On 5/2/26 @ 8am the woman at the drive through was pretty rude. Told me repeatedly that they didn't have any employees and weren't fulfilling orders, but wouldn't help me to understand how to cancel my mobile order. I drove off and finally called again, thankfully the gentleman that answered the phone was mote helpful and cancelled my order for me. Order #43428635303690241 if anyone wants to verify. read more

They ONLY had glazed donuts. Not a single other flavor available! Pretty bad business imo.

This location is always out of EVERYTHING!! It doesn't matter the time or day of the week.... The only thing they have is glaze! Do better..Krispy Kreme. If you only want to only sell glaze then quit advertising other flavors! read more

HORRIBLE! I don't understand how management is ok with always having nothing in stock. Better off closing this location! It's a honestly a disappointment. read more

They didn't have 2 of the donuts we wanted and we only recieved 4 out of the 5 donuts we ordered. The service was also slow.

I am not a Krispy Kreme kind of girl although people rave about their doughnuts. I like the maple long Johns across the street at Giant Eagle. But hey, you get a free doughnut, per day for showing your vaccination card. Yippee. Now some are screaming about Krispy Kreme offering free doughnuts for Americans many of whom tend to be a bit or alot overweight. But what did you expect from Krispy Kreme? A head of lettuce? I think it is terrific that a company offers a generous reward for getting vaccinated. Will I get one every day? No, but I appreciate their generosity. The glazed doughnut was small, compared with Giant Eagle but it was fresh and delivered with great customer service. No making you feel guilty for just getting the free item. Thank you Krispy Kreme for doing a little something something for encouraging us to get vaccinated. read more

Krispy Kreme - We got two for being vaccinated, delivered with a smile - Donuts Near Me - Columbus, Ohio

This store needs to do better. I came in to buy a big order of doughnuts for the first time and got home and the doughnut holes were hard& not fresh, the other dozen doughnuts were cold and not fresh. Do you not make fresh doughnuts through out the day? I am highly disappointed & will not go back. Very sad read more

I took my family here a few days ago and I was shocked at how filthy it was. The place was pretty empty with only a couple people getting donuts to go. The donut selection was awful. They said they didn't even carry the strawberry shortcake donut in which I went in for. I submitted feedback on the website I got an email from Darryl. Dear Mrs. Worley, Thank you for your email regarding your recent Krispy Kreme experience. We appreciate the time you took to share your feedback. We are committed to satisfying our customers and strive to meet the highest expectations placed upon us. We have forwarded your message to the appropriate personnel for their review. The management staff here at Krispy Kreme is always interested in customer feedback. We recognize that our success is measured by the satisfaction of our customers. Please accept our apology for any inconvenience this matter may have caused you. We look forward to serving you again in the future! Sincerely, Darryl Krispy Kreme Customer Experience www.krispykreme.com Hopefully this place will be cleaned up soon and we can go back for fresh donuts. read more

Tonight I had my account hacked and someone ordered donuts via DoorDash using our account. When I called to get our points back..the hacker had already called pretending to be us so the store employees automatically assumed I am the scammer and proceeded to repeatedly hang up on me while I was trying to get help to rectify the situation. They answered the phone rudely, used the F-bomb and hung up on me twice without listening to my dilemma. I had to call another store to get help with the problem. Customer service is absolutely horrendous here. Don't shop here. read more

Worst Krispy Kreme in Columbus. Staff does the minimum and are mostly rude. I've had 2 separate occasions where my order was not done correctly. First one I ordered by delivery the Reese's donuts dozen and got regular assorted dozen. Second time I ordered on drive-through an assorted dozen and asked to include 4 fresh original glazed donuts. The box didn't have one glazed donut. Their donuts are also smaller that other locations in Columbus. Not going to this location ever again. read more

Great food quick service great employees there is nothing to hate about this I don't know why there is so many bad reviews.

My son loves to come here when we are in the area, usually about every other Sunday. Let's not joke around; Krispy Kreme is ridiculously delicious. This location, however, is seriously lacking in cleanliness and customer service on the weekends. The floors are consistently filthy with visible trash tucked into every corner. Tables are rarely cleaned off, trash cans often overflowing. More often than not, the weekend staff consists of young kids who seem to hate their jobs and hate dealing with the public even more. They barely speak, roll their eyes, and rarely thank their customers. They've really ruined a good thing at this location. read more

How many time can I go to Krispy Kreme, get out of my car, walk up to the door, and pull on the door just to find it locked? There are NO drive thru only signs. I drive away. You're losing business. You're losing customers. read more

I've been reading the reviews from this place and I've honestly not had a bad experience. I love that they built this place mainly because I used to have to go all the way to Polaris before this and that's just too far for donuts. I will say their hot and ready are were it's at but I've been digging the holiday themed donuts too! Valentine's Day and St. Patrick's Day ones have been the bomb lately but I'm a sucker for anything Holiday related! This is the type of place you need to go early or when the light is one for the best donuts but that's kind of life if you want them to be fresh! read more

Love Krispy Kreme but this location is horrible. No indication as to when the red light comes on. The specials are always out if stock. Do they make donuts here? Staff attitudes are never friendly. I am finally done with this location. Go to Polaris or Sawmill if you want the best of what is offered. I don't want to give one star. I was so happy when an eastside store opened but it has eroded badly. read more

The night shift is some lazy a$$ people. I came to get some chocolate donuts because I got a notification in my email, I came across town to get the offer. I got here and they lie about the system is down and it will take 40 mins ok so I wait ( minded you I drove 24 mins over here) then I see them throwing away donuts. so I go get back in line, but nnooooo GUESS WHHAT THEY SAID WE ARE CLOSED ARE YOU SH+ttING ME. Your employees are the reason you are losing money, but hey you don't care. It must be great being big business huh read more

they don't make doughnuts, the whole crew was sitting in the lounge on FaceTime. they didn't answer the drive thru and we had to go in or I'd still be sitting in the drive thru till this day. I get it it's fast food but like do your jobs not hang out. read more

I've been here twice since moving to the area and the donuts here are less to be desired. The first time, I got a dozen assorted and a dozen original glazed. The size of the donuts are much smaller than other locations to the point that they don't even fill up the box. The assorted were not even edible. It's like they were two days old and stale. The second time I went, I got an original glazed because of the previous assorted experience. The originals were small again and not warm, even though the light had just been on. read more

2pm on a Saturday, and they are out of every donut but 3 kinds. I can't even put into words the disappointment of the entire visit. We weren't allowed inside so my kids couldn't pick what they wanted, being out of anything we did try to order, and the entire process of being ignored at the speaker and then being silently dismissed at the window is enough to make me drive to a different location next time. read more

Got our donuts with terrible attitude. Went in with our boys to get donuts and drinks. The young lady serving us had such poor service attitude the adults decided we would prefer to not get food or drinks. She asked what we wanted and then promptly walked away, then came back with attitude. Then one child ordered his donut, we went to say something else and she rudely interrupted saying, how many donuts are getting. We said, two. She got the two donuts and literally slammed them on the counter, didn't ask if we needed anything else. Was then inconvenienced when we asked for the boys drinks. Threw attitude with the new cost. We said thank you, to no response. There was one really nice staff that came out right as we were leaving who acknowledged us. Wish we would have had her from the beginning. read more

Ordered a coffee and a dozen cream filled donuts. The coffee was okay. Got home; unsealed the box; 8 of the 12 were unfilled and looked like crap. They were hard, crusty, empty shells. It was disappointing since I rarely buy junk food, this was to be our treat. read more

Horrible customer service. The worst one I've been to in my entire life. I'm glad we moved out of the area. They're frozen latte machine has been down for 4+ years. They always say they're "getting a service guy out this week" or "they're getting a new one in this week" and they always have an attitude. I hope they just shut this place down because I'm sure another one with better service and less stale doughnuts will pop up somewhere close. I hate this place. read more

I went here today and while we are all still facing the coronavirus pandemic. Not one person working inside was wearing a mask or gloves. Simply a blatant disregard for ones safety and the safety of their customers, Filing a complaint with Ohio Public Health read more

This Krispy Kreme the inside is never opened. Went there on Friday at 1pm and they were not opened. Went back for the specialty donut and they did not have it! I wasted an hour of my day. The do not answer calls either. read more

I decided to grab a treat for my family while in the Columbus area. Doors are locked probably due to Covid. No notice on the door as you why, but that's what I figured. Decided to go through the drive thru. Ordered a few items off the menu and head to pay. I get to the pay window and the guy tells me it's cash only. Why didn't the person who took my order mention that? Why wasn't there a sign on the menu board that they were cash only. So disappointed. read more

The WORST MANAGED RUDIST manager not veteran friendly. This location took an order for 10 dozen donuts a week in advance for a Christmas with Santa my VFW post was hosting for children in need. We went to pick up the donuts as scheduled they told us no donuts go some place else was told if I had a complaint call 1 800 krispy Kreme. I called the corporate office twice they did not respond they did not care. I urge anyone who is a veteran to BOYCOTT this store if not all their stores!!!!! read more

This location doesn't even deserve the star I'm giving. The customer service is awful! I've never experienced a friendly employee here and the drive thru is always shut, so that you can go inside and wait an hour for the rude employees to throw your donuts in a box and act like they have better things to do. I don't go very often, but it's the closest location and my kid loves donuts! Last time we went I ordered a large iced coffee.....the guy put it in the smallest cup and when I questioned it he rolled his eyes at me and ignored my question. I would also like to point out that I paid almost $2.50 for a large black iced coffee that was maybe worth $.99. It takes a lot for me to use the word hate...but this place has earned it! read more

On Thursday, Mar 17, placed an order through the app for delivery for my coworkers as a nice gesture. Money was debited from my account. 15 minutes before delivery, I get text that order was "modified". 5 minutes before delivery due, get text 'order cancelled", no reason given. Tried 10 times over next three days to call to find out why, no one ever picked up call. Money has been taken from account, debit went from "pending" to "final charge", no product ever delivered or received. Filled out online survey, no one ever contacted back. Don't EVER order from this store! Even when I've gone to drive thru, often no one working to take order in early morning hours. Sad, because this used to be a quality and respected name brand. read more

This place closed 30 min before actual closing time lmfao that's crazy. Go to Polaris. They never miss.

Waiting in line forever for donuts. Taking 5-10 min per car. Terrible service. Terribly managed. Go anywhere else. This place sucks. Tried to walk in and the doors are locked 8am on Saturday morning. read more

not only did they not have anymore of the strawberry iced donuts they had the nerve!! to give me this one with about 10 sprinkles on it and it wasn't no line so they could have made more if they wanted. definitely not satisfied read more

Great experience for a classic product. I'll keep this short and sweet. The staff was super nice and friendly. It wasn't just one person either. Everyone was conversed with us in such a positive manner. The hot and ready donuts were top notch and the "one free donut" experience is a nice touch. Even each donut is $1+, the variety and the quality is worth it. Also, the coffee was mighty Bueno. This is a great stop for a quick cheat breakfast or for a nice morning date :) So, go get 'em hot and ready! read more

Just pulled into the drive thru at 6:00am and sat until we finally drove forward to the window. We could see the workers and they could see us. Finally, an employee opened the window and said, "We're not open!". We asked when they would be open. We were rudely told again that they were not open (even though their posted hours were 6:00am). We asked again when they would be open. She smugly replied, "Maybe in about 20 minutes." We understand that sometimes a crisis occurs, but this employee was so curt and rude. Absolutely no customer service or kindness or apology for the inconvenience. read more

Today we purchased chocolate covered cream filled donuts and lemon jelly donuts. None of the four donuts had much filling in them I'm talking under a teaspoon! Super disappointed donuts should have some of the filling in almost every bite if not all bites. This is also the second time that they haven't had apple fritters! We will not be visiting this location again. We are consistently underwhelmed by this Krispy Kreme store. read more

Omg these donuts are sooooo good. The original glazed donut is the best fresh off the line. There so many different types of donuts thats there something for everyone. When You bite into hot fresh glazed donut it literally melts before you take a full bite. Then you get a sugary warm coating in your mouth. Happiness in a bite but beware they are a totally different doughnut when cooled off. There other doughnuts are extremely sugary in fact you will be ok after one. read more

Me and my family was going through the drive through when the young man at the window told us only 2 dozen per order for the gas price deal they had going on. So I was thinking that well if it's 2 dozen per Order why can't I just get two dozen as well. I was told I can't bc I guess I was in the same car as the people that got the two dozen so I just order one bc I wanted some donuts for my wait. All I have to say is if you can't give out more than 2 dozen say that at the window before they start to give you the money. read more

So, I went to this location at 6990 Broad st in Columbus, went thru the drive through, guy had the absolute WORST attitude I have ever came across. So I finish my order pull up to window hand this guy a gift card. He says card machine is down. I said well I just called they said I have 10 bucks on it. He got a bigger attitude said you didnt just call here, at this time I'm getting pissed, I said no I just talked to corporate. He tried to run card he said it dont work basically throws the card back at me and slams the window giving me a filthy look. I yelled at him and drove off. Man if you ain't happy at your job find something else but you wanna work in customer service cheer the f up. Will not go to this location ever. JERK read more

Got through the line quickly and the guy at the window was really nice! Go get your free donut for vaccinations :)

Bad service. Employees act bored to your face, then run back and giggle with coworkers as if they're bad mouthing you. They clearly had their phones out; not a single person greeted us and hardly made eye contact. We couldn't even hear our total because the cashier was mumbling while leaning on the cash register... The Original Glazed donut was the ONLY positive thing I can say about this Krispy Kreme location. Get staff that knows how to positively represent a Krispy Kreme please. read more

Terrible customer service at the Broad Street Branch strictly by the General Manager. My mom placed and paid for a large order of donuts 4 days ago for an event that she always is excited to be part of "Trick or Treat for Food". She is responsible for donut holes and cider for the trick or treaters; and she also ordered a few holiday decorated glazed donuts for the helpers. Well, my dad went to the E. Broad store to pick up the order and to his surprise, they were "sold out". He showed the manager the confirmation email and told her that she had already paid for the order. The manager responded, "Well, we are sold out, you should have called and confirmed". And her solution was to refund the money, instead of giving us a better solution for our event in 5 hours. I called and asked for a better solution, such as calling other Krispy Kreme locations near by to see if they can help fulfill the order, or help us find alternatives. She told me "I have better things to do than to listen to you cry over donut holes. Call corporate." Seriously..... very nice.... now we are scrambling to fill our commitment for my moms event and to make sure these trick or treaters are not without their beloved and highly anticipated donut holes. This has put a very sour taste of Krispy Kreme donuts in our mouths. Thanks Mrs. GM of E. Broad Street for no help at all. Corporate will be hearing from us. If you have a business and product that spreads so much joy and happiness, you should not have an employee that ruins your mission by being sour and unprofessional!!!!!! read more
