This is a great donut location. Yes it is a franchise, but they always are nice and friendly when you come in and the drive-through is usually very quick. I'm not a huge fan of their coffee because it really tastes too sugary, but the regular glazed donuts are the wonderful, traditional style that makes Krispy Kreme so popular. read more

Always wanted to come to a Krispy Kreme and am glad I got the opportunity to. They have an abundance of different donuts and have special seasonal ones. Great location, glad this business hasn't suffered the faith of all others at same location before them BUT as you get off your vehicle the parking lot smells like sewage, all the way to the front door, and when you walk in you're greeted by the smell of rancid oil. Just taking a look at the oil you can tell it has been used one too many times. Im only here because my mother n sister wanted to meet here. It's also warm inside which doesn't help the smells... somebody should power wash the parking lot weekly, heaven knows if the homeless people across are using the building at night as their potty and sleeping quarters. And pls do something abt the oil, its too damn burnt, take care of your customers. read more

Spoke with manager Daniel been trying to get donuts every single day. I come everyday twice a day in the morning and night. I always ask for original glazed & chocolate iced & ALWAYS OUT ALL DAY AND AFTER FIVE THERE IS NO MORE MADE BECAUSE THEY CLOSE AT 11 this is a donuts shop that never has donuts. Definitely needs new management. Don't waste your time settle for Walmart donuts at least they have some. read more

I asked the employee when they were made, since I've seen them on the counter during previous visits. He then asked the manager, which should have tipped me off. He said they were made fresh every morning. If that was the case, then MOLD should NOT DEVELOP. DISGUSTING!!! My son already ate some prior to this specific one. I am now worried that he might get sick or have a bad reaction. So disappointed in the quality and "freshness" of your products. Delicious sweet mouth melting donuts! Stopped in for a few dozens to take to Mexico (Paras, NL). It's customary for the employees to give you a sample right from the conveyer belt. Oh my goodness...brought back memories when I was a frequent customer at the Summit, IL Krispy Kreme. This store is clean and well organized. I was impressed. I could have eaten half a dozen in the store due to its' coziness. I look forward to my return to McAllen, TX so that I can purchase a few more dozen donuts (glazed and assorted) on my way to Mexico. read more

Great place, great coffee, drive thru can be a little slow, but it is worth the wait if you have the time.

To me they taste like shipleys, It's an okay donut place but nothing original or unique.
