Not the combination I was expecting at an ice cream shop but I guess it works. There's indoor and outdoor seating available. There is a candy and hot sauce section. The hot sauce section has chips so you are able to sample a few of the flavors. Ice cream is Blue Bell. Lots of flavors and combinations available. I got the chocolate chip mint. Since moving to Myrtle Beach I love coming to this place!!!! The soft serve ice cream is awesome! I love the fact they offer soft serve, Italian ice, scoop-able ice cream and homemade bakery items!!! Our yearly Summer visit to Myrtle Beach always includes at least one stop to Sweet & Hot Ice Cream. In addition to ice cream (scoops and soft serve), they have Italian ice, shaved iced, smoothies, coffee, desserts, candy, and hot sauce (yes, hot sauce!). Depending on the time of day you go, the line could be to/out the door. Staff works quickly and efficiently, though. They have almost 50 ice cream flavors from Blue Bell ice cream, which I really enjoy. Flavors I enjoy include blueberry cream pie, banana pudding, and birthday cake. If you go later on in the evening, some flavors may not be available or there may not be any more waffle cones. The store has a separate section for hot sauces in the corner, which you can try. I haven't add the opportunity to try them yet as I'm usually in and out with the store being so busy. It's on my list for next time, though. read more

the big guy that works there (maybe the owner?) is the nastiest unfriendliest person i have ever encountered in a business like this. he doesn't greet you, doesn't ask what you want. he stands there with a nasty face until you feel forced to talk to him. third time i've been there and will be the last. i'm tired of going in there and him acting like we're bothering him. he should also clean the sticky tables and floors more. meyers is our go to from now on. read more

I live within walking distance from this establishment. Every few weeks I go there for a smile and some ice cream. No matter how many people are there they always have a smile on their faces. The ice cream is delicious and fresh, they also have a few other desserts for those who prefer something else. The hot sauce area of the store has a wide selection of sauces for those who want to indulge. Personally, it's one of my favorite walks of all time! read more

I think this place really could have a good thing going for them. The problem I find is disproportionate sizing for the price. We are locals who wanted some soft serve on a hot summer night. Myers, Painters and Twisters all had huge lines, so we chose here. A medium soft serve was $4.59 and it was the size you get from McDonald's. Now, I understand the bulk of their business may come from tourists and vacationers, but as a local, I will not return. Why would I spend my $35 here when I can go elsewhere and spend $25-$30 for the same thing? Hopefully they'll fix this! read more
