Sarah the manager was absolutely helpful and guided me through the options for cake ordering. Will be returning

I ate at this Dairy Queen restaurant last night. This was my first meal here in years. The front counter employee took my order friendly and fast. I got the double cheeseburger meal. She told me to have a seat and the food would be delivered to my table. Well I think the food is not as good as I remember. The burger and fries were just OK. Maybe I will try at another time to see if they improve. read more

We were not very hungry so we stopped in at Dairy Queen. They had a few customers in there but they took our order right away. I ordered a small cheeseburger, fries and a drink. We did not have to wait long for our food. The cheeseburger was just okay, the fries were really good. We will be back for blizzards next time. read more

The location is super clean and well staffed. We asked if they had anymore ice cream cakes, which they didn't have any ready. The manager offered to make us one while we waited without us asking. Very friendly, great customer service. read more

I went there to buy a birthday cake for my wife. We had two small kids and four adults. I wanted a small cake unfortunately they only had. I believe it was a 10 inch. Service is fine. The place was clean. With tax OK cost me $37. I don't know why they don't carry more than one size other franchises did next time. I'll buy the Carvel at Food Lion. read more

Ordered a Reese's pieces blizzard and they gave me Reese's cups. When I corrected them they said "that's what you get". Didn't offer to get me a new blizzard or apologize. When they flipped my grandmothers blizzard it dripped all over her foot. Very disappointed with this Dairy Queen establishment. read more

Went inside to order our sweet treat and eat. The young gentleman was so nice and polite. Took our order and confirmed what we ordered before paying. The establishment was extremely clean and inviting. Quick to prepare our Blizzards even though the drive-thru line was busy. We chose to snack inside, yet there was a nice patio to enjoy your food outside as well. Will definitely be returning while we are in the area. read more

A great place to eat, drink, and watch sports with over 30 TVs. The staff is super friendly. There is always something going on each night.

My family loves to go for burgers, Chilli dogs and then dessert. I'm a vanilla cone but my kids like the Blizzards and Freeze drinks. My husband get the Root beer float or a Chocolate milk shake. read more

We ordered a large strawberry milkshake and a medium sea salt caramel milkshake. They were both very good, but expensive.

DQ is officially DQ'D. I was overcharged for my overpriced order. I brought this to the attention of the manager and asked whey the advertised price was not the price I was charged. She explained that she was not good at math and she did not have her phone on her. I also mentioned that the chicken tenders were abnormally small. She responded...."that's just what we got". I'm no longer a DQ customer. read more

This is my fourth attempt visiting this location. The first three the dining room was closed so I left. This time the dining room was still closed but I decided to give the drive-thru a chance. I was told that the dining room is closed due to staff shortages however I counted eight employees inside the restaurant. About double the amount necessary to fully operate a DQ. I wanted time to review the menu as I haven't been to DQ in about a year. I also wanted to check out cakes with Mother's day coming up. It's also nice to have the option to use the restroom if necessary. I also just prefer not to be cramped up in my car if I don't have to be. It's never a good idea to close your dining room. Aside from that they also forgot the fries in my order. I wasn't about to wait in the drive thru again so I just ate the loss since I couldn't walk in. When asked if you want a lid with your Blizzard say yes!! By the way she asked me I just assumed that most people don't want it which made sense considering how thick their Blizzards are. Turns out it melted and leaked all over my interior. Not their fault but now I know! read more

Manager was very polite! Best service around! Food was amazing butttt they forgot my marinara! Will be back for more

The two managers need to be trained on how to treat their employees. They both went on vacation at the same time in JULY. I don't understand why the big investor in this business tolerates their performance. I can see this place closing by wintertime. The managers need to work more than 26 hours a week, work along side and help employees and stop allowing 14 year olds to work so many hours read more

Solid spot for ice cream! Family went twice while in town and had no issues. We were a party 10 and didn't have any issues! The Ice cream took about 5 minutes for everything to be prepared and brought to the table. Everything tasted wonderful, the staff was friendly, inside extremely clean! read more

Everything is always great here, not sure why they have bad reviews. From the burgers, hot dogs, to ice cream never had a bad experience and staff is always super friendly. Even the time I saw the young cashier be screamed at by a karen for the chili dog coming with chili...he handled the situation well!! read more

I am a local resident and my wife and I were waiting for this location to open. It has been a disappointment. Understaffed, poorly run. No consistency in when the inside is open. The claim is always, not enough staff. But I'll agree with the other reviews, there are plenty of people standing around inside. I see customers leaving for other local ice cream shops and I can see why. Summer is just starting and this Dairy Queen can't take care of the locals even now. I will suggest to go somewhere else until someone at Dairy Queen figures it out. Normally we love Dairy Queen but not this location..Very disappointed Local Resident read more

This location as very bad employees and relationships with employees and management management does not make the employees do anything if they have one person doing it all they'll just won't say anything to anybody else just standing around on their phone will just make that one person just keep on doing it and doing it they just don't care to pay is pathetic they say they're going to give you a raise yet you don't get the race I have nothing bad to say about the about the management they're nice guys but they really don't know what they're doing I was accused of theft for putting a ice cream and the cake deep freezer so it wouldn't melt when I was on my way home don't put in their hours before we left with every intention on paying for it but I forgot about it left today said that I stole it unless storage and we parted ways cuz of that but the real believe that I was fired Lego which was that two days ago I that 3 employees we're selling drugs at the Dairy Queen I am in recovery meetings I used to use drugs and they just kind of shrugged it off and I said you know this is like a laughing matter of life or death situation for me if y'all don't do anything about it I'm going to call you I will call human resources on this subject today I called well I called you and researches human resources and they seem to not care that much either it's all about the dollar bill all about the bottom line it's sad when you know you have evidence and proof that these people are trying to sell drugs to you knowing that you're in recovery and that they don't do anything about it the managers of anything about it so are they in on it too I don't know but just avoid the Dairy Queen at call cost read more
