This Starbucks is a personal favorite. They've never messed up an order, have always been fast, and always have a good recommendation when you want to try something different. Additionally, the drive thru is spacious. What this means is that bigger and longer vehicles won't struggle with the oft common tight corners that are available in other drive thru Starbucks locally. At this Starbucks, the service is always friendly and speedy. Tonight, I ordered a snicker doodle for myself and a Chai Tea Latte for my wife. Her latte was with no water and 5 pumps of Chai. Everything was delicious and served at the right temperatures. It's conveniently located around many other fast food restaurants so if none of those fancy you a good dessert, drive over to Starbucks for a great one. read more

Just opened so I'm wary of speaking too soon, but this is one of the best Starbucks I've ever been to! Spacious, good layout, good furniture, good feng shui... Lots of seating and outlets so it's become my new favorite study spot. Hope this doesn't make it too packed! Baristas were a little aloof, but they made my Misto damn well so I'll forgive them. Lost a star not for the impossibly busy location, but the fact that THERE IS NO ENTRANCE. Yes, you either have to drive through the Panda Express lot off of Jackson Ave. or through the Chase lot off of Jackson St. Also has lots of its own parking and a drive through of course. read more

Had a nice morning hanging out at this location, especially since it was 6:00 am. Great Sunday morning place. Place was spotless, so this location takes pride in getting it ready for morning folks like myself. Barista's were friendly, again 6:00 am for these guys that probably were up since 4:00am. Morning customers were fun to interact with as a kinda visitor myself, (I havent lived there in 25 yrs). Great time at another starbucks!! read more

I am a fan of frappe's and typically will go to local coffee shops only but occasionally I fall victim to the green straw. I can't complain because usually they provide great customer service and you can expect consistency with their products which is always a great thing for the customer. I usually stop at these locations when I am on the go and there is no local coffee shops nearby. I go to this location because I usually hang out in this area of town and its simply convenient to meet a friend or jump on my computer to do something quick being that they always have reliable Wi-Fi. Overall I cannot complain about this location since I have never had a bad experience here and it's always a good pitstop for anyone trying to get something quick done or simply getting some coffee. read more

This is the newest Starbucks in the RGV and the first one in Pharr. Very well done interior. But I do have to agree with the previous review the lack of access is a bit annoying. However, the staff are friendly and the coffee is always well prepared and fast. read more

This is one of my favorite starbucks! I use the online app to order and my order is always extra hot and ready in no time. You can tell their Customer service is excellent. Although they do their job, they're attitude is HORRIBLE. Very unfriendly and rude. Compared to all the surrounding Starbucks, and we do several often, they are by far the only Starbucks that I've ever been unsatisfied with. I was a repeat customer that day and friendly asked the drive thru rep if she could please take my cup and throw it away for me (since they don't have a drive-thru trashcan) She rudely said they didn't take trash and slammed the drive thru window on me... ‍??? I would think that if she saw the cup was a Starbucks cup, the least she could do it save me the time from having to get down from my car and go inside to throw away this cup, being that I was already giving them business again. I would've definitely handled it differently and maybe mention that their "policy didn't allow it, but being that it was a Starbucks cup, I would do it just this one time." That's how you keep customer service ratings high. Apparently they haven't been trained or raised properly. read more

I went through the drive-through and ordered a tall hazelnut latte and a breakfast Gouda sandwich. I took a bite of my sandwich and it tasted good but by the third bite the rest of the sandwich was still frozen, it hadn't been heated thoroughly through. In fact the whole center was cold! I was pretty upset because I was really looking forward to eating my sandwich, I ended up throwing half of it out. The latte was good but but it would half been even better if I would have been able to enjoy it with my sandwich. In the future I'll be checking my food before I drive away from the store. read more
