We were in the area and figured we would stop by to get our free glazed doughnut with our COVID vaccine cards. They didn't even look at the cards so anyone could go and just say they got the vaccine to get the free doughnut. I also wanted to get a few other doughnuts since we don't go there that much anymore. I got the birthday cake and Reese's filled. They were both somewhat dry and tasted a little old. I like the birthday cake flavor but after awhile it gets a little sickening. Usually my husband and I always split our doughnuts, so when I just have half it's not bad. But he didn't want any so I had to eat it all. I also got a couple of minis. I didn't realize they were kind of a ripoff, 2 for $2.29 I think? When a regular doughnut is about $1.50. They should have been 2 for $1. They were also more dry than the other doughnuts. I did like the Easter one with all the colored sugar on top, tasted like peeps. The glazed doughnut is pretty good though. It's soft and melts in your mouth and sweet enough but not too sweet. It's kind of light and doesn't make you feel too full either. Staff wasn't too friendly either. They seemed annoyed that i was taking awhile to decide on flavors and kept asking me how many I was getting. We really don't come here anymore because we've been going to better quality gourmet and/or custom doughnut places. But since we were in the area and got a free doughnut we figured why not. But I don't know if we will come back. Maybe only if they have some really special or crazy flavor. I would say this place is slightly above Dunkin' Donuts

My wife really enjoys Krispy Kreme and I'm a huge fan of the sour cream donut, when they have it. Otherwise, I just don't get the Krispy Kreme hype. This location is the one I go to the most, because there aren't any other closer. At least four times that I can think of, they didn't get their shipment of donuts in when the website said that some stupid donut was debuting. Oh wow, a donut that has some weird picture on it, but tastes like every other donut they have... I have to go get it for my wife to make her happy for eleven seconds... So that's the thing, they don't make their donuts there. I'm not even sure if they make the plain ones, but they do glaze plain ones there on occasion. Watching that machine is one of my favorite parts of going here. The staff are usually friendly, trying to upsell more donuts, which won't work on me, since my wife only wants those more expensive ones that looks like the sun or who knows what else. If you love Krispy Kreme, you aren't reading this review, since you already know about this place. Fanatics of this brand would get mad for me saying that I don't know how it tastes any different from Dunkin Donuts.

I saw Krispy Kreme had mini donuts, at only about 125 calories per, this is donut balance

I haven't had Krispy Kreme in a while and decided to try it again. The donuts were delicious but, the drink I ordered was terrible. I asked the staff how the drinks are and she said she doesn't drink coffee so that didn't really help me. I ordered the vanilla hot latte and it tasted like water no flavor at all. I also couldn't hear the staff as she was in a mask and seemed annoyed when I asked questions. Other than that the donuts were good though.

I wish I could give it 4 stars but I found out the donuts are made off site.. BOO. There is plenty of parking in the shopping strip mall lot. They have tons of varieties of donuts for you to choose. They have a case for cold drinks as well. No idea on the coffee since I don't drink the stuff. In the back you can see the glazing machine which is pretty cool. My son was able to put on a bakers Krispy Kreme hat while he watched the donuts being glazed. We only picked up 1 donut which was $1.15 inc tax. - a bit steep ESPECIALLY since the donuts are made offsite. They do have an eat in section which is pretty cool. I wanted to check this place out since I loved it when I had them in NYC. They always had the donuts made fresh and you can eat a ton. Will I be back? Probably as a treat.

I was surprised by the negative reviews about this location because we had a good experience. However, we did have a simple order of one dozen glazed donuts. Upon placing the order, the employee offered to make us some hot and fresh instead of the ones that were already pre-made. I appreciated this and of course took her up on her offer. The donuts were the quality that we expect from Krispy Kreme. Overall, good experience.

That's why I was extremely disappointed the two times I have tried Crumbl cookie and both were from different locations. The most recent was the one closest to my home, from the spot in Broomall. My older daughter LOVES their cookies. She sucks with food and generally doesn't know what's she's talking about when it comes to deliciousness. However, she brought a box home and insisted that in try their cookies again, and after some cajoling, she was able to annoy me into giving them another shot. Once again, I was unhappy I decided to try them. I have come to only one conclusion after repeated attempts to enjoy their stuff...that Crumbl cookies simply aren't good. They're just not good. Yes, cookies alone, even just the concept makes them good and that's why there is some inherent value to their product. But these cookies are just dismal. There is nothing unique to them at all. They do offer some differing selection, but ninety percent of their "varieties" are simply sugar cookies with different icings or toppings piled on top. That is a flat cake with no rising agent and different sugar contents. They are also never hitting the sweet spot of texture in my opinion either; too dry and crumbly, or almost like uncooked dough inside was my experience on both occasions. If that's your thing, then you will probably love this, and that's great! Go support them. However, as a cookie lover, I cannot in good conscience, justify spending the insane amount they are asking for non-cookies that are just flavored icings on top of a sweet baked puck that lacks heart and soul, an essential part of what you can taste when you have a cookie that has had real love and effort put into it. You can tell that Crumbl at one point had a vision that was wonderful. What it seems like is that it became a trendy place that then gained popularity due to its difference and its dedication to making everything hyper-sweet instead of truly savory and delicious, very much catering to the very young. There is nothing wrong with that, but I guarantee you somewhere along the way, the true bakers behind this brand lost their way, sold out to the hype, and it is now a apple-store clone sellout slinging crappy cookies that just aren't really "cookies". Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them for the desserts they offer, although their staff is very nice and excited about their products in my experience and their stores are very clean. Almost too clean, like pharmaceutical manufacturing bright white antibacterial clean blank spaces which is very off-putting. Instead I would say make some cookies on your own and learn the beauties of making some of the best cookies you've ever had, or checking out some of the other parties in this same space. However, if you LOVE icing and gigantic monstrosities that are priced more like a full meal for a night out at restaurant, and really want that whole experience, this may be the place for you. As always, I am open to having my mind changed, but this has violated a core value I have with my beloved cookie, and after two tries, I still don't like the cookies or their model. Convince me otherwise! I would really like to enjoy them like everyone else seems to.
