First time trying this place and I must say being from Ca it is way better than Canes.

The food is awesome. The staff not so much. Don't be surprised to stand at the counter waiting to order or get any service within five minutes minimum. They just stand around and don't even look your way. I'm torn because the food is great! read more

Fast, professional order taking at the counter. Food was seasoned well and served hot. Frozen lemonade was really good too. read more

Zaxbys - man this drive thru too long. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Clarksville, Tennessee

Food is over priced to me. And over salty. I ordered online. And it took 30 mins when I arrived to get my food. About 8 ppl with way bigger order walked in; ordered and received their food. I'm like, "where is my food?" Whole time my online receipt just sitting on back counter. She told manager in back to make my order. They took another 10 mins after seeing it. Came out and was like; "you want a refund with my food in hand." I'm like do I get my food too for the inconvenience. She says no. Well then give to me so I can go. Then left on one of the chicken fingers. And had attitude, this the manager I'm talking of. Won't go back. Send my BP up. Blood pressure. read more

This frickin place I tell where do I start. Avoid at all cost. These people I tried to be nice too I asked how there day was and tried be nice again cause I am just nice. I ordered four chicken sandwiches not a meal. Trying to be easy as possible. These people made me wait for six cars they served by the time they got me. All in all, they were nice people just horrible service, I will never be back. Thank you. read more

This was my first time!! Drive thru was easy and straightforward as it should be. Forgot to get menu pics but it was easy to read. I love my kickin chicken sandwich, just know it is messy. The Zaxby's sauce is amazing!! Get the sauce for your fries!! I'll be back to try other things. Sweet tea was good too! read more

Seen the Zaxby's commercial about these fries and couldn't wait to get off work to go get them. The tv made them look so good and boy they were! The drive Thur line was long but they moved so shift the line wasn't a problem. I am full as a tick after eating these fries! read more

Zaxbys - Chicken bacon ranch fries no bacon I don't eat pork - Chicken Wings Near Me - Clarksville, Tennessee

Zaxby's arguably has the best chicken in the fast food game! Change my mind! The seasoning that came through on my chicke bacon ranch fries was everything. Golden crisp from the chicken, light crunch of the bacon pieces made me wish it was a salad instead! I like my cheese melted, so if you are looking for that on the chicken bacon ranch fries, you'll be let down! My best advice: tell them how you want your fries, because the ranch can make them just a tad softer than you may be used too. read more

Unrealistically horrible customer service, and the food... Check out the pictures. Asked to have another sandwich made with the cheese actually somewhat melted, and the chicken to actually be, hot. Was given nonsensical remarks about me wanting my cheese melted, in a hot sandwich. My ladies plate, cold...all of it. At least when I asked for the food to be remade, it was. Called to speak to the manger...I was denied speaking to them. Steven, denied my request. Thanks pal, this encouraged me to write these words for all to see. Hopefully people see this and choose somewhere different to dine. This is what you get when you put entitled children in charge of making safe, inedible food..and being completely unable to take accountability for ANY of their actions. The owner of this private establishment...doesn't care, or this wouldn't be happening. I was just robbed of my money, by this Zaxbys. read more

I went to the drive through the inside is not open. Some of the food was fresh some wasn't. How can you get cold food? I guess they don't care what they serve you. The fries and chicken tenders was fresh the wings was cold as ice. I just said I'm not visiting again unless I can go in and get my food. I guess good help is hard to find. Don't eat here. The funny part is they was like can you pull up to wait for your order. I still got cold stale food. That's the review that's all. read more

The service was fast, efficient and friendly. The food was great we had chicken fingers and the grilled chicken zalad. Both were excellent and very fresh. read more

Omg, i cannot believe what I just experienced. It was completely unbelievable and unacceptable. I drove 30 minutes!!! For my freshly crispy cooked fried chicken and I'm drooling over the thought of making absolute love to this chicken sandwich. And I get there and what do you know....closed... absolutely heart breaking....I'm currently at chick fil-a about to get me a average sandwich because now I have no choice....1 star for breaking my heart :,) read more

First time as Zaxby's. It was really good. The food tasted really fresh. Fresher than places like chick fil a. I wasn't a big fan of the Zaxby's sauce but my chicken tenders, fries, and slice of Texas toast were really good. read more

The chicken fingers were super flavorful for a fast food variety and the whole meal was hot and fresh. It was our first time at Zaxby's as we're from Northern Illinois and we love it! Our complaint was the cleanliness of the facility. The floors were greasy and tables had debri from previous patrons. We'd definitely return but with hopes of a higher degree of cleanliness. read more

Zaxbys - 5 Chicken Finger Plate with coleslaw and 5 Chicken Finger Plate with double fries - Chicken Wings Near Me - Clarksville, Tennessee

I went through on a Sunday afternoon around 4:30pm. There was no line in the drive thru like there usually is and only 1 car in the parking lot. I kinda thought they were closed, but they weren't. The girl that took my order was quite patient with me since I hardly ever go there I had no idea what I wanted to order. I finally figured it out and ordered a chicken finger sandwich which came with fries and my son a kiddie fingers meal. My meal was the perfect size not too much food but not too little either. I was full but not miserable. My sandwich was a little hard to eat, the fingers kept wanting to fall off which isn't a big deal it's what I ordered. My sons meal was 2 chicken fingers and some fries with a packet of curious George gummies which I think is sooo much better than the cheap useless toys that normally come with a kids combo other places. I paid close to $10 for the 2 of us to eat which I think is more than reasonable. We both got full and our meals came with drinks. I definitely recommend this location! It was a cheap and easy meal for my family and it was of higher quality than McDonald's. read more

Zaxbys - Chicken finger sandwich with fries. 3 chicken fingers, lettuce, and the zax's sauce. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Clarksville, Tennessee

I love zaxbys food, The only complaint I have is that they have gotten skimpy on the fry seasoning.

Zaxby's Is a Wonderful place to eat at!I eaten at the one located in West TN,Jackson,TN location. And also the one in Cape,Girardeau,Mo!I definitely love their French fries& chicken sand which & salads. The double chocolate fudge cookies are delicious too! read more

The Zaxby's locations in Clarksville really do an amazing job of taking care of their customers. The employees are always friendly and helpful with menu selection. Any time there are questions managers are readily available to assist. The owner, Tim O'Brien, is a military veteran, a great guy that is very present in the community, and takes pride in his stores being clean and efficient. At all three stores I have received quality food and service. Of course each store is different with a variety of employees but they have each taken the time to listen to concerns (if there were any). They have a great "order ahead" online service where you skip the line and everything is packaged well and ready on time!! Group and large catering orders have been nothing but smooth every time I have used these services (which is often)! While they have so many great choices - their salads are the BEST around - in my opinion :) read more

Ok. I LOVE ZAXBYS!!! I have never ever gotten anything bad here. I've been a loyal customer since the one on 42A opened. My girls and I used to frequent it at least once a week. My kids all love it too. They eat there at least once a week. Better then chick filet A , which is good, but zaxbys is better because ... Wings ... love their tongue torch bone in wings French fries. Always served hot and Chrispy and even if you them home, still taste good. I don't know why but I can't eat a Luke warm waffle fry, yuck!! Onion rings .. seriously gotta try these!! Zalads. Their salads are my favorite out of my house salad. Favorite being the house , with Fried , no cheese and their low cal vinaigrette!! Holy Mother of... that's a good salad. Hearty and filling. And the Texas toast ?? Get you some !! Their fresh chips ?? Oh shut up!!! With the best BBQ SAUCE IN THE WHOLE WORLD. don't get the ranch. Get the bbq!! Tangy and spicy. Just enough of both. Not Smokey!!! These are also good on a party platter for a get together. Inexpensive and a crowd pleaser. They hold up well after too, just put em in a ziplock bag. Pack in your kids lunches they will love you for it. Chick filet has a great chicken sammich. But zaxbys has a nibbler that is perfect and they have a meal that comes with 3 and fries. Again I get em plain and dip them in that BBQ sauce. Cause it's truly my favorite. Ok. Now I'm hungry going to zaxbys!!! I've been to all 3 locations , all good. All clean and the staff is always on pointe. I love the military memorabilia too. Have them cater your next anything too. It's worth it , no sweat for you and good food!! They did my "after wedding day guest still at my house party!!! " was great. My family loved it. What shall I get today ??? Hmmmmmm read more

I really like the fries. They also have great service. I came one Halloween and a worker recognized my costume. I gave this a five star because it's AWSOME! I have not been in awhile. They just don't change. read more

I am old-school Zaxby's - back in the day in Augusta, GA I used to sit in the Zaxby's drive through for over an hour waiting for our order to be freshly made (behind 3-4 other cars). I always brought a book or a friend because the wait was always worth it. I feel like this has gone down a bit in quality over the years as it got bigger. This particular Zaxby's seemed to be very busy. They are one of the best chicken finger joints in town. However, they managed to run out of ice in the drink machine - they had the capability to fill it up, but I am guessing they were too busy to check. It caused a huge line at the drink machine. Things tamed down after they refilled the machine though. They also got my order wrong, but they corrected it promptly. The staff was polite, cheerful and helpful. I just do not feel like this is the Zaxby's I was used to back in the day read more

Fried or Grilled Chicken Salad is the best. Traditional hot wings has turned out to be the pitts. It's just not that good anymore. But the chicken fingers are great. I'm pretty sure the prices have recently gone up a few bucks. The nuclear sauce is my preference. Not to spicy, and not overbearing. And their crushed ice is the best. read more

Zaxbys - Drive-Thru Menu - Chicken Wings Near Me - Clarksville, Tennessee

Today was the second time in a month we've had lunch there & it was so cold in there that some guest cane in & left. My friend asked if they could shut the ac off or at least turn the ceiling fans off & we were told no because of the water condensation and the water on the floor. Made no sense!! He'll put a bucket to catch the water before you run off customers cause it's freezing in there!!! May be a while before we go back. read more

Great food but terrible service. Drive thru and dine in service both were disappointing, very rude staff members. Don't think I'll be going back to that location read more

Slow. No different than the Zaxby's on fort Campbell blvd. Food was decent but you should have to wait for stuff this long. You either making chicken tenders or sandwiches so no need to take 5mins per customer read more

Not Too Shabby for Fast Food. Zaxby's has and likely will be one of my go to places for fast food. While I enjoy a local restaurant and enjoy trying new things, Zaxby's has always had a legit meal vibe to it close to that of a sit down restaurant. This location in particular has been visited by me a good half a dozen times and never an issue. The employees NEVER mess up your order and I believe everything I've ordered here has been "Indescribably Good" as Zaxby's claims. Based on my experiences, the Kickin' Chicken Sandwich is the way to go, but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The meals can be slightly messy, but don't stress, because Zaxby's has plenty of Moist Towelettes if you just ask. Also, the signs and other stuff on the walls keeps your interest while you wait, which is usually only about five minutes. There is only one thing I recommend you don't do, and this is get your food to go. Just take the time to sit down and indulge a bit. And most importantly, the chicken is always delicious. And maybe a milkshake. Ratings: (out of 10) Employees: 9 Wait Time: 9 Cleanliness: 9 Food Quality: 8 Food Taste: 10 Value: 9 read more

The food was good and I love the fact that it was fresh I could ask for better it was delicious and worth my money The employees greet you nicely it was clean on the inside no mess on the floors and the service was fast I did not wait no longer than 5 minutes for fresh food I would this place to anyone especially if you love salad. read more

Think Chik-Fill-A but with more options and less processing. THE GOOD: -Inside area is nice and fairly well kept. -Easy to get to and plenty of parking if you need it. -Fair amount of options on the menu, also one of the few places in town that does wings via the drive thru. THE BAD: -Quality is sloppy. Do you like a ton of condiments on a chicken sandwich? Or chicken tenders where it taste like it was not cooked long enough to not make it floppy? Fries are also under seasoned and dull. -Menu would occasionally not have the correct price on some things, but this was a year or so ago that this particular bad thing happened. -Portion sizes have been cut. I remember getting a huge quantity of onion rings before, and now I barely get any. -Pricey. Not a cheap place to eat. Overall....Eh. I will give them another chance sometime. read more

Best chicken fingers in town. Hot wings are good, but I prefer the chicken fingers. The Zaxby's sauce is delicious and addictive. Service is always very good. If not, let management know and they'll get it fixed immediately. Always feel like I get excellent service there. read more

Great food always! I am giving it 3 stars because its so cold you could hang meat in here! Cold every time and this time we asked for it to be a little warmer and got the typical "we cant control the air answer". Too bad as it will have an impact on our decision next time if we want to freeze while we eat. Keep in mind it July 27th and 90 degrees outside. Still freezing inside! read more

Great customer service. Prompt food. Nuclear starts to get spicey after 5 boneless wings. Get the banana pudding milkshake.

Very rude and unfriendly cashier. I was told I couldn't swap fries for mushrooms. I said I would pay the difference and the cashier finally just rang me up a-la-cart. This made the bill for two meals and small drinks over twenty dollars... Finally me and my wife got sick that night and for the next morning. Assumed food poisoning. We will never eat here again. read more
