Had a taste for a slushy after going on a hike. Medium slushy was under $2. The speaker made it hard for staff to hear us.

Took an hour to get very mediocre food. Drive thru atmosphere was very "get your food and then get the hell out" We ordered a number two and specified nothing but ketchup because of a severe dairy allergy. Brought out the food thirty minutes later with cheese and had to remake it. Messed up on the drink order and forgot straws. I know Sonic isn't exactly fine dining but I definitely have been to better ones. All of the food was either overcooked, late, or cold. read more

Super friendly the worker named Tray was so cool he double checked the receipt to make sure we got what we ordered he had an amazing attitude and overall made my day better I will 100 percent be back just for Tray! W mans! Oh and the food was so good! read more

If I could give this place a -5 I would. I can honestly say I can see why they get NO business at all. Our food was burnt. Told the girl bout it and she actually says "Well that's how it's made" If I wasn't in a hurry I would of asked to see the manager but I'm sure they wouldn't of done nothing either cause there sure isn't no one knocking down their doors to eat there. I can say we will NEVER go back there again. I'll go out of my way to a much better place before I ever go back. It's a Shane cause they used to be the place to go to. I remember when it was hard to find a parking place. Yeah....not no more. Wouldn't surprise me to go by there and see them shut down. read more

Nope never again this place is straight please don't waste your time coming here, long waits for nothing food was nasty and cold couldn't even eat the food that i ordered, just through it away and went elsewhere, I my self don't recommend this sonics, save that money and time and go somewhere else. read more

The food was terrible and the service was awful! It took us 40 minutes to get our food and when we finally got it, it was very cold. Will not be returning! read more

By far the worst sonic restaurant I've eaten. I didn't even finish the food. Threw it away and went to Wendy's. The meat was dry and buns were soggy. Meat looked like it was cooked yesterday or earlier that morning. It's only 647pm. What are managers and supervisors, managing or supervising at this place. Don't eat here, go elsewhere. read more

I've eaten here several times, and even worked here for a couple weeks. I promise you that you absolutely do not want to eat ANYTHING that comes out of this location. read more

Would give it zero, but I've never been able to order. I have sat in the line three times for a total over an hour and never have been able to get to the box that asks me my order. And my longest wait there was only one car in front of me. I gave up and now drive a mile.5 further to the one next to Publix. read more

30+ minutes waiting for the food you had ordered with the mobile app is unacceptable. Watching cars come and go while some of the car hops are playing with the menu speakers, then being told that our food was just finished (even though the monitor in the stall said it had been done 25 minutes earlier and the food was barely lukewarm) doesn't earn even a single star rating, but I couldn't leave less than that. In fact, neither did the handful of 99¢ drink coupons that was shoved in my hand. I don't want anything free, but having something that says, "Sorry. We messed up, but here, spend more money" is an utter insult. And yes, I have kept the COVID restrictions in mind while waiting. read more

amazing customer service awesome food and drinks love yall I'm a loyal customer of two years and I come 3x a week

The food is okay, it'll suffice if you need something to eat and don't want to drive across the street to Taco Bell or any other fast food place. We came here a couple times because my family from out of town (Alaska doesn't have Sonic) came visiting and wanted to get a cherry limeade. I tasted it and it wasn't anything special, and did t have much of a lime flavor until my mom squeezed the lime wedge into it. The tots were good, though. The serve was okay. The first time it took about 15 mins to get our food and pay. The second time it only took about 5 mins. The second time we went the server was really nice. I was 9 months pregnant at the time (I just had my baby girl!) and he talked with me about it, about him about to have a baby himself, and told me congratulations. Super kind, young man. read more

I was the third car in the drive through. Took over 30 min to get my food. After got my food I pulled to the side and realized they were missing an entire chicken tender meal. Went to window and finally got that. Got home and they gave me a tea instead of sprite, and a sausage toaster instead of bacon. Order a double cheeseburger and got a single. Terrible!! read more

Quality has plummeted! Be have been three times in the last month, every time we have had to return our blasts bc NOTHING was in them! Plain ice cream with something sprinkled on top! Service has declined. Twice we have asked to speak to management and they don't care either! read more

We stopped for Milkshakes for our trip home. We were in and out in less than two minutes. Service was very friendly and milkshakes were divine. Thank You Sonic! read more

Another disheartening visit. After sitting at the drive thru for 4 minutes and not getting any help we moved to an ordering bay where we sat for another 4 minutes before a gentleman who sounded like he was 80 percent dead finally took our order. It's amazing that it took him two minutes to process that all I wanted was a order of cheese sticks and a drink. This is the third time for this location! Just when I thought this location could not get any worse. THEY DID! I only wish I could give them a negative star.... read more

Got to this place and order and never got any ranch for the strips and plus the guy that said he would bring me my ranch was smoking a cig on the other side of the build near a another car. Bad service. read more

very good service the screen was not working and the manager game out and personaly took our order!!

The past 2 times I've been there the person in the drive thru has messed up my order. Instead of taking the blame and apologizing for their mistake they acted as though I was an inconvenience to them. Today was my last straw I asked to speak to a manager and I was told they didn't have one. The person I spoke with was a crew trainer and said they don't have a manager on duty. News flash you should have one being there are several people there not knowing how to do their job. Needless to say, I will NOT be back read more

This place has gone down hill. Slow service, terrible customer service, and incorrect orders. We love sonic but this location needs some attention. It didn't use to be the way it is now. read more

TERRIBLE service. I never really have had any issues with this sonic so I was in disbelief with how the employees acted today. My mom and I were waiting at the drive thru screen for about five minutes and no one took our order. We went to the window and 4-5 teenage ladies were just standing there and socializing. They acted surprised when we said no one took our order and proceeded to be very snotty and rude. I'm not impressed. read more

Gross, gross and gross. Shake tasted like chemicals! My husband, nicknamed "the goat", wouldn't take more than one sip. That never, ever happens. Also in the order was a ridiculously tiny ice cream cone that should have been half the cost - looks nothing like the advertisements and was gone in under two minutes because it was all of 2.5-ish inches tall. A sad, sad trip that will never be repeated. read more

I really enjoy this sonic. They always have nice music playing outside, and my puppies love watching the cars go by, And the staff is very kind and accurate. read more

The staff at this location are very nice the drive-thru had the crew hopping to keep the traffic from backing up off of Madison Street. But the food and desserts are worth the wait. Unfortunately tonight I witnessed some rude patrons taking out their frustrations on the staff. The manager listened to a couple rant without raising her voice or saying an unkind word. Most people could not have done it under the pressure. On such a great night to be out patrons have to understand that for great food and great desserts longer wait times have to be expected especially on half-price Shake night. My girls and I waited patiently and it paid off thanks again team for your hard work and kindness don't listen to the haters you're the bomb diggity God bless. read more

Can't get an order right to save their life I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger plain with ketchup only and what do I get, a fully loaded burger. The reason for my frustration is that the lady didn't even write down that it was supposed to be plain with ketchup only which would have been avoided if the screen that shows you your order even worked. The only thing I can say is there is a guy named Sam who worked here and he was the only one with a decent enough personality and was outgoing enough to get me a manager to resolve the issue (thanks Sam). All I can can say is stay away until people here either fix their display screens or get hearing aids. read more

Worse place ever. I cannot tell you how many times I have been there ,different times of the day, and had to wait over 20 mins. Last time my family went about 7p.m. and ordered 3 shakes. After 25 mins we asked for our money back. Even if you do get you order it's never correct. I refuse to ever return to Sonic. Too many times they had made me so angry. Whoever runs that place needs to get it together. read more

GROSS! Service was awful a bunch of ignorant careless teenagers working, once we finally got our food it was soggy falling apart, cheese sticks were SOAKED in grease bit into one and got a mouth full of oil!! Not to mention the 40min wait! AWFUL SONIC! Go to the one on Wilma Rudolph if you want any decent food! read more

Don't believe the website, they turn the lights off early to avoid customers after 10pm it seems because when you drive by they give the illusion of being closed. Digital sign was off, drive-thru lights out and its just 10:20pm. Not stopping cause at that point you just wanting spit in your food read more

They are very rude to you here all I ordered was a route 44 ice water and then the lady confirmed my order then mumbles how much it would cost so I said excuse me? And then she rudely and slowly .55 I said okay thanks and I pulled around when I got to the window she handed me a large and I said no mama it's suppose to be a route 44 she then rolled her eyes at me then made the one I wanted very angrily... Then passed it to me as I asked are you upset with me? She then snatched my carded and walked around with it ... They where not busy I then waited and waited to the point she came back gave me my card and before I could say I need to talk to your manager she closed the window I had to knock on the door to get her attention some one else came to the window for me he got the manager and she said they where having issues running cards... But didn't even say sorry that she was being so rude to me... I then told her this would be the last time I come here.... OVER A ROUTE 44 ICE WATER... read more

Generally everything here tastes pretty good. The recent problem is slow service. The wait here used to be very reasonable but in the last few months the time has really gone up. Do not expect to get you order inside of 15 minutes regardless of the time of day or how many people are there. read more

I understand that you don't get the best customer service when you choose fast food. However, this place is probably the worst fast food place in Clarksville. The staff is rude. They get your order wrong and do not care to fix it. They rush your orders. They attempt to keep your change rather than give it back and you have to remind them that $10 is not a tip. I now just drive the extra miles to the sonic of Wilma. I should not have to feel like my simple order is an inconvenience because the staff does not want to work. read more

They're always, ALWAYS rude to people here. I've met a couple of carhops that are friendly, but mostly the people at the drive-thru are rude. I had to repeat my order three time today, and eventually just asked for another person to take my order. Then, the order was rang up correctly (on my receipt it was accurate), and I still had the wrong thing made for me. In fact, I'm almost certain that they put two different types of sauce on my boneless wings. Not to mention they were literally soaking in a 1/2 inch layer of this unknown sauce. They really need to work on their customer service and etiquette. Unimpressed. read more

The sonics on Madison is the worst. Every time we go by there they always mess up the order. We ordered sonic blast and all the toppings were only on top and not mixed in to the blast, and they were extremely slow read more

What terrible service! Don't waste your time, at least at this location! Called down there asking about a deal they were promoting and they said "yes, they were doing it!" Got down there to find out their machine had been down for over an hour! No apology, no nothing, except a big screw you! We have been here multiple times where the wait in the drive thru is 20+ minutes as well! Sonic, you better train your employees better or you are going to go under! I won't be back! There are much better burgers and food other places that are cheaper and have better service! read more
