Yesterday I had one of the best Spite that I ever had. I don't know maybe was thirsty and the fact that it is so cold.

I went thru drive thru and had upsized my order to large. when I opened my bag in the parking lot found that large fries don't mean a half-filled carton to me. went back in and reported this issue to a worker who gave me a carton that maybe then contained a couple more fries. we are all watching our bucks these days. I can and will add Chik-fil-A to my list of "DO NOT EAT AT" restaurants. Keep it up and you can secure your spot to be the new Zaxby's or KY Fried or some other sub-standard restaurant such as them. Tired of you, tired of most restaurants in general. BTW, if you want to improve your profit margin consider not paying college degree level wages for jobs that should be a springboard to other things or improvements in your life. Its chick fil a the worst thing that could go wrong is you order and they dont get every detail right.. Whelp that's what happened but as always they made it better with a free ice cream cup. The Peach shake is good but does not taste like peach, the real peach bits on the inside totally make up for the lack of peach flavor.The original Chicken sandwich is the go to .. as always well done at every location in the 42 states ive visited. read more

Haven't eaten Chik Fil A in a long time. The service was good & quick despite the long lines. The waffle fries were amazing as always. This was the first time I have stepped inside for a long time, and it was nice to see stocked condiments with Honey Mustard and Polynesian sauces. I really like this chic fil a. It is in a not so crowded area of town which makes it less chaotic getting in and out. The food is excellent. I do enjoy a good sandwich from here and appreciate the innovative way the drive thru flows. My problem is that the drive thru is so efficient that when the attendant takes my order we have not made it to a menu yet, and can't see the one in the lane. This problem can be solved with a quick google or by downloading the app but it remains an inconvenience, while being a convenience. Isn't that convenient. read more

Service was okay. We did the drive thru. I can't blame them for not having hospitality (it's hot outside). The food was extremely disappointing. I ordered the 12 piece nugget and the husband ordered the 4 piece tenders and those tenders were pathetic. I have a grown man eat what looks like a toddlers meal. Seems like everything on their menu is catered to a toddler. I don't see how people afford to eat here when the food quality is trash but the prices are so high. I will not be returning and I do not recommend this place if your hungry because there's no way you'll get full. read more

First time we had been to chic in several years, and that was just to try the pimento cheese chicken sandwich, no i remember why we stopped going. We got the sandwiches, the commercial shows a substantial amount of pimento cheese and makes it look like the bun bottom is coveted in jalepenos, there may have been a heaping teaspoon of pimento cheese on it, and only 1 jalepeno slice, we got waffle fries, apparently you have to order them salted, as there was not so much as a single grain of salt on the fries, chalked this one up to "lesson learned", won't be back, not that it matters to them, as they could care less. Just putting it out there about what a disappointment the pimento cheese chicken sandwich is. No need for carbon copy apologies either. read more

love this company. unfortunately all chick-fil-a parking lots are not equipped to handle the volume of customers. I usually do not go through the drive thru merely because of using my rewards app and the number of cars in line. I have liked their page on facebook and they recently made a post about what their customers liked about the app and they actually gave over 300 people a free shake on their apps= fantastic customer service here and every location I have went to. this is the closest location to me and since I go to publix across the street and to lowes just behind them- I always try to stop by for some great food. read more

My family doesn't come here often just due to our family size and the cost of feeding all 6 of us. That being said, service is always excellent, food is always delicious and the wait time always flys by. Don't let the line out in the street deter you or make you think you'll be there forever because you won't be. It took me a whole 15 minutes to wait, order and get food in my hand and I started out in line off the street with all the hotels. I love Chick-Fil-A and I have yet to have a bad experience. The location in Clarksville is ALWAYS busy. But that's because it's the only Chik-Fil-A around the area, and of course it's just so freaking delicious. The food always looks picture perfect every time I open it. I usually get the Spicy chicken sandwich combo, it's a perfect blend of spiciness and crispiness! I wish they gave you more fries! I always feel like there is never enough no matter if you order a small or large... honestly I've had both and it's the same amount. Also, when I asked if they had a military discount they said no, they only have a discount for police officers and fire fighters...... which boggled my mind given there is a zillion military personnel who are in the area. Maybe it's to save money? I don't know. I was a little surprised. Other than that, I usually go through the drive through because it's way faster then going inside. I have never given a Chick-fil-A 2 stars before, but for this location in Clarksville, TN, I am going to have to for several reasons. First of all, I am saying these things only in hopes that they can be improved-not to hate or get anyone in trouble. I love Chick-fil-A and will continue to buy food from them and support them. My wife worked for them for several years in college and I have read a ton of the Truett Cathy books so I know their culture and model of service. But for these reasons this location needs to work on the following: 1. Timing: it took them 9 minutes to bring out my order. I think they still have the 5 minute rule where if it's not out to you in 5 minutes, it's free. I have never had to wait this long for Chick Fil A and there was no apology for it. If you're doubting me, I timed it. 2. Freshness: I got my usual lunch order-the grilled chicken cool wrap. The wrap was damp and soggy and felt like it had been stored for a while instead of being fresh. 3. Cleanliness: there was a hair on the inside top part of my container that had my sandwich. It wasn't touching the food, but still. I am not even a germophobe but it made me wonder if I should eat my sandwich. No dining room, no place to park. Great food just have to park at Lowe's to eat. Very inconvenient ... I will be boycotting until they open the dining room again. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is when I got the chicken mini biscuit breakfast last my biscuits were silently undercooked and they kinda acted like nazis when I asked for more honey. Being from north of the Mason-Dixon, I had never really heard of CfA until I moved to TN. And I never ate there until the whole hoo-ha a few years ago when people were all over facebook and twitter saying "don't eat there cause they hate teh gays!" Well, I support gay marriage, but I support the owner's rights to say whatever he wants. If it pisses you off, don't eat there. But don't tell ME what to do. Anyway, I've eaten at a couple of CfA locations in Nashville. I found the food to be positively meh. Not worthy of all the rave reviews, although one of their spicy chicken sandwiches, a bottle of Gatorade, and a handful of aspirin work wonders for a hangover. I probably wouldn't have reviewed this location except... I'm in Clarksville on business and decide to stop in. As I said the food is not high on my list of favorites, but I'm not really familiar with the area, and the only other place I see is a Bojangle's right down the street, so I pulled in to CfA's lot. I was sitting in the van catching up on some paperwork when I was approached by an employee who says "My manager wants to know if you plan to come in and buy something." WTF?
