Imma be so for real, I came here expecting authentic Thai food. Because I've been to Thailand several times (as it is my favorite country to visit) and we came here expecting to get mango sticky rice how it is in Thailand and i was nothing like it. It was just like smashed rice with sugar. It didn't have that coconuty creamy magical taste. And i also grew up with Thai neighbors and they always brought spring rolls with their peanut sweet and sour sauce and it's usually a rich bright red color and it's very thick sauce. The fried chicken, however, was quite plain and fried way too hard, so maybe I should have chosen different items. If you're staying at the Myrtle Beach Marriott, I'd recommend skipping DoorDash for delivery. It charged me an extra $10 for the fee and tip, which feels excessive. The restaurant should ideally offer free delivery within a 5-mile radius rather than passing that charge onto the customer. That added fee was a bit frustrating.. This restaurant is so good. On my last visit here, I tried the Chicken Larb, Thai Chicken Wings, and Pad Thai. The chicken larb was spicy (we ordered medium) and flavored wonderfully. The fishy, spicy, sweet sauce was fantastic and the fresh greens were refreshing. The Thai chicken wings were absolutely great. They take a little longer to come out because they fry them up to perfection fresh for your order. The chicken was juicy and came with a sweet spicy sauce that was actually spicy,. Food is good! We ordered the papaya salad, stir fried veggies with mushroom and pad thai for takeout. It all tasted good. The place itself is small. But one of the worst service I've ever encountered. The people inside don't care at all, there were no spoon/fork or chopsticks in the bag. Wonderful authentic Thai food. It is packed with delicious flavor. We started with the crab Rangoon. There was 5 of them in the order and it came with a dipping sauce. It was a great start to the meal. Up next we had some spicy Thai chicken wings. These were SO GOOD! They were wonderfully sauced and some of the best we have had in a long time. The spicy dipping sauce was a little sweet but also quite spicy. The chicken larb was different than what I was used to but once again the flavors were there! It was spicccccccy. It was sitting on a bed of fresh greens. Finally, I had tofu spicy fried rice. It was a huge portion. At this point I was starting to hit a wall of fullness, but I carried on. This was a very good Thai restaurant what seemed to be run by native Thai lady. First off they do not sell beer or wine, however are very welcoming to BYOB. The Green curry was excellent with your choice of protein. Loaded with squid and vegetables I requested. The just above medium I asked for was on point for my taste but know they adjust like authentic Thai should. Medium is like a good spicy hot wing level. The chicken summer rolls were good. Maybe not with $9 but tasty. The lack of a star is for ambiance. It is your typical family run local Asian restaurant with a mix of table styles and nothing fancy or coordinated. When walking in, the ambiance felt completely off to us. We sat wherever as the server said. We started off with the 'crab' Rangoons which were basically, if not all, cream cheese. My partner got the shrimp fried rice which was lacking flavor and taste. It was very salty while also being nearly flavorless. We ordered the Panang curry and the Spicy Basil Stir fry which came with soup and a small spring roll. The soup was barely warm but had a good flavor, although very different from Hot and Sour soups we have eaten elsewhere. The disappointing the thing about our meals was how tiny they were. The entrees themselves were very skimpy but were served with a large portion of white rice. I understand that lunch menu portions are usually smaller, but these were too tiny. Also, the meats were chopped up very fine in one of the dishes so that you could barely taste it. We had always been happy with the food on previous visits, but this was not a good experience. Vegan heaven We had our monthly meet up here on the recommendation of one of our group members, and we will certainly return as a group very soon. Every single person who ordered LOVED their meal from curry to stir fry to noodles and fried rice. The server and owner clearly knew what vegan means so no one in this vegan meet up was concerned the order would be made with animals in it. We were there on a Saturday so did not order any lunch special. The food quality is good-the vegetables cooked to perfection and fresh. Staff friendly and cheerful. The portions were nice sized and the price was good. The table for us to sit as a group was set up and waiting for us. So easy to be vegan with great food like this. This place is amazing!! We ordered several things to go and while we waited got to watch a few of the staff interacting. Lovely atmosphere and attitude toward customers! It is a bit small and non-descript for dine in but also typical of most Thai places. But the food was wonderful!! My green curry was packed with veggies which often doesn't happen and I had enough for two meals! The rest of our group ordered pad Thai which they said was flavorful and plentiful. One person got pineapple fried rice with chicken that now she says is her favorite dish. Great praise as usually she is not a culinary experimenting type person. Quite close to where we stay so we decided to eat there for a late lunch. A small restaurant, nothing fancy in decoration but pretty good food. I was so hungry that I ordered a large bowl of Tom yum soup to share & mango fried rice. My husband order pad see ew & my mother in law ordered pineapple fried rice. At first she brought out a large bowl of soup but quickly realized it was a wrong soup so she took it back, apologized and ran to kitchen again. Fried rice has a very big portion, mango is so soft-almost melt in the mouth when you eat. After filling myself up with over half of the soup, I couldn't finish fried rice. Brought back to hotel and able to finish it finally that night. Fried rice is a bit on savory side, as I could tell myself drink tons of water after eating. read more

Excellent food. Their lunch specials M-F 11-3 are cheap and filling. The soup is spicy, sweet and PACKED with flavor. I usually like the Green Curry Shrimp. You can also ask for a spice level for your entree. Their papaya salad is huge, spicy and very very refreshing. Quick customer service and moderately priced. Only Con is they don't take the tails off the Shrimp. When you eat your curry, you have to take the tail off which can be a bit messy. Highly recommend!!!!! read more

The Pad Thai is quite possibly the worst I've ever had in my life, somehow both bland/tasteless and with a pervasive unpleasant pungent taste. I just got an Yellow Chicken Curry to pick up and it literally have just 2 tiny peaces of chicken and all others chunks in the curry are potatoes. I'm super disappointed because the curry salsa tastes really good, but unfortunately, won't came back. read more

For Thai food, this was tasteless and bland. We ordered the Tiger Cry Beef Salad. But what was delivered was very low quality boiled beef on a bed of lettuce covered with a terrible dressing. The Basil Fried rice had hardly a hint of Basil and once again, tasteless. When we have Thai food, we expect the taste to be bold with garlic, onions, ginger,chili etc. We tried to doctor it up with the condiments provided but these dishes were beyond repair. On July 4th, we spent dinner at Thai E-San and had a very big and enjoyable dinner. For appetizers, we had Spicy Thai Wings and Shrimp Rolls, both of which were delicious. For entrees, we had Pork Sausage Fried rice, seafood curry, Pad See-Ew and Pad Kee Mow. All of the entrees were exceptionally good with customized levels of spicy. On the down side, they do not serve alcohol, but you can bring your own. Seating is limited, and there is outdoor seating available in the front of the restaurant, and inside is also very limited. Also - Pepsi products... This place doesn't draw you in from the outside, but if you like Thai food, I am confident you will love this place. (not fresh - we air fry the same ones at home) Crab Rangoon; 5 filled with cream cheese, no crab meat. (also not fresh - COSTCO?) Mango Fried Rice; shrimp had the shell on tail Pepper Steak; super greasy onions and green peppers, very little beef and 2 full cups of white rice. While waiting I noticed they do not serve any alcohol. No music playing. Positive; there is ample parking out front. We won't be back and will not send our friends. read more

This place looks small but is mighty! It's in an unassuming strip mall but you will be amazed. The server was very friendly (but not chatty), the food was awesome, the atmosphere was ok. Nothing fancy but boy the food was outstanding. There were 3 of us adults and the food was more than enough, we were very full when done and even took leftovers. We had the pork satay as an appetizer and ordered the Tom Ka Gai soup (coconut), and the Pad Thai with shrimp. All three were excellent but the soup was in the top 2 of the best we ever had. We got the large bowl (no hot pots) of coconut soup. All items we ordered we asked for no spice and so glad we did because the natural cooked flavors in everything was great!
