It took almost 7 minutes to prepare it because they have it "pre-mixed with whole milk but any changes to that result in the barista having to make it by hand". So if you're in a hurry, don't deviate from what is offered. The premise of this place is crafted beverages with multiple add-on options for customization so this wait does seem odd. Their chai brand has a strong notes of honey, with less emphasis on spices. The two employees I interacted with were both pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. Very helpful in explaining the process. They also offer smoothies and milkshakes so I might try that next time.
