Donuts are always fresh and you can watch how they're made. Just ordered a a caramel espresso and two donuts. A very nice lady there gave us two glazed donuts for free, hot off the conveyor belt and also upgraded our espresso for free and added a second shot on the house. What else needs to be said other than "Yummmmmmmm". Totally worth it. My boyfriend bought a dozen while we were there for the week. He probably ate 3 in the car and that's on top of the free one we received as we walked in. At first, I didn't think I'd get anything, but after eating the free one, I HAD to have some. My husband asked me to get donuts for his birthday. I attempted to order a variety dozen of donuts. They had no original, sour cream, cruller and others. The girl taking my order just kept messing it up. Then a guy gets on the register and is being short with me. I ask him why he's being rude to me when I've been incredibly patient through the entire process, that I was on my 6th attempt of giving the girl my order. I attempt to get back to ordering and every donut I request is out. I'm done. I say nevermind and leave. We don't buy donuts very often, but I'm not sure I'll ever be back. From Minnesota coming to Colorado we were excited to see a Krispy Kreme! We especially wanted their featured flavor of the month: Reese's outrageous. When we didn't see them in stock and inquired about them, the older lady answered about as friendly as a monster in the woods. Sad to say that a novel idea such as a featured donut wouldn't be stocked appropriately. Also sad that an employee needs to be so unhelpful about it. So we spent $14 on a dozen "other" donuts that were not that good and tasted stale. 4 out of 5 times in the morning they are out of product like the absolutely delicious cinnamon roll and raspberry filled. Multiple times I have been told the special products (not doughnut) are ready at 5:30AM, and management won't make more after the first run. Guys, growing up and maturing with KK meant 24-7 for me, the office, teams, projects etc - falling down by not honoring your menu. Great tasting product if you can get it. I stopped in after my lunch today around 12:45. The drive thru was closed so I went into the store. There were 2 staff "serving" customers. One was in the back near the racks,the other person was talking to a lady standing by the case. No one said a word to me. Not even a "we will be right with you." The employees never know how to redeem rewards from app, it takes 10 minutes to redeem a free donut. The counter was not stocked and they keep all the donuts in the drive through or to be boxed up. My coffee was filled with grounds. With the new remodel they do not have a hot light in the window. Donuts also tasted old. read more

I made a detour on the way to ski on April 1st, just to get some Krispy Kreme original donuts. To my surprise and disapointment, they had ZERO original donuts at 6:50 am! Initially I thought it was a April Fools pranks, but it turned out that it was just poor management. Very poor service and the food did not make up for it. We went at around 10:30 am on a Monday. Ordered 2 donuts, regular glazed donut holes, and a water. Cashier did not confirm order and requested we drive up to second window so the cashier could ring us up. Cashier handed us our order and a bottle of water, she just assumed we wanted bottled and didn't ask to clarify. I didn't even know they offered bottled and the standard at most drive thru restaurants is a cup of ice water. I didn't know I had to specify. Cashier offered a refund and we had to wait a few minutes for the staff to figure it out. In that time I ate my donut and had a donut hole... it was pumpkin spice (not what I ordered, not something I would enjoy eating so we had to wait to get that corrected as well. The gal putting together orders said she didn't even know if she had what we ordered in stock. (If you don't have it you should ask the customer if they would like a substitute, don't just put whatever you want in there) The whole time we're waiting to get the errors corrected the jerk in line behind us is impatiently honking his horn. In the end we were offered noting for all of the time wasted and the errors that had to be corrected. I'll stick to same-day-fresh Krispy Kreme from 7-11. Same stuff, just as fresh, way better custom service. read more

This review just went from 0 to 5 stars real quick due solely to an employee named Maria. Basically, I walk in with my daughter and the cooks see us come in but don't say anything to any of the 5-7??? people back there talking in a circle. So I move over to get in their eyesight and a guy looks toward me but doesn't say anything. So I keep waiting & 2 girls are working the drive thru. So I understand they're busy. Finally at like 15mins I just walk in the behind the counter to the circle of people talking and asked to be helped. Maria -one of the people who never even saw me come in as I was standing behind her direction the whole time (so I can understand her not seeing / helping me) turns around and begins to help me on the spot! The whole time apologizing , and explaining a major boss had come in & so sorry they all just kinda got carried away talking to him, and hadn't noticed me walk in. Although there were a few people who saw us come in, saw us waiting, and didn't bother to say anything to me or their coworkers to help us...I knew Maria hadn't. She was so very apologetic and more importantly sincere. I immediately felt bad for a second there for being so upset because she was being so apologetic for my experience. She took such great care of us, I felt the best compliment to her professionalism, and amazing customer service would be this 5 star review. Thanks Maria! read more
