That's typically a red flag for me, but there's so many good reviews about this place on multiple platforms. So I'll get the cons out of the way. They were out of fish sauce, they don't have chili sauce, and they don't have Thai basil! This is the very first pho place I've been to in my life that doesn't have basil. They had cilantro, and I've gotten cilantro and basil in the past so that was kind of disappointing. I ordered fresh spring rolls as an appetizer. They were so so. Not my favorite, but better than some places I've been to. I ordered the deluxe combination pho. I always try the broth, virgin before adding sauces. I will tell you this, this broth was off the chain! Man was it good! The meats were pretty good. The tendon was so tender it was like taking a bite of Jell-O. I didn't have much tripe, not really a whole whole lot of meat all together, but it wasn't like skimpy. But I did have a ton of noodles. So if you order a big bowl, you won't leave hungry. My waitress was nice and attentive, but then again it's kind of hard since I'm the only person in there! Hahaha! I only had water with lime, because they don't have lemons either, so my total was around $27 with the pho and spring roll appetizer.
