOD QUICK LUNCH. I liked the brisket (juicy) and the jalapeño sausage. I'm aware that this is a chain restaurant so I wasn't expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised at the flavor and quality of the meats I ordered. I'll hit one of these places again when I encounter them to see if it holds up at other locations read more

Newbie alert! I have been craving BBQ but my husband has been too busy to cook me any so I decided to find me a a BBQ place. I initially went to Legend's on Wilma but they didn't have any brisket. So then I remembered that I pass a Mission BBQ restaurant daily so I stopped there and boy I'm glad I did! I ordered the brisket with fries and my husband some ribs with baked beans. Everything was delicious! The staff were so friendly! I'll definitely be back! read more

Alrighty, Personally not a fan of their Mac and cheese. Brisket was dry. Pulled pork was excellent for the 6 sauces they have at the table. I love trying a variety and that hit the spot. Cheese and jalapeno sausage was really tasty. Not spicy but good smooth flavor. Chicken sliders are pulled chicken. Also good for trying sauces. Buns were tasty. They do the star spangled banner at 12 and we sang along. Manager afterwards came over and gave us 2 blueberry cobblers which was very kind and tasted great. Clientele was very friendly and things were clean. Overall better experience than I expected. read more

Great service, and it is a clean and comfortable place to dine in. The food is good with flavor and several options for you to choose from. Unfortunately, I can only give 3 stars due to the small portions and to get sides cost extra. My 3 meat plate with 3 sides and a drink was 30.00. At any other BBQ place, it would run around 20.00. Don't let the free cornbread trick you either, it's the size of a communion body of Christ at church. read more

I usually eat here and love it. However, today at 7:30pm, Oct 24, 2025 the brisket had no flavor and was chewy. Even after requesting an exchange, it still hasn't had the usual flavor and texture. read more

This is a new post as I returned for Veterans Day. I ordered my usual NC Pulled Pork with fries. Today is special as Vets get a free sandwich. They also had some cake as well. Ooooh the chocolate cake was sweet. I like what they do for Vets and I like the pictures that are almost everywhere. They even devote sections to first responders. Truth is this is a franchise and so you go knowing or at least expecting the orders to always be the same wherever you see Mission BBQ and decide to stop. It is for the above reason why I am giving them 5 stars. It may not be my most favorite BBQ sandwich but I know what I am getting and it is always on point. The place is always clean, the cashiers friendly, the condiments in perfect order, and quality of food to include portions always never skimped (if you know what I mean. The only sore spot is inadequate parking. The good news is they don't tow at Home Depot when you walk over to Mission BBQ. Maybe they do but they have never towed me. Well, that is enough for now. Go enjoy a meal and let me know am I right or wrong. read more

Mission BBQ is our go to here in Clarksville. They're close to home and they're delicious. Service is always nice. And I love their different sauces they give. Juicy meat and very flavorful. read more

Decent bbq. We both got the traditional pulled pork sandwich. The pork was initially a little dry, but after we added some sauce, it was pretty tasty. They had six sauces, ranging from Kansas City sauce, Memphis bbq sauce, smoky mountain sauce, Texas bbq, and more. They had multiple sides available, including fries, potato salad, Mac n cheese, coleslaw, and beans. The Mac n cheese was hot and gooey and cheesy. They have deserts as well--my husband had the peach cobbler, which was not too sweet and had a great crunch to the crust. They also have ribs, brisket, turkey, and chicken. It's not the most amazing bbq I've ever had, but it's a nice alternative to some of the strip restaurants in Clarksville. read more

Despite being a chain place, the food is amazing. Service has been friendly and awesome each time I've visited. Prices are a bit high, but the serving sizes are very generous. You definitely won't leave hungry! 10/10 on the space itself. Laidback vibe, and so absolutely love the dedication to veterans and first responders. I feel good about spending my money here. read more

When we saw a Mission BBQ along the way while travelling, I knew I had to stop. I have had several friends talk about how great these are. Even though it is a chain, I had reports from several different locations all indicating they were more than worth the trip. Located along Wilma Rudolph, traffic can be busy and parking can be crowded. We managed to hit a lull and were able to park right in front near the door. There are also handicapped spaces next to the door, and overall access is easy. You walk along the left wall to get to the ordering counter in the rear. There is a large menu board behind the counter and it takes a few minutes to find everything and get ready to order. The wait staff was patient as we stood to the side making our selections. We ordered the chicken sandwich with mac and cheese and the two-meat sampler (brisket and sausage) with bbq beans. The pulled chicken sandwich was excellent, with tender and moist meat and a fresh bun. The mac and cheese was flavorful and cheesy. The brisket was also excellent, with a definite smoke flavor and very moist and tender meat. The sausage was not as good, with a tough skin I had to work to cut through. The flavor was good through. I also liked the bbq beans. They have a thicker consistency with a strong bbq flavor as well as had some pork flavor. The corn bread is sweet with a lot of corn flavor. The wait staff were all friendly. One thing I noticed was the manager was also helping clean the dining area as well as checking with the patrons on how their meal was. We had a good experience here, and I can now confirm the reports that Mission BBQ is a good place for BBQ. read more

Came here for the visit time on a whim. Looked them up on yelp and thought it would be nice and they did not disappoint!! From the food to the atmosphere and customer service, I give them a 10/10. Lisa, I'm assuming a manger or owner, also came by and introduced herself and told us a little about the company and how they prep the food and provide for the community. Everything is made fresh and is kept warm by ovens or just came out. There are no microwaves in the establishment! So no unwanted radiation lol My husband and I really appreciate the hospitality.
