The donuts are always great. The service was terrible. I will never come here again. My first time mobile ordering donuts. I chose this location because the app stated it had the limited addition donut I wanted to try. I drove 1 1/2 hours one way to get them. When I arrive it's like "oh well" we don't have them. It's a mobile order maybe you could call to tell the customer, the number is right there. The girl assisting me was not polite or really helpful. She stated they would refund me for the specific donuts but did not do it on the spot so fingers crossed it even happens. Nothing else was offered to help this situation besides picking other donuts. We ordered through their website and had them delivered by Door Dash and had a great experience. They were out of one of the donuts we wanted, so they called and left a message. By the time I listened to their message, our order was already out for delivery (I missed their call because my phone was off and I was still in bed ). I phoned them back, spoke to a very nice gentleman who told me they subbed out the out-of-stock donut with something similar, which I appreciate. Our order arrived early and Door Dasher Dave was super friendly with a smile, a wave, and a "good morning." I've caved to the infrequent craving that demands a doughnut. Enough time passes between visits here that I forget that I don't really like their doughnuts. And I should be better served craving another sweet treat... People rave about the fresh hot doughnuts but I don't care for them. They melt too easily in your mouth and I prefer a cake doughnut over an airy glazed variety... or a lovely custard-filled affair. Incredibly RUDE person at the counter (who also was using his hands to move donut batter from outside of the mixer back into the mixer - no gloves) would not help when I tried to drop off a request for a donation (something Krispy Kreme prides itself on). He wouldn't even lend me a pen to leave my phone number. I don't even like these greasy, sugary things they call donuts, but the donation makes many at our event very happy. Zero stars if could. I had a horrible experience ordering special made donuts. The person I communicated with did not understand the order and it wasn't ready at the time it was supposed to made. Had they told me that they were unable to accommodate, I could've ordered a cake instead of paying 35 dollars for regular donuts with poorly scribed glaze over them. Please look at the photo for decide for yourselves. They told me when I arrived that they don't make donuts that spell out words, if I was told this over the phone then I could've easily gone somewhere else. Suggestions for the owner: please hire someone who is able to 1: direct the customer to a head manager able to accommodate or inform the customer directly. The donuts they sell are just standard donuts that they charge more than a business like family donut (which truly deserves their 4 stars)located less than half a mile away. I love KK doughnuts, especially the plain glazed, crullers and Berliners but some of the fruit fillings in the latter leaves me with a sore throat. I come here pretty often bc I love Krispy kreams but all of the times that I have been here, they are never making them fresh. I come during various times of the day too! There were 8 people in line ahead of me and only a SINGLE employee working front line and drive thru. Maybe there was a manager in the store, who knows? I love doughnuts and these Krispy Kreme ones are one kind among others and I love their unique texture. I don't get them that often, but when I do I just love them plain (nothing on them at all) and warm straight from the conveyor belt. To get them warm, I just hop in the car still in my pajamas to get there at 5 am or just cut my day short to be there at 3 pm. SO LIGHT, SO FLUFFY, SO SOFT, SO GREASY GOOD !!! YUM !!! I recently stopped by at 5 am. Only the drive thru was opened. They open the "lobby" at 6 am. The lady who served me was friendly and smiling doing her job. Once I called to ask at what time they are made and the person who answered was very friendly as well. Remember 5 am and 3 pm, that's when you can get them warm. Seems customer service is fine here. The driveway is a bit narrow and curves in a way that you car could hit some poles there as you drive out. Be careful don't rush! read more

Krispy Kreme original glazed are pretty much the only thing I trust to be good here. I'll spend my $ at a local donut shop if I want good creme filled donuts or bars. However the pumpkin spice glazed donut was amazing! They were only being offered for one day rather than the whole month which sucks. I wouldn't recommend getting drinks here at all. Their Latte's are pretty much drip coffee with warm milk and lots of sweetener. The iced latte also didn't taste like coffee, rather like powdered mocha flavor which separated to the top while all the liquid sank to the bottom. Well, I am always treated by my coworkers with sweets. Within 6 months working with them, I've gained 10 lbs. Yay! It's awesome! I was shopping at Lowes for my trunk organization. And, I saw Krispy Kreme in the same plaza. I decided to bring in some treats for them as well! Hm... the service... I thought it was just ok! I bet the employees were tired after all day standing and making donuts! However, good deal on 2 dozens glazed donuts for $15. If you add $2, you can get a dozen sorted. I thought it was AWESOME!!! I picked all the different flavors I liked for the sorted dozen and walked away with 2 dozens of donuts in my hand!!! Friday is almost done and donuts are almost gone! This location is on the upswing for me. Back in the day, the only Krispy Kreme nearby was in Issaquah (not very nearby). Then, they opened this location near me and life was good. This isn't the best doughnut I've ever had but for the price, it's pretty darn good. Sticky sweet and soft inside, it will make your teeth hurt just looking at it. Luckily, if you go inside, you get to watch the sweet treats come down the conveyor and get a sample for free. My favorite is the chocolate filled with custard. Always custard, never marshmallow! I'm not a fan of cheap coffee but I know there are folks out there that will drink any cup of coffee that's available. The coffee is really cheap here and seems to do the trick (although I've only tried it once). The staff has been getting better over time. In the past, it seemed employees really, really did not like their jobs. Recently, I have noticed friendlier conversation, willingness to provide assistance, and overall better service. My last experience there was very positive and I look forward to more visits in the future. read more

I've given the question great thought and come to an inevitable conclusion: A powdered donut? No. Too sloppy, getting powdered sugar everywhere. I wouldn't want to spend eternity with people thinking I had chronic dandruff. A sprinkled donut? No, too high maintenance. Sprinkled donuts are the metrosexuals of the donut world. That just reminds me too much of Seattle's notorious marketing slogan. A jelly donut? No. Jelly donuts are shifty and untrustworthy. I like a donut that says what it means and means what it says. When you reach for a jelly donut, you can't be entirely confident that you haven't gotten a fake plain donut. Before you take a bite, you're never really sure what the filling is. Is it strawberry? Is it lemon filling? Just too many secrets. No, I would come back as a regular glazed Krispy Kreme donut. Straight out of the oven, there is no equal. I would greet you as you come in the store with a big red neon sign announcing my fresh arrival. Doooooooughnuuuuuuuts. Yes. Oh man. The fresh, hot, glazed doughnuts are just simply a craving that cannot be so utterly satisfied anywhere else. Even without the glaze (just ask them to grab one off the conveyor belt pre-glaze), they're incredible. That said, they get 4/5 because I always try one or two other flavors, and they rarely impress. I enjoyed the strawberry glaze, but no other flavors have been memorable yet for me. You can bet I'll be back, though. read more

I know that I am in the minority here as it seems like everybody loves Krispy Kreme. Honestly... I've never gotten the appeal. I get it... if you get the nice hot fresh doughnut, yes, it is melt in your mouth good... but otherwise I don't like their doughnuts. Way too sugary for me. I don't need a doughnut with chocolate on top of it to also have a glaze of sugar over the whole doughnut including the chocolate. Yuck. Boston crème doughnuts are one of my two favorites, but they have managed to make them disgusting! Instead of a pudding or custard type filling it is super sweet fake whipped cream. Blech. Be warned...this place is ADDICTIVE. Once you enter this place, customer service and atmosphere and whatever, simply fades out of consideration. The employees seem Extremely happy to be working here.
