It's been ages since I've been to a KK location! Red sign was on and the donut machine was on working inside. Sadly, there wasn't very many people inside to enjoy it like back in the day and no one eating at the tables. They were clean though. Did an online order and picked up some of the Harry Potter specialty donuts! Probably didn't have to worry about not getting one though because they had PLENTY! There were many other pickup orders too so I wasn't the only one haha They didn't make my drink until I arrived which was nice so I wasn't able to people watch and see some people really excited to get their "House" donuts. Father's Day '25! My husband loves donuts and this is one of his favorites, so we headed to Krispy Kreme after having breakfast. We hit it at just the right time. The proofed donuts were just dropping into the oil and we got to watch them go from proofer, to fryer, to glaze waterfall and beyond. The wait was reasonable and the employees were welcoming. There was one person coming around to hand out those perfectly, pillowy glazed confections, hot off the line as samples. My husband put in an order for the family and soon we were all tucked in at one of their outdoor, umbrella tables. We all enjoyed our treat. Turn over of the line was quick. The team here is amazing. Every time I go here I am taken care of beyond expectation. They are friendly and helpful. Be sure to check out their featured flavors when you pop in. This month was a special done with Dolly Parton: banana crème pie, chocolate cream, peach, and a pretty pink donut. I was swinging by to pick up Some treats for a friend and got one of each. I don't know about anyone else but I always have a pleasant experience at this Krispy Kreme. Donuts are great - the best I can find in the Denver area. I personally can't stand the original kreme filling but other than that the donuts always hit the spot. No. Could it have been not deducting the money from my app that I had stored on there resulting in my credit card to be used? Hello Krispy Kreme fandom, I'm usually not one to write reviews but this experience has changed me. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt but this situation was very frustrating. I've had KK rewards for a couple months now, and today I decided that I wanted to use my free three count reward. Then the lady ringing us up kept saying I didn't have a free 3 count when I kept showing my code to scan. Telling me she doesn't see anything and that it's going to be $10.47. We even thought about paying the amount if she was more hospitable but simply due to how rude she was, I was against it. I gave back the doughnuts and just got a door slammed on my face. This is the first time I've had an issue here and I've been going to this place for years! The young lady that took my order was rude through the Intercom. She continued to have a horrible attitude when we pulled up to the window. Krispy Kreme is always in the top tier when it comes to Donuts, but today a group of four of us stopped for a snack and they seemed to be out of everything. 4:30 in the afternoon and they were out of all their specialty donuts like Reese's and all four of their limited edition Pumpkin flavors. They didn't tell us up front, just allowed us to order them and subsequently told us each was not available. We finally ordered a couple original glazed and raspberry filled and our last request, a strawberry lemonade chiller... nope the machine was not working. Currently the lobby is closed here so you can only order through their drive through. This is the second time their machine has broken as well but they did give us a coupon to use at a later time and told us they would have fresh doughnuts in an hour. We went through the drive thru Friday night and it wasn't busy, we were the only customers in line. The attendant told us to take a min to decide and then didn't answer for 5 min, even though we kept asking to order.
