I understand most of their ingredients are organic and there are no BS fillers in their ingredients which I appreciate so much. The ladies there are always so nice and I feel good walking in and leaving. I love the music they play because it's mostly Spanish and everything I have tried has not disappointed aside from their matcha because they're vegan and don't have whole milk. For me oat milk takes over the flavor of the matcha completely hence why I prefer whole milk but maybe I'll try almond milk next time. I've also tried their strawberry mixed juice which was 100/10, they hummus also 100/10 and their avocado toast but I added crunchy chickpeas and omggg amazinggg!! I'm so extremely happy to have found a spot like this in Myrtle beach!! Thank you Loleo team!!

The guy working seemed a little confused and wasn't very sociable, but was still kind. My Yemeni coffee was delicious. The coffee wasn't great- the matcha was very pale, the chai was just okay and the latte was also just okay. I think the space has so much potential and hopefully it was just an off day! Honestly, the matcha wasn't my favorite part of the experience. I personally prefer a stronger, more intense matcha flavor, and this one was a little lighter than what I usually like. That being said, pretty much everything else was fantastic. The service was amazing from the moment we walked in. The place is beautiful, and even the music stood out to me. It just had a really good vibe overall. I also loved how extensive the menu is. I went for breakfast, but what caught my attention is that you can order pretty much anything at any time. It's not one of those places where you're limited to breakfast items in the morning. I ordered the Tropical Bowl, and wow. It was honestly one of the best meals I've had in a long time. The coconut lime rice was packed with flavor, the shrimp were cooked perfectly, and there was a sauce on top that tied everything together. The avocado was perfectly ripe, the seasoning was spot on, and the pickled onions and pineapple pico de gallo added so much freshness to the dish. Every bite just worked. I also learned that the owner attended culinary school in Cape Town, South Africa, and spent years cooking while traveling around the world. It was interesting to see how some of those global influences show up on the menu. Even the name "Lekker" comes from a South African word that's often used to describe something delicious or enjoyable, which felt pretty fitting after that meal. They also have pastries, specialty coffee drinks, brunch options, lunch items, and even cocktails. The menu is huge, and there's honestly something for everyone. I also tried a lavender latte with almond milk, and it was excellent. Between the food, the coffee, the atmosphere, and the service, this ended up being one of my favorite stops during my time in Myrtle Beach. If you're visiting Myrtle Beach, this is definitely a place worth checking out.

I have given it many opportunities, but it just keeps leaving me disappointed. 1) The service is usually extreeeemely slow. I once waited 35 minutes for a couple sandwiches and coffees. And the place wasn't even mildly busy. The staff just didn't care to prioritize the food orders. I almost left without my food I was so mad. But I still gave it another try! 2) The food is WAY overpriced for what you get. It's insane to have to spend $40+ on super basic cafe food. The crepes are also flimsy, inauthentic, and melt immediately, so don't bother getting them to go. 3) They don't even open until 9:00 am! Um... do they not know they are a coffee shop?! I've tried to go in the morning (when people drink their coffee), and they're closed. Insane to me. Overall, I think this place has potential, it just needs to step it up. It's in a GREAT location!
