I now know that you can place an online order the day before and rest assured your cinnamon rolls will be waiting for pickup in the morning! I'm embarrassed that I didn't take any photos of the 6 cinnamon rolls: 3 plain ($5.99 each) that come with individual containers of icing, and 3 pecan praline ($6.99 each) The cinnamon rolls are HUGE. I got them for my family - everyone loved them! If you get the pecan praline cinnamon rolls to go, be sure the individual containers lay flat in the bag. The glaze oozed out and made a mess! After 2 bites from the top, my entire scoop was plain vanilla! It was still very good but disappointing. We arrived at 8:30pm on a Saturday evening and stood in a fast-moving line that gave us each time to choose from their long list of homemade ice cream flavors! My husband and I each ordered a scoop of Sea turtle. Our son ordered their new flavor, mocha latte: coffee ice cream with chocolate chips. Both flavors (mine was 99.9% vanilla) were delicious. The waffle cones were warm and crispy! I may have to go back tomorrow and give it another try!

The inside of this modest restaurant is a bit cluttered but there is space for a few tables. You order at the counter, serve your own beverages, and clean up after yourself, but that doesn't stop them from suggesting all sorts of generous tips for themselves. I tried the "Wild Birdie"; consisting of turkey, slaw, provolone, cranberry relish, and 1000 Island, on a dark roll. It was ok, but the sandwich was definitely on the small side, so I left hungry. The menu notes that it comes with bacon, but I don't recall having bacon on my sandwich. My dining companion tried the burger and didn't like it. The beef patty seemed like it had been cooked in the past, then reheated to order so it was served barely warm. The bun was cold. We've had better. The restaurant heavily markets their $25 Maine- and Connecticut-style lobster rolls, so maybe that's a better choice than what we ordered?

Mr. And I both ordered the market bowl. Quinoa, sweet potatoes, avocado, tomato, and a spring mix w a fried egg on top. It was beautiful! Then we bit into it. The sweet potato was barely on the brink of being frozen. The Quinoa was also cold...not just room temperature, but ice-cold! Avocado was way too cold as well. So, you can imagine what this did to the beautifully cooked egg... yep - turned it cold in a heartbeat. Really off-putting to bit into. Mr. went back inside and asked if they had a microwave to heat it up and the 'workers' just said that was they way it was supposed to be. Mr. tossed the entire thing in the trash and simply said "well, it's disgusting". You would think there would be a simple offer to heat it up, or some kind of remedy for the situation. They didn't give a crap. I'm pretty sure they flipped us the bird on the way out. Nice.
