He said they were really nice the pick up process was a little odd as they were just getting it ready and there was some miscommunication but they cleared it up. Food - no complaints. Zero. I love their donuts they're huge and they don't skimp on ingredients. The final result actually looks like their pictures. FRESH donuts too. I also got their honey cinnamon coffee and it's delicious. A little small for the price but I've seen bigger rip offs. So I'd say it's worth it if you're in a pinch for coffee cause it's delicious. I stumbled upon Parlor Doughnuts by accident, but I am so glad that I did. I originally went to a different spot for my morning coffee, but they had no parking spots. I ended up going to Publix to pick up a few things and I passed this place as I was leaving and decided to stop in. The outside is just as cute as the inside. The inside of the shop has a calm, un rushed feel about it, which I love. There were even comfy chairs to sit in! The barista was welcoming and helpful and my drink was prepared quickly. I got the Honey Cinnamon Cold Brew and it was so good! I highly recommend this place and I will be coming back!! read more

They rate around a 3.5 as the doughnuts are large and good. They have many flavor combinations , service was ok and perhaps since it's fairly new there could be more explanation about the product. I had the caramel bourbon and it was good, but no real taste of bourbon. I did feel kinda rushed to make a selection. I'm here on vacation and a family member recommended this place as they saw they had gluten friendly options. I was so excited to try so I ordered three different ones. They are not visible like the other doughnuts are (they make them in the back) so I could not see what size they were. I was very disappointed when I opened the boxes and saw how TINY they were compared to the other doughnuts they serve. One was even smaller than the other two. It cost $4.25 each. Taste was meh. To sum it up it was cake, not a doughnut. Maybe my expectations were too high since I have not always been gluten free. But if I had known the size of the doughnuts given the cost I would not have purchased 3. To me, it wasn't even worth buying one. The service was pleasant and the workers were kind. My husband would give this place a 4/5 stars, doughnuts were good but seasonal flavors were light and couldn't taste much of the highlighted flavor. We ordered our ahead the night before and glad we did. They aren't typical yeast or cake doughnuts they are more the layered crescent dough. The flavored ones only had icing on top so didn't really get much of the flavor. The filled ones were better. The mini's hardly had any filling and were a bit over cooked.
