We were having a small Halloween get together at home and needed som Halloween snacks. We decided to go to Krispy Kreme for their Halloween themed donut, got a half o dozen. While we were there they were advertising the pumkin latte, looked really good. Got it the car and tasted the coffee, tasted off. Had my fiancé taste it to make sure my taste buds were off. He said that the coffee tasted burnt, which taste like cigarette ashes. If it wasn't for all the sugar that it had, it would of been non-drinkable. By the way my fiance got black coffee and took it home to put pumpkin creamer in it and he said it still tasted terrible. Drive thru-Stopped this morning to take donuts into work and to pick up my morning Diet Coke. First they were out of fountain drinks so I'll need to make another stop. I made it just in time, the Hot Now sign was on and I was getting excited! I have never been here while they were fresh off the line. They are completely different when they are fresh, soft and melt in your mouth! I love krispy kreme but these were from another world. I hope next time I come, they are fresh. Krispy Kreme is OK. Their donuts are best consumed IMMEDIATELY after preparation, as they seem to taste stale about fifteen minutes after they're made. I've never stopped into this location, because their "hot donuts" sign (which all locations light when they're making them fresh) had never been illuminated, until this day. I headed in, and was disappointed that there were no donuts being made at the time, even though the light was on. After far too long of a wait for somebody to acknowledge my presence (it took approximately ten minutes, despite there only being one other customer in the store), I ordered a dozen glazed, two chocolate cakes, and a cake batter donut to go, and found that although I was charged for the chocolate cakes, I was given cake donuts. So, I waited, for another five minutes before a different employee to acknowledged my presence. He told me to keep the incorrect donuts, and gave me the chocolate cakes I'd ordered at no additional charge. He was very friendly. You'll get much better quality donuts at lots of other places, but the location is convenient, and if you can get them right after they're made, they're actually pretty good. read more

Very very disappointed, I walk in and there is no social distancing what so ever, I order and a man name Andrew takes my order, and he's not even in uniform? The glazed looked all soggy and gross like they were from the day before! Very unprofessional. All the other workers were in uniform but this man wears a Spider-Man sweater as a uniform? I'm a huge fan of donuts (hence the donut I wear around my waist) and even bigger fan of Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, but the experience at this location wasn't the best. Oh, it still sold fried dough circles of joy, but the donuts weren't the freshest. Without a little microwave magic, they would of been really dry and old. Since I went in the evening after dinner, the place was slow. Sadly, service was even slower. I'm not sure if it was the end of a shift or not, but both ladies behind the counter were lethargic and looked really, really tired. Since I was already feeling guilty for getting a diet destroying four pack, it didn't help getting served by the Debbie Downer of Donuts. Krispy Kreme Doughnuts are still Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. It's an addiction. I'm glad this location is nearby and an a-ok 3 stars because even a 3-star Krispy Kreme is better than anything I'd get at the local market. read more

On a rare adult night out, after dinner the Wife was wanting some good coffee and a doughnut. On we drove to the Krispy Kreme to administer caffeine and processed sugar stat! We enjoy this place, it reminds us of a wonderful part of our honeymoon when we stopped in one in Mobile, Alabama. Me, being a former doughnut baker am never easily impressed with a doughnut place but this chain continues to impress even me. We rounded the corner when what did before my wandering eyes appear but something that looked like a Hostess Cupcake. I was curious, I moved in for a better look, slightly fogging the glass case (this pisses doughnut mavens off big time by the way). I was a large chocolate raised disc with chocolate frosting and the signature but obviously not copyrighted squiggle across the top of the thing. The Wife has had one before and told me I must try it. I tried it. I liked it. I felt like going to the gym, good lord that thing was huge and stuffed with creamy center! Excellent with a bottle of their finest cow milk. Only thing I am constantly tweaked about with this particular location is that the seating area always looks like it was cleaned with a dirty mop. Everything, floor, chairs, booths, counter tops. The half and half is almost always empty for the Wife's coffee. Obviously they do not know who they are messing with! A good, dependable location for a quick treat, with or without the Tax Deduction with us. Not always clean, but dependable. read more

Do not get coffee here. I went through and I ordered a mocha and an americano. The chick answered back ,"do you mean a coffee with chocolate?" To the mocha. Yes. That is, in fact, what a mocha is. And their espresso machine was broken, so no americano. That's fine, just do a coffee with cream. I grab our drinks and leave, and they gave me a cup of black coffee with Hershey's syrup on the bottom of a cup for a mocha, and just gave me a black coffee, no cream. I've only lived in the area a short time but every time I have gone in I have been greeted with positive attitudes, and the occasional free donut when I go later in the day just before close. I gotta love this place cause I have never had anything that I would describe as a bad experience here, either with the food or the employees. Even called to ask if I left my credit card there once and the manager was so helpful, even though I found out I had actually just put it somewhere weird in my purse. Usually, I would give this place four stars, but on November 11, 2018, they were out of half the doughnuts in their case. I don't even know how it's possible. We came in around 11:30 AM after church. We were going to celebrate my baptism and it was a little bit of a letdown. The drive up was closed too. Someone must have called in sick or a machine went down. They had pumpkin, old fashioned, glazed, and frosted, but they were out of chocolate old fashioned, cake doughnuts, apple fritters, sprinkle and a few others. Have been here several times and each time the service is terrific. Bathrooms are clean, staff is great inside and at the drive through. It always had been clean inside plus the view of the machine making Donuts is cool to watch. Recently checked on availability for getting coffee for events. On a whim the hubby and I decided to go to Krispy Kreme; since we rarely ever frequent the place. We got there at 10:30am on a Sunday morning. We ordered a dozen assorted donuts; paid $12.95. When we looked in the box ,as we were leaving, the order was WRONG, and not only that, but they gave us the wrong receipt (they ordered coffee, we didnt, and the amount was $8 and change). We went back through the drive thru and told them 6 of our donuts were wrong, and some of them we didnt even get! so we told them the ones that were wrong, and they gladly said they would replace them. Things have gone downhill in a hurry. Seems like the lobby is constantly closed due to staff shortages. The selection is usually limited. And they almost always get the drive-through order wrong. For the prices they charge, I would hope for better, but every week seems to get worse. read more

I stopped into Krispy Kreme today for something I don't get often (I don't live anywhere close to Krispy Kreme) Long story short, I messed up and ended up losing a pretty absorbent amount of money from work today, as I think it fell out of my pocket (completely my fault 100% lesson learned) I called the shop and Jordan picked up and was not only understanding and clam with my clearly frantic state but also empathetic and willing to try and help in what ever way he could. I'll be the first to admit that I'm not their biggest fan, but I know lots of people love these doughnuts. On our way to a party, we decided to stop and grab a dozen to go through their handy dandy drive through. It was not handy or dandy. There was one car in front of us that took no less than 15min to be served. ??? We placed our order. Get to the window 15 min. later. The guy gives me a total for a coffee not a dozen doughnuts. He repeats himself 3 more times despite me explaining to him that I did not order a coffee. I ordered a dozen doughnuts. He eventually gets it. No doughnuts packed. So, we wait while they pack a dozen plain glazed doughnuts... another who knows how many minutes. He hands me the box and the entire bottom of it is covered in sticky glaze. Awesome. Great. Where do I set this down in the car. It's now been over 20 minutes in the drive through. The guy is apologetic by this point, but... we won't be back. We ended up late to our party and it was definitely not worth it. This was a serious service disaster. read more

Lazy workers. Stood at the counter and waiting and there was no one in front of me, however the ten works behind the counter did not address me or say anything to me for 7 minutes and that's after I looked at the time thinking what the heck is going on. My son asked for maple bars, because they didn't have them in the case but they were on a rolling rack behind the woman working the counter but she wouldn't turn around and get one. It pains me to give Krispy Kreme such a low score. I am from Florida so I was very excited when I saw Krispy Kreme in Vancouver Washington. I got my classic order of original glazed donuts and cream filled donuts. As I left the drive-through, I got excited to eat my donuts. However, I was let down when I had my first taste as it was COLD. In my experience Krispy Kreme is well known for serving warm fresh donuts. While it was the same classic recipe, I wanted the warm donuts you all are known for. Unless today was some fluke, I don't think I'll come back. :( read more
