7.23.26 This in-house, made-to-order ice cream is truly the crème de la crème--easily the best ice cream we've ever had. I ordered the Salted Caramel Brownie in a waffle bowl, and it was phenomenal. My sister-in-law ordered the PB Paradise in a waffle bowl, but they had unfortunately run out of peanut butter. Even so, she said the waffle was fluffy and flavorful. The portions are generous and easily large enough to share. I was the only one in our group of six who managed to finish my entire serving. The ambiance is unique and inviting. Customers are encouraged to write prayers, praises, and even their names on the walls, adding a personal touch to the space. The shop itself is small, with only five tables, so seating is limited and it can become crowded. During busy times, you may have to wait for a table or take your order to go. My family is visiting from out of state, and we loved it so much that we have already decided this will become an annual stop during our summer vacation. read more

If you're anywhere near Surfside or heck Myrtle Beach you gotta come here. Their homemade ice cream is phenomenal and the options of things they have is crazy. Didn't even realize they had sandwiches and hot dogs. The workers are very nice, lots of space inside and very clean. A must try! read more

The reviews don't lie - this place ROCKS!!! I was on a beach trip last week with my three kids. Being connoisseurs of ice cream, we studied scoop shop reviews carefully before we went - and as you can see - this place was the clear winner! Employees were very friendly and patient with my kids. The ice cream is homemade and absolutely delicious! When you order a waffle cone or waffle cup - the waffle is cooked to order. You can't beat this!! Everything we ordered was exceptional! The shop is a little small and it takes time for them to prepare orders, in part because they are cooking ingredients to order. It's not cheap, but very much in line for this area. Small, cozy little place hidden down a low traffic area. When you walk in the Wonderful aroma of the freshly made waffle cones fill the air! Super nice staff that take time to small talk and answer questions as well as allow you to taste test some of the flavors of ice cream to help you choose! Trust me you have A lot to choose from. My family stopped in the Cup and Cone around 8PM on a Friday night. We were promptly greeted by a very friendly employee letting us know we could try samples of anything. I tried peanut butter circus which was excellent. I ended up having two scoops in a bowl of that with peanut butter sauce (comparable to hard shell). It was very good. My youngest had a large snow cone, my oldest and wife both had sundaes. All of us s enjoyed our selections and the ice cream was really good. This ice cream place just opened within the last week or so. I hope Surfside embraces them as they are a solid solution/option for ice cream versus some other options that are present. This place is GREAT! I feel much better having dairy free ice cream and hearing they make their ice cream there, had to go in and try it. It was so, so good. I had the peanut butter oreo, but there were several flavors and they switch them up. It smells delicious when you walk in, clean, really cool space. Great price for the serving size.
