Good service, the restaurant is well furnished. I have to say, the pho was impressive. Thai basil, bean sprouts, and citrus came for my combo pho and it was really good! Loved the broth, rich beef and loaded with green onions and beef. Love to come back. Jay is a Great server! read more

Decided to try this new pho place in the Myrtle Beach area. The restaurant is clean and not that noisy since there weren't that many people when we went in. The staff were extremely friendly. Got their fresh coconut and Thai coffee- the fresh coconut was extremely refreshing, especially the coconut meat. Their house Bahn mi was good for $16, it's comes with 2 Bahn Mi and a side of fries. The baguette was crispy and soft. I feel like they should just put their 2 Bahn mi into one as there were not much of the Vietnamese meat and meat loaf or daikon, and carrots. Over all still a very good traditional Bahn mi sandwich. Their pho was extremely fresh and very umami. They did an excellent job on the broth, I felt like I was at an authentic Viet Pho restaurant. Will most definitely come back for their pho again. I feel like they failed on their appetizers, we got their fresh spring rolls and chicken viet salad. The springs were extremely sad as the pork was just bits and scraps of left over pork and topped with shrimp with little rice noodles. I guess at least their peanut sauce was good. The chicken viet salad was extremely disappointing and sad. The shrimp crackers underneath the salad was soggy when it got to the table. Wasn't able to get any crunch off of it. Also why put the sauce on the side of the dish if it is already socked in the same sauce. I've had better viet salad and was disappointed. Will give this place another try next time, but most definitely coming back for that pho! read more

Service was good. Food is not authentic Vietnamese more tailored to American taste. Shrimp not grilled in vermicelli dish, onions not properly sautéed, no pickled vegetables, wrong cut of beef and beef not grilled. No red Thai chilies available. read more

Pho Claire is eye-catching for its spaciousness and contemporary decor. It can easily fit a 10 or so sizable parties even in the time of social distancing. The menu has all of the classic Viet dishes (pho, bun, banh mi, etc.). During this time, they did put a notice on their window saying that there was a coronavirus related price increase. I didn't know how much that would be until I got the bill, but every item was upcharged by $1 each. As for the food quality, the pho broth was a little light and bland. Perhaps this was done in an effort to appeal to an area that is not very familiar with Asian flavors and smells. It was still enjoyable, but not the best I've had. The banh mi was also a little off as the baguette was not crispy throughout the roll. There's enough to explore on this menu that it deserves a return visit (though we're not in Myrtle anymore). I just hope this coronavirus thing is over and the prices go down a little. By the way, the MB coupon book does have a coupon for a free smoothie or bubble tea in it. read more

Customer service is good. Food is terrible. Egg roll are ok but too salty. Don't get anything with pork meat. Meat (with the rice) was precook precooked, when they reheated it, it was chewy and dry, not the traditional Vietnamese meat. Same as the pork for (bún thịt nướng). read more

Broth for beef flavor was delicious. The meat and noodle portion was good. The noodles were overcooked. They broke easily and were stuck together. Service was okay. The server took our order and even read it back to us but they did not deliver the correct dishes. We continued to wait over 30 mins for our food. read more

The food was good and service was quick we got our food and drinks in no time, The ambience in the restaurant was very nice and it was very modern. The bathrooms were a bit dirty and only had 1 stall and there were some flushing problems, I got the Pho deluxe for 19.99 and I got a big serving size. That and the part where my cousin found a hair in her food holds me back from giving this place 5 stars. Oh yeah and also my other cousin ordered grilled chicken and got grilled pork. Overall I'd recommend this place if you like pho and traditional, fresh Vietnamese food and a friendly environment read more

I love the atmosphere. It's has nice natural light, modern decor, and is clean. It's definitely over priced, but it's a tourist-y area with little to no competition so I guess they can charge whatever. We only got 2 dishes here and it was both delicious. Smoothie and milk tea doesn't come with a milk substitute so I couldn't get anything. My little cousin liked his mango bubble tea, but it's super sweet. read more

The price of the food is way out of line. Food was good but not worth what they charge. I won't be back.

This is one of my all time favorite places. The soup is so awesome. I've had rice noodles and regular noodles. The shrimp are tender. The vegetables so fresh. Hits the spot on a chilly day. So many pizza and burger joints that this is a great change of pace. The interior is clean and bright. The staff is super friendly and will help you figure out what you want. I was in North Myrtle Beach with my mom and sister. Years ago I introduced them to Vietnamese food and I frequently make it at home, especially when they visit. So for our long girls weekend you'd think we would go to one of the many all-you-can-eat seafood buffets, but no, Vietnamese for us. We did a yelp search and while there were several options, Pho Claire stood out for the reviews and photos. This is an interesting concept. It's a sit-down restaurant but the menu is more like quick service, like Chipotle. You basically pick your base, protein and toppings. I picked soft spring rolls with shrimp and a chicken noodle salad. The soft spring rolls were good but definitely missing the pork for extra flavor. I think next time I'd get either chicken or pork instead of shrimp. For entrees we all go chicken noodle salad. Not a huge portion but very tasty. The chicken was thigh meat, and they were perfectly marinated and grilled. I added a heaping portion of Sambal and was happy with my choice. If this is a franchise, I hope they spread across the country to deliver great Vietnamese to the masses. read more

So the food is amazing. The issue with this place is how loud it is, it sounds like you are in a high school cafeteria, but worse bc music is playing amongst all the dishes clanking and people conversing. I would never come here if you or you have a child who gets easily overstimulated or has sensory issues. I'd definitely recommend carry out though or coming in at an off peak time. Saigon Café may be a better option for the aforementioned reasons for dining in. Service is usually amazing, although I came in on a Sunday and stood at the host stand for quite some time and no one addressed me even though they were standing right in front of me. This was the first occasion this has occurred though. read more

This place has been my all time favorite Pho restaurant to date. The quality of the pho has consistently been top notch that I dream about eating it whenever I'm not in Myrtle Beach. We try a lot of Vietnamese restaurants having to travel for work a my fiancé says this is the BEST vermicelli there is. It is also one of the cleanest pho places I've stumbled upon. If you want a cold noodle definitely get yourself the vermicelli. If you are looking for great tasting pho, you found the right place! read more

I've been here several times and each time it gets worse;( so sad because this used to be one of my must visits when I'm in town. Today I ordered the biggest bowl of pho with everything possible so I asked for extra herbs. It arrived with the smallest saucer of herbs. Had to walk over to the ladies chatting in the front for water/herbs and again for the bill. Keep in mind there were only two other tables in the whole restaurant. The food quality seems to be very average now - soup base was extremely salty and some of the meat didn't taste fresh. I'll have to think twice before I come back but if I do - I'm even nervous about ordering to go. I have to say the bathrooms were NOT CLEAN!! My best experiences have always been when the owner is present- maybe she needs to monitor this location a little closer. read more

Excellent Pho! Broth is by far the best at the beach!! The traditional Banh Mi sandwich is very good and big enough to share. Or the other half is even great the next day! Can't remember the name of the chicken salad but it's so simple and delicious. Make sure to get extra dressing on the side because it's that good!! The staff is always friendly. It was our first time trying Pho and banh mee , we ordered one of chicken and the other beef and brisket.. amazing flavors in the broth and plenty of noodles , meats and vegetables. The sandwich was delicious..Our waitress was Kim, kind and helpful...spacious place with options of booths or tables. Comfortable atmosphere for a relaxing meal..we finished what we could, but had room for dessert..Kim suggested the Vietnamese donut, they were visibly yummy, fresh strawberries, whipped cream, filled with a strawberry custard like center .. not disappointed...for us the experience was a 10/10... read more

We went in to try this place out since we were in town. Boy if I lived closer, I'd go there as often as I can! Hahaha. We initially got a grilled pork vermicelli bowl, bahn mi, and drunken noodles. All were delicious and I was honestly surprised by how good the drunken noodles were! all dishes came with fresh veggies and herbs. Very good portions! The bahn mi was a little smaller than what I'm used to but overall still filled with a good amount of meat portions and veggies. I can pass on the bahn mi though, there was some kind of spice in it that is not "my norm". It wasn't bad but just not my preference. We asked to try a sample of just the pho broth and the server kindly got it for us with no charge. Sure enough it convinced us to go back the next day for pho! lol. We went the next day for Pho and though I wasn't sure which sample broth it was that she gave us, the beef broth we got was delicious! Best we've ever found on the east coast! The restaurant is super neat and clean, feels luxurious and aesthetically pleasing. The workers/ servers were all very fast, and checked up on us well. 10/10 customer service and 10/10 food wise. Oh! And the Viet and Thai Tea were soooooo good! I finally found a spot that had authentic Thai Tea! not your generic milky powdering flower tasting Thai tea. read more

I don't think Myrtle Beach is the area to find much choice in Vietnamese food but this place looked promising. It's in a good location just past Broadway at the Beach in a nice little shopping plaza and I like the look of the place inside with lots of windows and a clean bright environment. The service was fine. Our particular server didn't know the cuisine so when asking for recommendations he basically said he doesn't "eat this stuff". So um, that's not fun. I got a stir fry beef dish, others at my table had pho. Everything was hot and fresh. We also tried their sangria which I thought was a good value cause you could get a carafe, but it was really syrupy and I was wondering if there was actually any wine in it...Plus it was not clear. That was just odd to me. We also ordered the vietnamese beignets which were essentially fried donut holes. Not worth the price or nothing special. Overall it was a one and done for us. It's not BAD but it's super expensive for what you get...for 4 adults and 2 kids it was over $200 which felt like a lot for soup. And the food was nothing special. read more

Had a group of 10 walked in and was seated immediately. It was no problem to put two tables together so we could sit together. Some places we go, they will not seat a group of 10. But no issue here. Service was great, restaurant was bright, and clean, very well lit. Some got the pho which they said was great, it was so much they ended up taking home about a quart of soup leftovers. Enough for 2 meals. Some got the stir fry, it was really good and the others got the mixed fried rice, which looked awesome. Next time I go back I am trying the mixed rice with the beef shrimp and chicken, it might be called the deluxe fried rice.. definitely looked really good. Everything was good, hot and fresh, no complaints what so ever. Definitely recommend. read more
