Their donuts are comparable to comparing the girl scout cookies being sold now--compared to the ones they sold ten years ago. Size Matters! I see these donuts sold in Walmart stores. Too small. Too expensive. If you cannot afford to give your customers the old donuts that drew us into your stores--you should shut your doors. Let your former clients remember the way it used to be--as opposed to what you have reduced your franchise to. Perhaps you could offer "Police-Size Donuts" for a higher price? read more

I would give a better review. There's two things wrong with this place by 1 o'clock. They're out of a lot of things I have come a regular until recently. I have noticed that they're out of everything the last few times that I've gone in there I moved here for months ago and I am a person that loves donuts, I am normally a person that likes to have the powdered donuts with the raspberry in them. I looked for them everywhere you can't get them here. I found Krispy Kreme's never heard of them before but unfortunately I've become a fan of the maple pecan donuts I go to the one on third Avenue and every time I go there they are out of everything Every time I go so I go to the other one and the last few times I go in they are out of apple fritters they are out of the maple pecan. They are out of the raspberry filled and you are very slim on things and it's nothing I want so you're starting to get to the point where I'm getting frustrated and I don't even want to come in there and it's making a local mad cause I'm like why did my husband bring me hell This is a joy for me. I like my coffee and my donuts in the morning who does not like coffee and donuts and the one thing you guys don't have in this town is a lot of coffee and donut places. the customer service was bad. i ordered a frozen mocha specialty latte then they gave me a whole different drink then i told them i got something else and she proceeds to tell me their machine wasn't working?? when i was abt to pay? the girl should have told me their machine wasn't working when i told them what i wanted and not expect that i would be fine with a drink that i did not order. i got the drink since i wanted coffee. it tasted like water.... and it wasn't filled up all the way. could've at least put ice in it to make it seem it was filled up. also my cousin tried to get a doughnut but the girl just went to the next customer, maybe she could've asked if that was all??? read more

Been to this specific location multiple times, always a mediocre experience until the other day. Me & my cousin were CRAVING some fresh hot KK donuts & this location was the only one with the hot sign on. We go in & I noticed the conveyor wasn't on, thought it was odd, but didn't think twice about it. The lady asked if we wanted the hot glazed donuts, so of course we told her yes. She went around the back corner... to MICROWAVE them. We didn't realize it until we took a bite & tasted them (but made sense with the conveyor not on & how she went around the corner where we couldn't see her) & on top of that, we got a dozen of the mini's & they tasted like they were about 4 days old. We literally could have gotten better donuts down the isle of a grocery store. Will not be returning to this location. (I love KK, just not this location) read more

Seriously unimpressed here. Went on a Saturday morning at about 7:45 am. They were understaffed, so there was plenty of waiting to be served. Had a coupon for BOGO a dozen donuts and the cashier had major problems figuring out how to subtract the free dozen donuts from my total. In the end, I ended up paying 50 cents for the 2nd dozen because he couldn't figure out how to do it correctly. Didn't feel like waiting for another 5 minutes for him to figure it out as it was just 50 cents. I guess they didn't have a manager to help him? He wasn't your typical friendly Southerner either...kinda rude...he was pissed I had a coupon. Oh well bro, that's what you get for being 50 and working at a KK...get an education/job skill training and get a better job. Donuts were fine, taste the same as any other KK franchise. PRICES are WAY HIGH!!! 1 dozen assorted donuts was 11 dollars and something BEFORE taxes. Crazy. I suggest you head south on this street one block to Donut Man...Mom and Pop owned, with probably 3-4 times more variety of donuts, meal deal combos, huge eating area, free Wifi and tv. I went in there and bought 3 donuts that KK doesn't have and all 3 were terrific (butternut crunch, red velvet frosted, toasted coconut). Wish I had just skipped KK. Anytime I'm in Myrtle craving a donut from now on, I'm skipping KK and headed to Donut Man. 1 dozen assorted donuts at DM is 8.65!!!! Trust me, they donuts are bigger and better at DM. I love KK so much I have the app that lets me know when the hot sign is on. This location was a block over from our resort and I finally convinced my man he needed a hot glazed donut. The sign was on and we walked in 30 mins before close. I should have known something was up because everything had already ceased operations and been cleaned (for closing, I assume.) We ordered our donuts and the cashier asked if we wanted them hot. (Who says no to that question?) She went to the back (again, I remind you, no machines were running) and brought out our box. We paid, got in the car, and opened our box-as ya do. The minute I bit into it, I knew: they had been either re-heated or left in a warming tray. They were certainly not still hot from being made. Worst KK ever! First time I stopped by at 730pm and all employees were standing outside and I couldn't get help, came back at 830pm because the one down the street was out of donuts, all the doors were locked with four employees in the store looking at the door crazy as hell. Stopped by after a show 9:30 at night. The location had a close time of 10pm. Two employees outside as we pulled up, went inside as we were getting out of the car. Started our order asking for coffee, we were told we could have no coffee because they were preparing to close so my wife and I left without purchasing anything. It was our intention to buy more, but the employees were clearly more interested in doing nothing than make a sale. Seems to be the way this country is heading these days. People would like a higher wage and play with their cell phones rather than doing the work they we're hired for. Shame read more

Came in for their signature pumpkin spice donut..yum, yum, yummy! We walked from our hotel 2 miles away so we'd have an excuse to indulge in a delicious donut and cup of deep, rich coffee. Always divine! So many different donuts, all freshly made, great coffee, orange juice, milk, etc. Friendly service, plenty of smiles. Will find another excuse to stop in tomorrow! read more

Went here. A line behind me of elderly people started to form. Apparently the line meant nothing. 2 people walk in and the lady signaled them to the front of the line. I've been visiting this Krispy Kreme for over 40 years since I was a little kid with my parents when we would come to the beach. It's always a good Krispy Kreme and it's almost always busy. And about one out of three of my visits the staff members are actually friendly and nice most of the time they're just trying to get to the next guy and get you out of the way. so don't come here expecting fantastic smiles and greetings of Love like you get It other places you need to look at the donuts pick your donut order your donut and get the hell out of the way that seems to be the attitude here. I even ordered an iced coffee one time and told the young man that I wanted the cane sugar syrup and milk and he said oh that's not how we do it here maybe it's different at your Krispy Kreme and I just left inside knowing that I live three blocks behind this Krispy Kreme and this is my Krispy Kreme and every time I go in and get an iced coffee I get it different. but if you're coming for the original donut they are always fantastic but sometimes when they have special donuts you know corporate has had them make something it doesn't always live up to corporate standards. and yes I have plenty of examples but no need to go into him just stick to the everyday donuts and a cup of coffee and you'll be good I've never had a bad they're not from here but I have had a couple of corporately invented unusual donuts that we're not really great. read more

I wanted a dozen and the worker couldn't even count a dozen and left us with 10. I had to drive back and when I told them it was missing two they took it out back instead of just giving me the two from the front. I wouldn't even be surprised if he went out back to tamper with the box. He eyeballed me and didn't even come close to an apology. Never coming back here again read more

When the "Hot Now" sign is on, try not to swerve into the parking lot, even though it's SUPER tempting. Krispy Kreme Donuts are similar to little clouds of fried goodness. They melt in your mouth and it's hard to stop yourself from eating 3-4 donuts while riding in the car! My personal faves (aside from the 1 dozen original glazed that's a MUST!!): glazed raspberry filled, glazed lemon filled, kruellers, and original with strawberry glaze. read more

Yum! Everyone was super friendly and didn't seem annoyed by our excitement of different donuts than we are used to. I wish these would replace the Dunkin donuts by Us. They had lemon pie and peach cobbler donuts when. We went- but when we tried to get more the next day they had different special donuts. Not sure if they switch out daily? Krispy Kreme doughnuts are amazing. And I have never been disappointed in the end product. However, this location has particularly bad service, at least at the time that I went (about 5pm on a Sunday) After waiting about 10 minutes for the person at the front to take our order, while people were texting and chatting in the back area and not helping her, we were hurried along as we picked out the lucky twelve doughnuts to make it into our dozen. And, I have never been to a Krispy Kreme where they did not give you a free glazed donut hot off the line. Until now, at this place. I feel betrayed. Not sure I would want to frequent this place. I may drive to the other location up the road instead in hopes of better staff experience. read more

Old, dated location but great donuts. There is a newer, nicer one right down the street but the donuts are the same. Came in late, got 3 dozen togo. They were all fresh and delicious. I do wish they would bring back the blueberry filled. The girl working the night shit was super sweet and very helpful al much so that I tipped her a little just bc she was so sweet. Great location. Best donuts ever. Dunkin Donuts won the advertisement war but Krispy Kreme makes the best donut hands down. The Hot Now sign can change a bad day to good. Just get yourself a 3 pack of hot original glazed and try not to cry tears of joy when it melts in your mouth. read more

absolutely awful service. please please please don't come here. worst KK ever! i ordered two large caramel ICED coffees. a young man made them and he made them hot, an african american women said "don't pour them out, i'll fix them" and proceeded to just add ice. tasted them and no flavoring was added and they just tasted like ice. well i went and asked for a remake or a refund. the same women remade them, took 10 minutes and they weren't busy. well she gave them to me and they were HOT with ice on top. i don't have time to sit around and wait for someone to fiqure how to do their job. KK do better! shut down this god awful place! read more
