This location is in a fairly newplaza. I had hoped I could order online using their website and pick up on site. However, the website did not allow me to place the order and thus, I had to go in. Our food was ready within 10 minutes or so, and both cheeseburgers were hot and flavorful. I love that I can add more than 10 toppings at no cost. Stopped in to get some burgers to go. I ordered a patty melt with nothing on it and my wife ordered a double cheeseburger. When we got home, the patty melt turned into a double cheeseburger on a patty melt bun and my wife got a plain burger. Came in here for an online pick up order. The app is easy to use and even allows you to customize your order and you can inform them when you're on your way for pick up. After I confirmed I was on my way, I arrived with the issue that my order should have been ready for pick up, being I was 15 mins later, I still had to waited another 15 mins for my fries. The paper bag for my food was completely soaked with sauce which I realized after I got in my car. With the increasing prices of food, the portions have decreased, its hard to suggest other people eat here with how much you're going to pay for a reasonable sized meal... Let me put things into perspective for the staff though: What you serve as a "small fry" is an abomination in terms of proportions. A small fry is a small cup of fries for 6 dollars, plus tax. What you serve as a "medium fry" is what the small fry should be... what. The medium fry should be is a 1/3rd of the bag filled with fries, and your burger somewhere down at the bottom next to the cup. For 7 dollars, plus tax. What you serve as a "large fry" is what the medium should be, and the large should be about 2/3rds of the bag filled, and your burger should be buried next to a large cup of fries. For 9 dollars plus tax. The restaurant is clean, but the staff are loud, and there's nothing to listen to or watch... like put a tv in, play some music.... Liven things up a bit, ya feel? read more

Is there anything than fresh ingredients on a hand made burger? There is just something about fresh jalapeños on a Five Guys burger. The fries are probably the best available in any fast food establishment. The service here is always efficient and very friendly which adds to the experience. I worked there under the management of Dominique Williams and all I have to say is I do not recommend working or eating there, save your money. He retaliates against his employees if they do something that affects him on a personal level not even the business level but just him. Retaliation is illegal if you didn't know. He talks bad about his employees to the other employees as well as customers, unprofessional, and a liar. No one else will tell you what goes on behind the scenes but I will. I was a very hard worker liked by the district manager, mentioned in the district meetings, as well as always being complimented by customers and I have customer reviews on me as well. Dominique has wronged and fired the people who spoke out about his bad treatment and he did the same to me as well. Soooo DIRTY and they just opened for the day!!!!!!!! You can see on the receipt what time we placed our order, they open at 11 AM and we were only the 3rd customer of the day. How can your restaurant be this filthy when you just opened? I had to go get napkins and wipe off our table and chairs because they were covered in crumbs. The pictures are showing all different tables, the pictures don't make it look so bad but in person it's pretty gross. It blows my mind that they charge so much $$$ for a burger and some super greasy fries and can't bother to clean. In case you're wondering it's ALWAYS this dirty. Five Guys is our goto place when we need a burger fix. It's a place we can always count on and tonight was no different because everything was great. They make the burgers to order and I really like that I can choose exactly what I want on it. I also love their cajun fries which are some of the best from any fast food restaurant. Last but not least is their soda fountain where you choose from a ton of different combinations. This was our first visit to this location and the service was great. Even though it's a chain, I consider this place one of the best burger spots in Clarksville - if not THE best. I've tried local favorites and other chain restaurants and fast food places, but I always come back to Five Guys when I really want a burger fix. I've never had a bad experience at this place. Workers are usually young but hard working and for the most part friendly. Fresh burgers, fries and the best real ice cream shakes made to order. It's not the cheapest, which is why we don't come more often (we spend $60 for a family of four, but we all get milk shakes and the works). Tip: get a large fry for everyone to share, the portions are huge. Try the bacon milkshake! Since Clarksville was graced with a Five Guys in 2012, my visit count has climbed well into the double digits. I like the little things they do differently. They always cook the food AFTER you order it. The potatoes are cut fresh and fried in peanut oil, which if you've not had before, the difference between it and brominated vegetable oil is tangible. There's also complimentary roasted in-shell peanuts which is a nice perk while your meal gets prepared. For me, these things put them om a different level than most burger joints (particularly those with a drive thru window). I typically get the double bacon cheeseburger with mushrooms. My most recent experience was placing a to-go order via phone about 30 min. before close. The burger was almost ready when I got there and the fries were dropped in right after I paid. This place has not ever disappointed me. It's very much worth a shot if you've never been. read more

One line to order, (2) cashiers, and pick up order on the other end of the counter. There are two drink machines, coca-cola products, wide variety available. It's one of those new drink machines, touch screen, self serve, free refills. Plenty of tables to dine-in. And outside sitting area for nice weather like today. Burger was delicious. Everything is ordered ala carte, meaning individually. There are no combo meals. Fries are Ok. They offer two sizes, regular ($2.99) and large ($5.99). Drinks are $1.99 for regular. Burgers are super delicious and the boardwalk fries are perfectly greasy.
