This place is small and provides very little sitting space. The decor looks cute and fitting for a cupcake local. On the outside, it says cupcakery and creamery. They sell cupcakes and ice cream, that's it. I would give this place a higher score if they sold milk, chocolate milk, or something else to enjoy with your cupcake but alas all they sell is water and that doesn't exactly scream flavor. I find it strange that they don't sell milk more so because the subtitle of the place is creamery. Not only that, but they sell MILKshakes, which means they have to have milk back there somewhere. Pour it on a cup and sell it to me gosh darn it. I haven't tried the ice cream yet, but I'll come on a second day for that. For now, I shall enjoy the peanut butter cupcake I got. The icing was too sweet, to the point I had to remove most of it and just occasionally dab into it. The bread in the cupcake itself was good, but felt under-baked towards the center. I still enjoyed it somewhat. I'll have to visit it again for a hopefully better experience, as the local was 30 minutes away from closing. read more

Well worth the recommendation. I had been waiting all week to go try this place and wow! So many things, so many choices that I had to slow down my mind because there was so much joy in it. I thought with my stomach today and it decided in getting the cupcake smash. I went with the really fruity looking fruity pebbles cupcake and for ice cream I had to keep it fresh and got a orange creamsicle flavor. The owner said I'd be in for a delight and boy was I. Whenever I get a sweets craving, I pop in Smallcakes. All the flavors are so good and the cupcakes are so moist!!

Not only is this place cute, but their cupcakes and ice cream are super delicious!! I had the Cupcake Smash which is a cupcake cut in half with two different ice cream flavors in between. They make their own ice cream, so they have a variety of unique flavors. I ordered the coconut ice cream which had a creamy consistency (so don't be afraid of icy ice cream here!) and little strips of coconut. I also ordered an ice cream which had bacon in it, and this flavor was unlike any you can find at your typical ice cream shop. It was a daring creation and strange enough to spark my interest. It was very strong in its flavor and salty, like caramel, so it can be overwhelming, but I recommend trying it as an experience. I enjoyed it! Aside from the ice cream, I also had the pistachio cupcake which was equally as amazing! It had a yummy filling inside, was moist, and the frosting light but full of flavor. So good! The girl who worked there was the most lively, passionate worker who I've ever been served by, and the owner came out and greeted us, chatting about their experience so far. This is the way cupcakes should taste! The cake itself is very moist and yet perfectly baked. The icing is cute, colorful and sweet while portraying the essence of what the cakes represent. You can tell what they will taste like just from the representation and they don't all taste the exact same which often is the case in my experience with other cupcake shops. The service was amazing. The salesperson explained what each type was filled with and answered any questions we had. She also asked us to sample the ice cream which was very good as well. But we were here for cupcakes and they didn't disappoint. We tried a chocolate variety which had a cream filling and a strawberry with strawberry filling along with a wedding cake variety.
