I have been here several times. I've tried the cheesecake and tres leches and they're delicious! Customer service was great, we were greeted as soon as we walked in. It's a small shop and they have a sign on the window that only 3 customers are allowed inside at a time so be prepared for that but it's worth the wait. read more

I don't even know where to start! This place was and is such a warm and welcoming establishment. Immediately I came in and was greeted with the warmest welcome and asked if I needed any help. The display of sweets was so beautiful to see and very organized. My sweets were packed in the cutest bags and boxes, love that they were in paper boxes because we love the trees The pricing was surprisingly really good for the big amount of sweets I bought which is definitely and awesome plus! The taste Geez let me just say the cheesecakes, we'll just everything in general (cookies, brownies, cupcakes) EVERYTHING! This wasn't my first time at Kacy's, with that being said I was let down by the cheesecake this time. It was too tart and soft, even after I had left it in the fridge for several hours. Maybe it was the batch this time, but it wasn't good as the other times I've bought from them before. The size is more than decent as it's a huge slice and for only $8, it's definitely worth the price. It does deter me a bit from going back, but I'll give it one more shot and hopefully be able to rate it 4 stars. read more

Personally, I was always ranting and shouting out about their cheesecakes and desserts. Their cheesecake, Mia cookie and macaroons are my personal favorites. They're TASTY I put loads of people onto the shop but stopped going because of their customer service. I always purchased $18+ and try tipping if I can, the very last time I went the older black lady there saw me press no tip, and tossed my cheesecake into its box with absolutely no care. The younger girl charging me gave her a look and she said "she knows better than to not tip" haven't stopped ever since. I know they probably don't miss my money but it absolutely sucks that I can no longer enjoy my favorite pastries because someone felt entitled to a tip. Great sweets!! BUT they really need to do better when it comes to fly/bug control. Was there Saturday and sveral flies were contaminating cookies that were being sold. I understand it is impossible to rid all flies but for customers health it is imperative that a solution be found to keep ppl from getting sick. When i mentioned it to the worker, she blew it off by saying "yea they come in thru the door". That isnt a solution. I passed on the cookies but anyone who came after me how bought them and paid a hefty $2.50 per cookie is oblivious to the fact that flies were jst on it. If you charge a premium for ur product, people expect more from you. Please find a solution or we will not go back. read more

We got there late on a Saturday and they were closing in like 15 minutes. They didn't have the cheesecake I wanted and the selection was lacking. However, the raspberry cheesecake slice I purchased was really good, fresh, and the portion was large. I also got a marshmallow and fruity pebble cookie that was out of this world. The brownie was a little too fudge like in my opinion, but was fresh. We will be back, but earlier in the day with the Yeti to achieve the best flavors. read more

Reasonable prices, esp with how large each piece is! The flavors change a bit daily, which are updated instore and online on their instagram. Parking looks hard but there is actually parking to the side that loops around. No seating inside to eat, mostly a to go kind of bakery. They were busy and packed when I came, but service was quick, efficient, and friendly! The cheesecake was delicious and topped with whipped cream. I don't like whipped cream but did eat some of it, as I could taste the vanilla and not just.. straight sugar if that makes sense. The cheesecake was baked to perfection and pretty creamy. It was not incredibly dense creamy or light/fluffy if that is what you are looking for - I think it was a reasonable enough heavy creaminess to satisfy the general population and eater. If you want to order a specific flavor of cheesecake for an event, they ask for at least 2 days notice, which makes sense considering I personally think cheesecake tastes better after it 'cures' in the fridge. Their crinkle cookies remind me of when I was a kid living in Dumaguete, Philippines. My dad would take us to mall all the time when I was little and I requested for these crinkle cookies. When you tap a memory like that, it is priceless! I'll be back for more goodies. It's also a plus that it's next to a fun coffee shop! This is a great addition to our space in the valley. read more

This place is absolutely fantastic! I was recommended this place by a friend and I have to say that it was the best recommendation I have received in a while. Their cheesecakes are my favorite thing and they taste amazing. My favorite one is, by far, the Oreo cheesecake that they make. Their cookies are great, their bread is amazing, and their cupcakes are very flavorful. My only negative thing is that the frosting on the cupcakes is way too sweet for my taste, but I'll just make sure not to get that. They post their daily menu on their instagram account every morning and they cross off anything they sell out of throughout the day. Once of my favorite things that they do, is that you can call and reserve desserts and pick them up later in the day. As a teacher, I am not able to head over during the day, but if I call I can pick it up when I get out of work. Their staff is very friendly and they make their desserts fresh everyday. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone that loves sweets. The only downside is the parking, but there are plenty of places nearby that you can park and still get to their front door. read more

Her cheesecakes are sold by slices ($7 per slice, little pricey, but they are HUGE so very much worth it!) or you can order a full cheesecake, and I would definitely recommend doing so if you need one for a party or any celebration. Every Wednesday, the owner makes different flavors of cheesecakes while keeping regular menu flavors like strawberry or classic. There is a wide variety of pastries available such as different cupcakes, biscottis (soo soo good), cookies, brownies, etc. The place is located right next to Jitterz Coffee Bar, so you can also go grab a cup and enjoy a nice afternoon! Parking is available in the plaza right beside Jitterz, and it's pretty abundant so don't fret over that.
