If you expect customer service, manners, or people who will help go elsewhere came in today the staff spent the next minute and a half ignoring us talk Sheray then turns says nothing, we said we wanted a dozen donuts no reply stood there box inland staring out the door I. Told her what donuts we wanted and she walked off and got the donuts from other locations and stands at the register, no total,no is that all, we asked about drinks she shook. Her head no, never asked about the app or anything just hurried back to socialize and act pissed off. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN, sorry we inconvenienced you read more

Normally this is an okay experience. Today, not so much. Today I'm in a bit of a hurry and it takes them 15 minutes to make a latte. The cashier took 4 people in line behind me before she even asked another employee to make it. It was mediocre at best and made me late. Not happy with their customer service. read more

Management was changed in January. Everyone that was there since store was opened 5 years ago new management got rid of or they quit. That store will never be the same. I wouldn't drink or eat anything out of that store only one lady is still there since store opened 5 years ago. New management came in and messed that store up. I didn't want to give them the one star. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Read the reviews for this location. Every one is saying what happened to me. It's 9:00 am on a Sunday morning and they only have 3 types of donuts. They do not have plans to make more.... Very confused since you are open until 10:00 pm. Tons of employees standing around and a very long drive thru line. I went inside and no one approached me however, a lot of staff on their phones. Asked for the Kreme filled and they were out, asked for the Twix donut and they are out, asked for the glazed Kreme filled and they are out. They only had original glazed, strawberry, and lemon. What's the point of being open if you are out of the other 10 donuts and you are in the donut business. As I was leaving with no donuts the young man that worked there said the reason was because "no one likes to make the other donuts". Well geez that's your job and you are working at a donut place. I mean your job should be to make customers happy and offer them what your sign states your company has. They are going to go out of business at this location. Every one was leaving with nothing and very unhappy. 9:00 on a Sunday morning. So sad because I love Krispy Kreme just not this location. read more

As I'm sitting in line right now the drive- thru is extremely slow. This is ridiculous for donuts. Then as I drive up to place my order there are no more Glazed donuts. How is that even possible? There was no sign outside saying no more glazed but people are waiting in line for 30min expecting and wanting glazed donuts. The hot light was not on so you can't say that's why it's slow. The donuts are already laid out. I'll never come back here. Need new management. Please act fast. read more

we arrive on a Saturday night at 10:30 pm the business closed at 11pm. They told us they put away all the donuts and would not allow us to buy donuts. Poor Management and Customer service. read more

I have been eating Krispy Kreme all my life. Grew up on Krispy Kreme in North Carolina and never have I been told there are no original glazed doughnuts and the Hot Light is on. The Waldorf location has had the most issues. This is the last time I ever go. What's the point of having the hot light on and there are no original glazed doughnuts. read more

How Do You Mess Up Original Glazed!!! These tasted like Dunkin Donuts.... Not Krisp, Light, or Fluffy. Go to 24 hour location in Alexandria, VA. Much better donuts. read more

Absolutely the worst KK Location. I've given several opportunities to get an order right at least 1 time & They Can't Do It. Today was my last visit to this location. The staff doesn't know their menu, what they have ready, what they're out of. I've been at 7am & donuts aren't ready. I've been to drive thru & seen long lines and when I get to the window, staff are sitting on the tables texting on their phones. I've ordered kreme filled donuts only to find no kreme at all. I've tried reaching out to manager & to corporate only to find that nobody in this chain cares about customer service. From Now On, I'm Going Across the Street to DD read more

They are short staffed and they got fresh donuts at 6am to 9am. So if the drive thru line is long it's because there only two employe.

Please to visit this establishment, horrible customer service. My refund was in the form of a voucher. I spend 15.99 with taxes and when I went to redeem my dougnuts had to pay an additional $1 in taxes. Ridiculous, employees standing around talking and not assisting customers. read more

I'm not sure how I feel about this location yet. We went two weeks after they opened and of course they were busy. The location for parking and the drive thru isn't t the best. My first impression was that there are kinks that need to be worked out. Presentation is everything. They had all these original mini donuts on some long dish on the counter that I wasn't sure what they were for. If they were free samples for people then there was no way of knowing that and flies were all over them (yuck). They should have covered those and ones in the back on a cart that were also surrounded by flies. That was a turn off that day. Then last night we decided to take all 6 of our nieces and nephews to experience the yummy original donuts. We go there and noticed that on the door it said "no original Glazed" and we immediately thought to ourselves WHAT it can't be, that's the main point of Krispy Kreme. But we decided to go in anyway, we were all disappointed and opted to not buy any at all. Before leaving I asked the person at the register when they were going to have the original glazed back and with an attitude (I guess he was tired of everyone asking the same question) he said "I don't know, the machine has been broken all day and we don't know when it will be fixed". I was shocked, how are they only opened since 10/24 and already they have major issues like this Needless to say I rather , when I get a major sweet tooth, continue to travel to one of the official Krispy Kreme locations in Virginia. I'll have to give this independently owned location time to get it together. read more

The worst KK location I have ever been! The doors were locked during busy hours. Slow drive through window service. Gave us the wrong order. And when we got our doughnuts, the bread was not as soft as usual (dry!) the sizes of the doughnuts were off (one is bigger than the others, and the fritters! They're not fritters! They're like freakn cinnamon rolls!!! Seriously!??? I will never go to this location if it's the last Krispy Kreme in the world! I'll rather get Safeway doughnuts than get doughnuts from this location. It's beyond disappointing!!! read more

Only have one star because forced to do so. I have been here 3 times recently. First time after waiting 30 minutes in line given the wrong order ( now I know it's because they didn't have the right order). Second time forced once again to sit in drive- thru line as the inside of store was not open during regular daytime hours. This time once again they didn't have what I ordered. Last time on Saturday went into business. Took 10 minutes for anyone to even look at me. They had maybe 2 dozen donuts in the case. Nothing to offer. This store needs to go out of business. They are ruining the Krispy Kreme name. What was the brand thinking putting a store in Waldorf of all places? So sad. Look for the closed sign soon. read more

Very disappointed. I asked the guy at the window to change my order of my ice coffee to a frozen one and the girl who was making the order proceeded to hand him the ice coffee still even after I made my request. I'm really sick of these young ass individuals working and not having an ounce of damn customer service. If you don't want to do your job correctly then by all means quit. I will not be returning. You all have horrible staff read more

Didn't have everything I needed. I wanted a latte and the machine was not working. I was very unhappy about that.

They don't listen, messes up orders and unapologetic. Gives krispy Keme a bad name abs should fire all staff. They don't pay attention to detail nor unable to follow simple instructions. The employees don't understand good hygiene as well read more

These were the horrible looking, small doughnuts my husband received this past Sunday. The manager didn't even apologize nor ask what the issue was after an employee informed her that I wanted a refund. She even took the doughnuts back and I didn't see her throw them away, so they were probably given to the next customer! read more

Krispy Kreme - Dozen glazed - Donuts Near Me - Waldorf, Maryland

I was at Krispy Kreme on Jan. 30, 2022. L went to buy doughnuts at Waldorf store. 20 minutes later we still did not pay for the doughnuts. One register was open and no one was taking our money even though there were six employees. The management team needs to do a better job. Wewalked out without the doughnuts since noone wanted to take our money. This is very poor management procedures. read more

I just left this location at 6:I5 p.m., and I will not be returning. I go through the drive-thru thinking I could order Hot Glazed Donuts, because the Hot sign is lit. The young man that took my order was very rude. I ordered a half dozen, Hot Glazed Donuts and he said, "Ma'am we don't have hot glazed...we only serve hot chocolate glazed." I replied, "You don't have hot glaze?" He said, "No (rudely)!" I replied, "Since when did you stop selling hot glazed?" He said, "Ma'am we don't sell that (rudely)." I replied, "Your sign says hot glazed...did you stop selling it?" Silence - no answer. I said, "Hello!" He said, "Yes (sarcastically)!" I replied, "Are you okay?" He said, "I'm fine (sarcastically laughing). I replied, "Never mind, I don't want to order." Now, if they were sold out of the hot glazed or no longer provided hot glazed as an option, he should have stated that to me. The attitude was rude and unacceptable. There obviously needs to be some refresher training in Customer Service interaction. My experience will be shared on the social media platform too. read more

I think it would have been a great experience had they had more flavors advertised on their website. There was a lot of people because of their buy one get one box for $1. I also wish their employees were better as they looked really really really worn out... at like 10am! They were also slow read more

Was all yummed up for some Krispy Kreme - hadn't had any in a long while. Boy, was I disappointed. Bought 6 in a box and they were so small could have gotten several more in there. I remember when KK was a good value for your money but these 6 tiny things for over $10.00 was a real rip off. It was in the afternoon so I didn't expect them to have my favorite blueberry glazed that late in the day but just the regular glazed were skimpy. Not going back to that place anymore. read more

How can a donut shop never have donuts? Went there and all they had was a few trays of glaze donuts. A couple behind me saw the selection and walked out. After that a man and his two daughters came in and asked why the light is never on. They either need to shut this location down or heir new management. I've never see the location in Alex, Va run out of donuts. I've never seen dunking donuts run out of donuts. read more

My daughter and I went here for the first time since it opened. As expected there was a line to the door for inside service and a long line outside for Drive Thru service. We opted to go inside, we were very pleased! It smelled heavenly, and you can watch through the glass as they make fresh doughnuts! Like I said the line was to the door but surprisingly we were in line for only about 5 minutes! This is a smaller location then others that I have been to but it's still the same classic taste! All in all I will definitely be back! Hopefully not too much as we all know too much of a good thing isn't always good for you! Lol! read more

Customer service, terrible. There were 6 people working and didn't know how to attend us. I was in line for the free dozen donuts for graduating seniors. As I approach near the front of the line with two people ahead of me, the employees (who looked like 17-19 years old) announced that the donut machine broke so there weren't any donuts left. They then started to hand out the donuts that were on display for free, BUT they handed the donuts out to their FRIENDS. Mind you, people who were far behind in the long line. Of course, I complained to the employees saying that myself and the people in front of me were here first, that they shouldn't give out the donuts to people behind in the line. They cussed us out, and instead of getting a dozen, they only gave us two donuts. read more

Love it!!! They were so nice and they got my order correct. I got a dozen and it was bussin bussin. The flavors were melting on my tounge and it made me super satisfied with my visit to this location. read more

Just left the Krispy Crème in Waldorf, Maryland pissed because I went in to purchase a dozen doughnuts and because I didn't have a debt or credit card and tried to pay with cash the manager told me they couldn'texcept the cash and to pretty much leave. This is a pretty screwed up policy that a customer can't purchase doughnuts because I prefer to use cash. Don't they realize it costs them to use the credit & debit machine. Poor customer service & poor management. read more

Not impressed.. only been here a few times.. I'm more of a Dunkin Donuts type.. The drive thru experience was horrific. They took so long that I could have made my own doughnuts. The second time around I tried to give them another shot but nope , another miss; I went inside that time but they were just as slow inside as the drive thru. Like I said before I prefer Dunkin Donuts anyway. I'll just stick to what I know. read more

Manager is rude. Hot light is consistently not on. No hot donuts when there should be hot donuts like when they open first thing in the morning. Obviously staff isn't getting there early enough to make the donuts. Hence donuts you order are not available and if they are they aren't fresh and they aren't hot. I went to the Waldorf location yesterday first thing in the morning for hot donuts only to be told the light wasn't going to be on all day. On top of that the donuts I ordered were cold and wet. Today I called to see if the light was on knowing that, that means hot donuts. The rude manager answered saying the lights been in all day ma'am. I let her know that she was one of the rudest managers I have ever spoken with and instead of an apology for her rudeness she hung up the phone which is even more rude. I didn't curse or get loud just stated a fact and instead of this manager owning up to her rudeness and recognizing that she should change her tone she chose to hang up. I love Krispy Kreme but not at the expense of rude managers who should know better and have the best interests of the company and the customers at heart. Maybe more training or a new job elsewhere would help her learn to deal with customers more professionally. read more

Very disappointed If I could give no stars I would. Me and my girlfriend wanted to celebrate our graduation with a free dozen donuts Krispy Kreme was offering. We pulled up to the store to a line that was pretty long and waited to order our donuts for about 30 minutes. When we got to the window they refused to serve us since it was past their closing hours but it was only 10:03 and they closed at 10. We were very disappointed and this was something we were looking forward to since not being able to celebrate our graduation. Not only did they not serve us but there where maybe 20 or so other cars behind and in front of us that they refused to serve also. read more

Was craving donuts one night and the line was short so I said....why not. Plus the hot sign was on (even though it seems like it's always on but...)! I ordered a half dozen of glazed/strawberry glaze donuts and I wasn't impressed. The donuts taste like they were cooked in old grease and they just weren't as fulfilling as I imagined them to be. My little spirit was crushed...to be craving something that ends in disappointment is just heartbreaking. I mean...they were hot but they just didn't taste like the ones I get in VA. Just writing this review is starting to crush my spirit all over again *sigh*. I'll give them another try before I call it quits...hopefully, my next visit will be a redeemer of this location. read more

I have had adequate service at Krispy Kreme twice before, not good but I got what I ordered. I went this morning in the drive through for my third time at this Krispy Kreme and the man taking my order seemed flip, arrogant, and rude. When I drove around to get my order, my thoughts of who took the order were close to right. I am considering stopping any future visits there because of this obnoxious, rude, arrogant, a**hole of a human. 1. First, the hit sign was on so I ordered some glazed. I got cold hardened doughnuts. That's okay, they still taste good! 2. I know someone there messed up the other doughnuts I ordered by damaging them somehow, they all looked like they pushed their fingering in them or took half the icing off on some. 3. I cant prove it but I'm sure he did something to my coffee I ordered as well! 4. I'm appalled with the service I got. Worst experience I've had at any eating establishment of any kind! Avoid this Krispy Kreme and go to Dunkin Doughnuts. Their service is impeccable compared to this crapy fourth rate Krispy Kreme!! read more

It's a Krispy Kreme you can't really mess these up. The doughnuts are hot and ready. They literally melt in your mouth. I've been here like 10 times since it has open and never had one complaint about this place. I'm just glad I don't have to drive over 50 miles to get to one anymore. read more

In my opinion, the worst Krispy Kreme I've ever been to beats the best Dunkin' Doughnuts. When it comes to Doughnuts, KK is tops! That said, this is not the best KK store. Very little store parking and they are so slooooow! Even with 4-5 people up front they take way too long to fill your order.
