I have driven past this place dozens of times and it just didn't look like much to me. I searched Yelp for a good local steak (none chain) and this place popped up. I came here with a friend and I was not disappointed!! The interior / decor is really cool. We sat in a booth near the bar and our waitress was awesome!! Best in Clarksville!! She was fun and witty! The food was great. Honestly I've had better ribeyes, but all the other food was amazing and the waitress was great (forgot her name) I will absolutely come back. The only place to go for drinks on girls night! They offer everything from steaks to seafood to Asian and all types in between. We traveled an hour and a half for birthday celebration. Margarita Yower for $35 alone is worth the drive. The fried mushrooms were a hit. Definitely visit there next time you're in Clarksville. Service was very friendly. I've visited here multiple times and have not been disappointed yet. The food and service have been great, regardless of the day of the week and time of the day of my visit. Their menu is vast and seems overwhelming. But having tried something from all categories, I can say that I haven't tried something that I haven't liked. A nice restaurant, good atmosphere, great food that is well presented and excellent service. We had the seafood platter, butterfly shrimp and the mahi-mahi. They were all delicious. The food preparation and presentation was great, obviously prepared by a skilled chef that takes great pride in their work. The rolls were good, although not great. We had the apple tart for dessert. It was good, but not all that special. Almost like it was pre-made rather than homemade. Our waiter was very professional and made sure our meal was just right. Awful cut of meat 8oz steak and 4oz of it was fat, broccoli wasn't steamed just splashed with some seafood water, potato was good but was very small and I was charged an extra dollar for extra cheese ( I didn't order or receive extra) ordered Cajun cheese fries for an appetizer, it was crinkle cut freezer fries and very obviously tasted like it. All I can say is that you need to stop here whenever you're in the area. Like other yelpers, I had always wondered about it and told myself I didn't have time to stop if I wanted to miss Nashville's rush-hour traffic. Finally, we made it happen, and we were not disappointed. The fried mushroom appetizer was probably the star of the show. Battered just right with big mushrooms inside, they were delectable. We then enjoyed fish & chips baskets which were substantial and delicious. The dessert was one we thought we'd take with us and finish later, but we ended up devouring it on the spot. They are way over priced and flavor was so bland. My husband ordered the 20 Oz prime rib and maybe a 12oz came out. And the sweet potato was so small. Ive never seen such a small sweet potato. Very surprised! My wife and I had our first date night here once loving to Clarksville. I ordered an Old-Fashioned which was a little on the sweet side but still delicious, a house salad which was FRESH!, and ribs that were moist and came right off the bone. Customer service was good as well. I would recommend for sure! Only critiques are that it seems like a private owned restaurant trying to look like a chain restaurant. It was a bit dark. Also, the ranch dressing wasn't house-made; for this type of restaurant I think that would be a big improvement, I love a house made ranch dressing. Still worth it though! read more

I ordered the Louisiana fries as an appetizer and when I received my order you can tell the fries have been sitting out for awhile because they were no longer crispy and were turning that brown color after sitting there. I also ordered the crispy butterfly shrimp. When I received my plate it was about 10 shrimp in a circle and in the middle was lettuce (which made no sense) I have no idea what I was suppose to do with a circle of lettuce. and tarter sauce. I paid 17 for 10 little shrimps and lettuce!!!!!! The pictures on the website are VERY misleading. I would not recommend this place to anyone nor will I be going back. What a great find! Stopped in for dinner on our way to Atlanta. We were met with well-attended service, recommended cocktails, and a very personable, professional bartender, John. But the food! Female Asian owner or manager is rude and argumentative. I asked for A strawberry Margarita and got nothing but syrup. I asked if they could fix it and the lady came and would not remake the strawberry margarita. you could literally feel and taste the syrup of margarita mixer and it was disgusting. The drink was dark because of how much syrup was in it. She was just telling me to pick another flavor because she was not going to make another strawberry margarita despite the entire table of four agreeing that their Margarita and mine were poorly made. after going back and forth i just asked for a water. I used to be a regular but i will not come back anymore. Don't see what the big deal was to remake the strawberry margarita. read more

Although i have lived here since the late 90s this is my first time at Harbor. I have heard of the expansive and confusing menu and never cared to check it out. But since we had the kiddos and grandkiddos with us we wanted a place that would seat 9 with no trouble. Yelp guided me here. Happy hour on a weekend?! Yes please. The Mojito i ordered was the perfect summer drink. My daughter chose the frozen strawberry margarita and she also enjoyed it. Just delicious. Appetizers were ok; We had Mt. Nachos and a Pick 3. Bread was brought and everyone seemed to be having a wonderful time catching up with each other. Menu- just as over the place as folks mention. My club sandwich with fries was very good; a bit salty but that's how i like it. Other dishes enjoyed were the General Tsos and my grandkiddos really liked their meals too. But that's when things went a bit awry. The cooks - well...they seem a little off. New maybe? I dunno. But the food was not consistent. Example: Both my husband and son asked for burgers medium rare. That is the only way they like it. My son, the introvert, tried to pretend it was ok but after a couple bites i could see he was not enjoying it. When asked he said politely that maybe it was just a little overcooked. I went to look and it was beyond well done - Almost charred. Hubby said his Cowboy burger was ok but bland. Notoriously part of the "clean plate club" this meal he maybe ate half? I gave my son some of my club but then our waitress came and could see something wasn't right. We told her it was just a little overcooked. She went and got the manager or someone in charge who came to talk to my son. He is so shy that he kept trying to reassure her it was ok and didn't want to raise a fuss but she comped him half his meal. I thought that was pretty cool but he's definitely not a complainer so it was uncomfortable for him to be asked. Had the manager person read the ticket she could have seen it read medium rare and it was a cook issue. My son didn't need to be questioned. I'd have just taken it off altogether. Our waitress was stellar all night; caring and kind and definitely 5 star. The pasta was brought out and we didn't even catch that one plate was incorrect at first. She did. Unfortunately when it was brought back the lobster pasta looked like it was dumped on top of what we was brought at first and it did not taste good. My daughter said the pasta was a hit but the lobster was rubbery and "smelled weird". For 18.50 it should have been on point. She just pushed the lobster to the side and ate the pasta. Chefs definitely need some training. And then... Omg. If you follow me y'all already know my BIG pet peeve is when people add 18 percent gratuity to my check. I get it that for parties of 8 or more it happens at some places however it's insulting to me. Especially when we are 9 people but 2 are small children and 2 more under 18. And for years now I made it a rule that if I'm not given a choice on what i choose to tip, then 18 percent is what will be given. (Had it not been included, I normally tip 25-30 percent for great service.) But she was a really great waitress so I added stars to my review. That is why it's a 3-3.5 star folks; Truly, without the service it would have been a 2 star review. Most of the food - not fans. But I'm a sucker for nice people (and they were, even before walking in we were greeted warmly by a gentleman outside sweeping), great service (especially when I'm with family) and great drinks. If I ever go again, I think I'll stick to meeting a couple friends for happy hour drinks. Maybe the club sandwich if I get hungry. Or the Tso's meal. Those were really good. read more

We had driven past this place so many times before hearing one of our close friends say that this place was the bomb, and being the food-lovers we are, we immediately drove out to give it a try. All I can say is WOW. We started off with the Calamari appetizer with a honey wasabis and it was absolutely amazing. My husband got the Cajun Shrimp & Crab Meat Pasta, and I got a bite and it was so amazing. I got the Jalapeño burger and it was to die for. We finished off with some of their yummy cocktails and were so happily filled afterwards. We will definitely be back! read more

Talk about an eclectic menu! They have everything from mozzarella cheese sticks to burgers to lobster tail to bulgogi and kung pao chicken. If I had to guess, I would say this place used to be a steakhouse. There's a lot of wood inside the structure, like a log cabin. There's also a big stone fireplace. The last time I ate here was lunch about 10 years ago, and it was pretty good. Today, I just had carry out: beef chow fun. As far as I know, they are the only place in town that serves this. It was pretty good, but not great. The portion size was excellent, and could have easily fed two people. They have been in town since 2002, so I'm rooting for them to stick around for another 15 years. read more

Comfortable interior, nice bar setup and the staff was young but kind, enthusiastic and professional (living in one of the top 10 rudest cities in America I love southern hospitality like theirs!) menu is expansive you can get a wide variety of food types. APPETIZERS lettuce wraps with chicken was fairly standard, potato skewers, sliced fried potatoes with Cajun spices, cheese and bacon with a side of ranch and sour cream....where have you been all my life? I've never heard of such a wonderful invention I don't know if it's a Midwest/southern thing? I split the vegetable Lo Mein with a colleague and it was very fresh. ENTREE I had the Kung Pao chicken with white rice, the chicken was tasty and Sichuan sauce had a good flavor. I also had a side of broccoli that quite frankly didn't taste like anything. I was nervous ordering Asian dishes at a restaurant with such a diverse menu but it actually was very good! If the company sends me out to the area again I would definitely return. read more

This was extremely sub-par and underwhelming. The food was bland, the servers argued over tables in front of us (extremely unprofessional), the lobster didn't taste like lobster (in a bad way).
