The best Pho on the beach. Great vietnamese coffee. All around cute and welcoming restaurant. Love the staff.

Best out of town experience for my family! They were willing to take us in 15 minutes prior to close. The restaurant is huge and looked clean. Everyone was so helpful and did not make us feel bad or rushed. I ordered the pho and it was aromatic and delicious. My boys had a chicken nugget and fries basket which was loaded with food! My husband ate the rice special and the fish sauce it came with was not too sweet with a great amount of heat. I am so thankful for Pho Claire that night to hit my Vietnamese craving at the late hour! read more

A pretty good pho restaurant that happens to be in Myrtle Beach! We were quite surprised about the quality and service, not bad. After eating a lot of bad seafood, wanted to eat something you can't go wrong with... was pretty good. We both enjoyed it, but they didn't have my fav beer so I had to settle, but no big deal. Their pho is not bad! read more

I tried Pho Claire because my usual pho spot was closed, and unfortunately it didn't live up to my expectations. The pho itself was just okay, not bad but nothing that stood out or made me want to come back. What really disappointed me was being charged $0.50 for extra chili oil, only to receive a ramekin that wasn't even close to full, with maybe half a teaspoon inside. On top of that, the chili oil wasn't very spicy and didn't add much flavor. I also ordered the crab rangoons, and they were about the size of a silver dollar with very little filling or flavor. Overall, the meal felt underwhelming, especially for the price. I wanted to like this place, but I'll be going back to my usual pho restaurant next time. read more

We have been coming to MB for many years and a few years ago I noticed this gem. So of course I bookmarked and was finally able to try it on our last trip. I decided to do an in store order and carry out due to it being late and the family was tired. The ambiance is very nice and calming. Nothing too overwhelming or hectic like some restaurants. The food is prepared fresh so get ready for a little wait time. I was deciding between pho and a noodle bowl salad. I opted for the noodle bowl, summer rolls and Vietnamese coffee. Not a fan of peanut sauce so I asked for sweet Thai chili sauce for my summer rolls instead. I ordered the noodle bowl with grilled shrimp and it was very fresh and filling. I had a lot left over. The summer rolls weren't bad and the Vietnamese coffee was good but wasn't strong enough. I think I have become immune to caffeine lol. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely will be back. Next time I will plan to dine inside. read more

Awesome pho spot in Myrtle! Food was delicious and came quick. They serve beer and wine but don't have a full bar. I had the pho with meatballs - my fav! Don't sleep on their fried dumplings, they were to die for! read more

The food was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The broth was seasoned perfectly rich, balanced, and full of deep, comforting flavor in every spoonful. You can really taste the care and attention that went into preparing it. Every bite was satisfying, and the quality truly stood out. I'll definitely be back for more! . read more

My family and I came here after a long trip from VA. Hungry and eager for Vietnamese cuisine; we decided to come here. Boy, were we disappointed. First off, we were not greeted at the door, and no one came by to give us menus for a while. 0 stars for customer service. The food does not taste authentically Vietnamese (trust me my family is Viet) and they messed up on 2 of our orders. We ordered egg noodle with the bo kho but it came out with pho noodles. My dish was supposed to be banh canh but they gave me hieu tieu. At that point we were too famished to make a fuss about it. The food was way too overpriced too. read more

When I'm at the beach for over a week, I need something other than seafood to eat. And on a cool day, soup always hits the spot. Visited Pho Claire for the pho... and it was decent. The noodle and meat portions were pretty typical but the side of bean sprouts and fixings were lacking for my liking. Not a biggie though as this always varies from one shop to another. The restaurant itself is pretty large with a bright and very open sitting area. Food was served in a timely manner. Kids enjoyed the bubble tea options. Might try again in the future. read more

I would never go back here again, for a few reasons, but mainly the service. You get better service from going to a McDonalds in a college town at 12 AM. The first failure on their end was that we were first in line for opening with a party of 18 or so. We weren't seated first, for one. That wouldn't be too bad but they tables we were sitting at was sticky. You just opened and you got sticky tables, that's wild. Two is that they seated and took the order of EVERY other party in line after us before they took our order. Other tables had ate and left before we ever got to take our order. They have gratuity for large party size, so they were getting paid anyways, so why bother giving service, huh? We had to chase down our servers and repeatedly ask for the most basic of things like water, utensils, or soup condiments. Three is that they didn't even bring our plates out for us, they left it on the counter. For those of us who did get our plates, they would forget to bring parts of the dishes. They only brought one of the vegetable plates that accompany a pho dish. We ordered well over 7 pho and you're telling me we only get one vegetable plate? Ridiculous. All the other ones vegetables plates they had due were prepped and ready on a counter. They just didn't bother to bring it. The food was regular Viet affair, nothing standout. The Sangria pitcher was actually enjoyable. But the service was horrid and scummy. read more

This restaurant is large in size with tons of seating. We were quickly seated and helped. The staff is friendly and provided some suggestions. The menu is extensive so I appreciated the input. I went with a shrimp fresh roll and the chicken soup. The spring roll was tasty but loosely rolled. It didn't impact the delicious flavor but made it harder to eat as it kind of fell apart about halfway through. The soup as loaded with flavor! It was a perfect hint on the rainy day. The bowl and serving size were a good value for the portion size. I swapped the rice noodles for egg noodles. Yum! Highly recommended. read more

The most basic dish is the summer fresh roll. I grew up eating this with my coworkers that were from Vietnam. This restaurant makes the crappiest version of this ever. And the peanut sauce is liquid. It's supposed to be thick thicker. When I bit into the summer, I was like all they taste or a bunch of bean sprouts. read more

Pho Claire - Awful and look at the peanut sauce. It's like so watered down and taste like nothing. It doesn't take much to get this simple dish, right. - Vietnamese Near Me - Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

The food was absolutely AMAZING This time!!! The "Hoanh Thanh Mi" Is simply divine! It is rich, but not heavy, just enough umami, savory, sweet and body. Over a large variety of green onion, yellow onions, lettuce, and Xa Xieu and beautiful plump juicy wontons and generous shrimp. Al dente egg noodles. Perfect. This is a MUST try. authentic flavors. Would eat this dish every day --forever. Just give the chef a James Beard nomination for this dish !! 10/5 Kids had pho again--rare beef and brisket. Their broth was less salty today. And they say closer in flavor to traditional pho's. Over more greens. Still excellent!! More complicated flavor than the broth for the Mi. 10/5 (The first day we were there at almost closing--so maybe the broth had simmered a longer time?). Generous portions all around. Good value. We got delivery which was ridiculously fast. All things packed well. They kindly sent Utensils. Their strength seems to be the soups. The Pho is consistently amazing. The hoanh thanh mi is out of this world great! Ambiance was great last time. Service was excellent in person and via delivery. Also I called regarding food allergies for the order and they were able to accommodate. We didn't go to the store this time. Amazing!! Highly recommend!!! We will be back. read more

No effort into the food whatsoever. I would recommend Vietnam house for real authentic pho and dishes wont disappoint .

The rare steak was so tender, the noodles with cooked just right, the tendons were nice and soft. I just wish the broth had a little less star anise and cinnamon. If they just tweak the broth recipe a little, I would have given the pho a 5 out of 5. read more

Went on a Thursday for dinner and pleasantly surprised that Pho was the special, $11.99! Wanted to add veggies to my dinner so I ordered a side of steamed broccoli for $4.99. Amazing pho! I've had it twice now when in town and feeling under the weather. Love how close they are and it's so delicious!

I'm not sure if it's what I've ordered... or the takeout took too long.. or simply they just so happen to given me a bad batch? First off. I hate when apps asks you if you want utensils. For a person who travels for work. It's a must and each time I click NEED UTENSILS. I NEED EM! Not every hotel is or will be nice enough for me to lend me utensils or even have em! 2nd. Did I have to go man cave style and eat by hand... Yes. Luckily i was salad noods and sandwiches. No biggie. Moving on. The Special Salad was cold. Which is a given. But, You ever feel like when the cooked meats was cooked and put in the fridge and back out? That's basically how my kebabs tasted like. I get it a salad...but if the meat is even colder then the noodles..it just tells me... Did they forget to reheat it? or was it just sitting in the ice box before serving? The Banh Mi.... Oh man... I'm sorry. That was not a Banh Mi...and the Pate. I love pate! I eat ALL KINDS OF PATE...and please, PLEASE check the day and time you make it... I know sometimes it has some funk. Depending on what kind of liver you used...but I can definitely tell the difference between a good funk and expired funk.. That or it was spoiled. The dessert was probably one of the better things. It wasn't anything special. I never had a Vietnamese Doughnut thinking it was something unique...but It just tasted like Zepolle with toppings to tbh. It was good though. I see a lot of praised reviews but sadly eating by hand on refrigerated meats salad and expired pate hoagie banh mi is a no bueno to me. read more

Great service and very clean establishment, well decorated! Waiter was very attentive! Had the pho tai and the broth was perfect. Only recommendation would be to include more lime wedges and vegetables (such as Thai basil and mint). They were out of these apparently. Hubby had the banh mi and it was delicious, nicely toasted bread, and very fresh. Definitely recommend if you like Vietnamese food and a healthier alternative for dinner! read more

But for the love of god the last 3 times I've been in the order comes out wrong and then it starts a commotion with the unfriendly lady at the front I'm glad I walked away before getting your name. Now I'll never go back... I spend 25$ everytime I go It isn't the money it's the way she (new manager) idk The way she handled the situation. This place was bright, roomy and clean. Service was good. The wait staff was attentive. My wife ordered the vermicelli. She was very happy about that. My beef pho was good except that the soup was not hot enough so the scallions, onion and bean sprouts were not cooked enough which made the bowl of pho less delicious. It was still a recommendable place if you are in town. read more

Pho and Vietnamese food "connoisseur" here. It it is difficult to describe how bad the food is there. I literally had to ask the server: "what was this dish supposed to be?" Also, apparently no restrooms working (had a sign at the door and on the door of the restrooms: "restrooms not working". Is a sit-down restaurant actually allowed to open/function without restrooms? You sell Pho, wich is basically 30 oz of LIQUID!!!! Have working restrooms, serve decent food, is not rocket science. "Phoget" about this place. read more

We arrived at 8pm. Closing time 9pm. Waiter, Austin - very nice kid. Cleanliness score, A. Wife and son love Pho. Beef broth with chicken, and the other stuff that goes in it. She also got the spring rolls, and RAVED about them. She and son LOVED the Pho. I cannot pay $16 for a darn bowl of soup, so I ordered the House Fried Rice. It came with a variation on shrimp sauce. Rice was light and fluffy. I never thought I'd say this, but it crazily had, almost, too much/many proteins. I know. What?! But every spoonful had a shrimp or hunk of pork or chicken or cat/dog (joke), from first bite to last. I was struggling to finish the last 4 bites. My son was chanting, Go Go Go! He asked how full my tummy was, and did I think I should try to finish it? I sang out to him, "My mind's tellin' me noooooooo, but my body, my body's tellin' me yesssss!" I finished it all. We also used a coupon for a free bubble tea, strawberry. They liked it. My son wants to go back. My wife also mentioned that there was a lot of chicken in her soup. This is NOT a gripe, just pleasantly surprising. read more

If you love Vietnamese food or Asian noodle bowls, Pho Claire is worth trying in Myrtle Beach. After roaming around Broadway by the Beach, my wife was craving for Vietnamese, so went here because it's the closest one. Our first impression from lookin at their menu is it's pretty expensive, so we expected the bowls to be larger. She ordered the pho deluxe, which is around $18. We initially planned to share it but after getting that order, we figured that's not enough for bothbof us, so I ordered a noodle soup with the pork, shrimp, garlic, and other veggies. Our waiter was a gentle young man who has provided quality customer service. The venue looks pleasant and spacious, open but sometimes it felt like were being watched by the employees standing near the register. Nonetheless, venue is good. Our orders arrived fast - as expected from most pho restaurants. The soups are already made; they just have to put together the ingredients. Both our orders have fresh ingredients. Pho Deluxe is all you can ask for in a quality beef pho. There's a lot of noodles and meat. My wife did not even finish all because of the amount. For the price, seems quite fair but I've seen larger bowls for cheaper price. My noodle soup is deliciously healthy. Thin strips of pork are cooked well. Good amount of noodles, which I mixed with Hoisin sauce and Siracha. The garlic and green onions add excellent flavor, and the vegetables are fresh. We ordered Summer Rolls for $8 (2 pieces). Peanut sauce is good but overpriced when most Viet spots offer same quality for $5 to $6. We just had water but they offer bubble tea and Vietnamese coffee. I would have ordered Thai tea but they didn't have, which is fine since this is not a Thai restaurant. A bit above average than a typical Vietnam pho restaurant but also pricier, which is expected from around this area. Nonetheless, still a better option than the overpriced restaurants inside Broadway. If you're looking for quality Asian or pho foods near Broadway, it's definitely worth a quick drive. read more

I'm no Pho expert but this was the most BLAND Pho I've ever had! They didn't have spicy broth and were confused about sliced onions w vinegar. My boyfriend and I were on our way to a different restaurant when we came across Pho Claire. It looked so nice and clean from the outside, so we changed our minds and decided to go here instead. It did not disappoint! My boyfriend got a beef stir fry that was very tasty. I got the banh mi sandwich and a kids pho because the regular pho is always too much for me, especially while traveling. The kids pho ended up being the perfect portion for me and although it didn't come with the traditional veggies, it was still very tasty! I also ordered a virgin Pho-jito which was refreshing and sweet. The egg rolls were also super tasty and crispy! I've never had egg rolls this style before. The server was dressed nicely and very attentive. This is a classy restaurant that will not break the bank. Highly recommend if ever in the Myrtle Beach area! read more
