    5 Deep-Fried Cheesecake Bites
    April R.

The cheese cake bites are fire! Golden crispy outsidea Warm creamy melts cheesecake inside! Can't wait to try the other desserts later!

Very helpful and friendly staff. The food is what you would expect for a greasy food joint, but they do it right. We've tried their fat sandwiches and while they are overwhelming and tasty, we went simple this trip and stuck with a burger and a Philly with an order of mozzarella sticks. The burger was good sized and juicy with all the fixings. The Philly was good, but I did think it needed a little more cheese. However I will just order extra cheese next time. The cheese sticks were good but a little pricey for the size of the cheese sticks. Overall, if you really are wanting greasy food, this is your restaurant or if you just want a good quality meal with good service, you can go here.

Food was good. Mediocre customer service. Maybe because my face looks new. Wings perfect! Now that Philly would've been wayyyyy better if they didn't dice all those lil jalapeños on it. I like spicy but nmaD! The jalapeños ruined my whole palate! 6/10

Best burger in Clarksville, periodT. I am not even mad I waited in line for an hour and half for it either!! Their team is handling opening weekend like seasoned pros and the socially distanced second day of full service was impressive! Friendly, clean, nicely decorated, and great interaction with customers waiting in line. Kudos!!! Now, back to this burger :) It was FRESH, perfectly grilled, flavorful, and lovely presentation (there is nothing worse than a burger or sandwich that is just slapped together and falling apart before you can even touch it). One time for the Fat Shack chefs!!! And that burger sauce?? Fire. Special sauce, who? Hahahaha. We got the meal with fries and a shake. They didn't have Oreo shakes because of vendor snafus, but the plain vanilla shake hit the spot! I may just get vanilla the next time just because it was so good - almost like perfectly melted soft serve ice cream :) Fries were good too - perfectly crisp, seasoned, and no obnoxious grease. I couldn't decide on just one thing, so I also got the Philly Cheesesteak, but honestly couldn't take one full bite after I devoured the burger and fries, haha. The little piece of meat and cheese that was falling out tasted great though ;). I'll come back and update once I recover or get a second wind ;) For dessert we got deep fried Oreos and funnel cake bites. The DFO's tasted just like the heaven I remembered at the Houston rodeo years ago. Listen, I will have to be on somebody's treadmill to prevent clogging all my arteries after these, but they are absolutely worth it!! You haven't lived if you haven't tasted DFOs ;) I am a fan of funnel cake, and their funnel cake bites were cool, but I'm biased to DFO's, so those will be my biannual treat ;) Please, take a visit to Fat Shack Clarksville - you won't be disappointed! Be warned, it's their opening weekend, so the line will be long for a while - just plan accordingly ;) It's the nature of grand openings and yeah, COVID (because it's still around). Again, congrats y'all! Happy to have a new burger joint in town!!!

Newbie alert! Me, my husbae and the minions decided to eat out because we didn't want to cook. So I found this place on Yelp and it's only 4 minutes away from our house so why not? Not knowing what to order we finally settled on a little bit of this and a little bit of that. The restaurant was fairly quiet. It had other customers but everyone was in their own little world. The food came out hot and fresh! Dylan was so sweet and patient with us newbies. We will definitely be back!

EVERY SUNDAY IS HALF-PRICES WINGS!!!!!! Nuff said and that alone gets a 5-star rating. If I had to give them an "improve", I would say to up their game on the overall cleanliness, but it's not atrocious, so I wanna be careful not to make it sound worse than what it really is. So, me and the wife actually go here almost every Sunday after worship service and they've really upped their customer service game-MUCH APPRECIATED. I'm late with this review, so I'll juts start from here and move forward. Their Buffalo ranch wings are absolutely phenomenal! Do NOT miss out!

Finally got out here after all of the hype for some lunch. The gentleman behind the counter taking our order was pretty knowledgeable on the menu and very friendly. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak with a side of fires and we added some fried pickles to start off. Pickles came out pretty quickly and were pretty good. The outside was crunchy and the pickle inside was still pretty crisp...overall, it was a tasty fried pickles spear. My Philly came out shortly afterwards...piping hot from the kitchen! It was a good sammich, not near an authentic Philly, but not many are. I felt the meat could have been seasoned a bit better though, I get it though, it's a franchise and they gotta stick with what they order. I liked the fries...they were super crispy and seemed to be as fresh as they could be without being fresh cut fries. The atmosphere of the place is pretty simple, nothing spectacular. The wall of fame is pretty cool though, but I wonder why they left THE Ashley Glotta (2017 OVC Volleyball Player of the Year) off of the wall...makes no sense to me. In the words of The Terminator...I'll be back (to try something else on the menu).

I'll start with this was a highly anticipated place I have been craving since I heard they were opening up in April. I ordered over $50 worth of food because .. well imma foodie! lol The Burger: delicious! Cooked with fresh meat and had a lot of flavor. The patties were perfect in size and the buns are brioche.. can't really complain about that it was amazing. All the produce was very fresh I wish I had of gotten the double or triple. The burger also comes with a special sauce The Doobie: a little salty but it was still really good, all of the fried foods they put together to make this combo works. It really is fattening but well worth the visit and wait in line. The food comes out relatively fast though. The tommy: another combination that went really well together bursting with flavors. Also they have more sauces on the menu so you can add an replace whatever is on the sandwich you do not want. The fried Oreos and fried twinkies were my favorite! I have always wanted to try these at a local fair but never got the opportunity to, they are really good and worth the calories you are going to get lol. The flavor profile was really good and honestly I never really eat sweets but these were a must try. If you are ever in town or up late at night this place is a must try and will not disappoint!

Very good food! Place itself is a little strange and dirty but I'm assuming its like that because it is open late.

It is with some measure of disappointment that I visited and write a review for Cheesy J's. Based…read moreon their menu and my love of crispy toasty cheesy sandwiches, I had fairly high hopes, despite the fairly mediocre Yelp ratings. But I'm afraid I need to confirm that my hopes were unjustified. First, some good bits. The staff was super friendly and helpful, though with an establishment (like this) where you stand in line and order at the counter, staff quality doesn't enter as much into the overall impression of a place as with a sit-down full-service establishment. As senior citizens, we got a 15% discount, which is a substantially larger discount than we generally see for seniors. The pickles were pretty good. My wife said that her pickles were the best part of her meal. For me, the pickles and the cream soda were kinda tied for goodness. The washroom was pretty clean. The eating area was nicely set up and I didn't notice any un-bussed tables (though it appears that diners are expected to bus their own tables, which I did). And now, the rest. My wife had The Dip, Wet. First, we were a bit confused that ordering "Wet" meant that they would put the Jus on in the process of constructing the sandwich, rather than providing Jus with the sandwich for dipping. But the staff was happy to provide a container of Jus. She found the sandwich overall to be sufficiently "meh" that she asked me whether I really wanted to take the leftover half sandwich home. I thought that since it wasn't actively bad, I'd go ahead and finish it later. I had Cheesy Brisket. I thought it was kinda OK, though the meat was not nearly as tender as I expect from a brisket dish. (My first bite, I couldn't fully bite off a piece of the brisket, so the entire slice slid out of the sandwich.) My wife thought that the meat tasted bad. I thought that the taste was OK; it was just that it could have stood some additional cooking time to get tender. Oh, the best part of the sandwich was the crispy cheesy bits around the edge. Both came with a "taste" or sample of their tomato soup. This was useful, as we both now know that we would not be happy buying the tomato soup. I don't think that it is Campbell's, but I think that the quality of taste is comparable. My wife had the combo with a side of cole slaw which was not horrible, but she didn't eat very much of it. I had the combo with a side of Mac & Cheese. For me, freezer section Mac & Cheese from Stouffer's is pretty good and I give it a solid 3 stars. And, for me, the Kraft box with the orange powder is a solid 1 star. This was somewhere in between. I had a few bites of it, but it wasn't worth eating or taking home to eat later. Their drinks are mostly Pepsi products, plus Iced Tea (sweet and non-sweet). I started off with unsweet tea, which I found to taste a bit odd and weak. So I dumped it out and got the cream soda, which was pretty good. In summary, while Cheesy J's is not actively bad, I don't see myself choosing to return. P.S. I didn't notice until I got home that the menu they gave me does not have all of their sides listed. Not sure whether anything else might be missing. P.P.S. I didn't notice until later that I was charged $1.16 for "Advantage Program". Unsure what this is, as I didn't order it.

I appreciated the amount of cheese oozing out of my sandwich and the burst of flavor from my Rajin Cajun. My family member was equally satisfied with the brisket. You get picked and a little cup of tomato concoction for dipping. The sweet potato fries had a nice buttery taste and comes with a sweet icing (but doesn't need it). Next time I'll try their potatoes. If you're concerned about price points, this one is strictly about the convenience-not a value meal. Enjoy

We kept giving them another chance because hey maybe they were off their game that time. But honestly, after our last visit ( a week ago). Never again will we return. My husband's burger was cold. There wasn't even any warmth to his burger when he took a bite out of it. All of our sodas were FLAT! no carbonation whatsoever. My daughter ordered a lemonade. She then told me to try it. I took a sip. TERRIBLE!! literally tasted like tap water with lemon juice. Just horrible. And disappointing. I don't know what happened to this place. But they really need to fix it.
