Myself and a friend got a 30 pack (3 flavors), fries, carrots, celery, with ranch and blue cheese. We each had two Yuengling beers too. This was absolutely the worse Wingstop I've ever conducted services with. Each and every time I order, they steal my money with providing the incorrect order. Tonight I ordered all flats and paid extra for my order to include other items and received less than what I paid for with cold, hard tiny pieces of boneless chicken when that was not what was ordered. When I called over an hour before they closed, NO ONE answered the phone. After 10+calls before closing. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. Been going to the Wingstop for a while and their wings are always on point. Crunchy - not burnt and drenched in sauce. The other chains up and down Wilma Rudolph can't compare to what they have. There are a few reviews that suggest checking out Chimaek or Nuttin But Wings instead - which I admit I never had, but those are 15-20 minutes on the other side of town. The opposite of convenient to eat some wings. While their wings are amazing, their fries seem to be bland or average to say the least. But you don't go to a company with the name wings in their name for their fries. Now I would have given it a higher rating, but I seemed to have an issue that many of the other reviewers reference. Now there are a few reviews about staff and uninattentive employees. I try to not to deal with staff when I'm out - I pay you, you give me food, bye. But coincidentally seems I'm the victim of inattentive staff - as I'm finishing my wings - I realize I don't have enough wings. At first I noticed how empty the place was on a Thursday but to notice the kitchen was always moving, and possibly understaffed. Went to order a few minutes past 8, later a handful of people came in to put an order in and they were rejected to say we're only doing online orders now. The wings are sauced, then sprinkled (lightly) with cajun spices. Wingstop has a lot of things going for it. First, there's no sandwiches. That might seem strange to note positively, but to a wing aficionado, I'm wary of a chicken wing restaurant that serves a million other things. Focus on what's important, I say. Besides wings, they offer only a small selection of sides (the fries are delicious). Wings come in increments of 8, wisely avoiding resentment of customers forced to order more than they may want (how can some places justify a minimum buy of 12?). You can order regular or boneless wings, or even do a mix & match between the two. And every order may be split into two different sauces. A nice touch. They make a big fuss over cooking all the wings to order, 'Never Pre-Cooked!' Be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes for your freshly made order. They were cooked perfectly. The crispness is outstanding. The wings aren't huge, but I'll take well-cooked wings over undercooked giants any day of the week.
