The ice cream was creamy and flavorful. Georgia devoured her pup treat and cleaned up her cup real good. There isn't much seating. Two tables inside and two outside. It's fairly small and I imagine it would get busy on a hot, scorching summer day. The staff member who took our order was super helpful, bubbly, and patient answering questions. Highly recommend this shop if you have a hankering for a creamy treat!

I knew it was life changing, not kidding! ;) when we had to go back the next night before we left town. Each evening the staff was helpful, patient (for newbies), and informative. And while the ice cream was great (pro tip: Dark Cherry!) the star of the show was the Italian Cream cake. My wife saw it and immediately had to have a slice with our ice cream (OK, we actually took it back to the hotel) and was really the reason we had to go back the next night (another piece of cake). I don't need to tell you how taking a bite of this cake causes the heavens to open, the angels to sing, and my heart to be happy! OK, as a diabetic the rest of my body may not have been very happy, but whatever. ;) A truly great experience from beginning to end. Staff, products, ambiance was all great and not only worthy of a 2nd night trip, but honestly my reason for heading back from Atlanta. No, not the beautiful area, not the food, not all the fun things to do, but Drippy's and another scoop of ice cream with a glorious piece of Italian Cream cake! See you again soon . . .

I ordered the Salted Caramel Brownie in a waffle bowl, and it was phenomenal. My sister-in-law ordered the PB Paradise in a waffle bowl, but they had unfortunately run out of peanut butter. Even so, she said the waffle was fluffy and flavorful. The portions are generous and easily large enough to share. I was the only one in our group of six who managed to finish my entire serving. The ambiance is unique and inviting. Customers are encouraged to write prayers, praises, and even their names on the walls, adding a personal touch to the space. The shop itself is small, with only five tables, so seating is limited and it can become crowded. During busy times, you may have to wait for a table or take your order to go. My family is visiting from out of state, and we loved it so much that we have already decided this will become an annual stop during our summer vacation.
