The Krispy Kreme marketing machine was on full display on national donut day. Ask for a donut and then the special, the person goes into the more expansive option ... buy a dozen get another dozen for a couple bucks more, and then pauses. Saying nothing, making you almost afraid to say "no, I want one donut not 24" (or 26) but whether you say yes or no, then they get to the real donut day special that's a little more reasonable. Nice psych game. In any case, Krispy Kreme is simply Krispy Kreme. If you've tried them you know what I mean. read more

No excuse for the lobby being closed to customers. I guess Krispy Kreme doesn't like making money. Decided to go somewhere else instead.

I would not waste my money on the donuts here. They were definitely not worth the money. I haven't been to one in many years but the size, taste nothing like I remember. read more

Unfortunately we made the mistake of going through the drive through for donuts on Sunday the 26th. First mistake was coming here, the second was DRIVE Through, the donuts we got had little or no jelly in them, the chocolate covered custard ones were tiny and we did not see them till we arrived home. They were 1/3 the size of the Jelly donuts with little or no jelly in them!!! When I called Grace " The Manager" she volunteered she did make those! This place is being run by young people who have no idea what they are doing.....we were told on Monday the owner or whoever has this location is seldom at the place....thus the horrible donuts.....first time we ever had such a bad experience with a Krispy Kreme product and it was our first time visiting this place. We were offered two more dozen donuts, I want my money back as I do not trust this place AT ALL! Go to Walmart in Laurel, they got some fantastic Custard Donuts. Please to all who read this, avoid this Krispy Kreme location. My feelings is this is a normal occurence when the owners or whoever has this franchise is not present to run the place! Corporate was a bit more responsive. John J. Nazarian read more

Exc"ellent breakfast burrito. Donuts are big and colorful. Lots of families. I'll go back!

Not sure how anyone can mess up a franchise as iconic as this one. We also thought franchises were monitored for quality control. Apparently not. Today we ordered 4 Apple Fritters. They could not have looked any less like a fritter if they tried. Flat, oval shaped and oily. They didn't even look like the photo on the Krispy Kreme website. They were so bad we tossed the box. read more

Drive thru order. 2 donuts and an Americano with a splash of cream and 2 splendas. Got 2 donuts, both wrong and an Americano with nothing in it. Burned my lip. Came back thru drive in, got 2 donuts, right this time, handed me a drink, took a sip, black coffee, no sugar no cream, burnt my mouth again. Third time, back in drive in, he says oh yeah, that's a black coffee, sorry, I said this was supposed to be an Americano with cream and Splenda. I wait again, he hands me one, I said what IS it, he tells me white sugar, I say no. he comes back tells me Splenda, cream Americano. I said great thanks. I get around the corner for the 3rd time, open it, it is ICE cold. I said oh, gosh! They probably spit in it too. I gave up and went without. I did call the store, no manager available, sorry, we are training. Yikes! read more

the gm Nick there was such a chill guy and gave us great recommendations. awesome customer service would recommend

The fuck ass lobby was closed then they wouldn't accept me through the drive thru. They were car racist

we went back after being denied the drive through with no car and were given free donut

You can see how lacking the doughnuts were and you would think the lack of attention to the doughnuts would allow time to clean the business. From the drive-thru window I could see layers upon layers of old food and dirt piled under the equipment. The donuts were not airy and light like Krispy Kreme is supposed to be. These were dense like a coffee cake doughnut. I won't even comment on the coffee. Disappointing. read more

Krispy Kreme - Maple Glaze, Original Glaze, and Strawberry Iced. - Donuts Near Me - Billings, Montana

The inside wasn't open, there was hardly any icing/glaze on the donughts. and the lady up charged us on something that wasn't supposed to be

Ordered on internet. Was ready for pick up at assigned time. In and out quickly. Didn't eat the doughnuts but they looked great.

This Krispy Kreme does not participate in any promos, they do not have cinnamon roll doughnuts, and they do not care if you're upset that you got an email with a promo that they will not honor. no wonder they keep going out of business. read more

The lady at the window was very friendly. However the donut that I received was stale and not at all at the level I would expect from Krispy Kreme read more

I purchased donuts from Forsyth High School Fundraiser and they were delivered on 10/10/2022 ($16.00). I was so disappointed, they were stale and NOT editable!! They must have been made 4/5 days in advance! One bite and I had to throw the rest of them away!! I stop at Krispy Kreme when in Billings, but will not purchase from them again!!! What a great place to get hot fresh product and enjoy every bite. Keep up your yummy product.

Donuts here are not fresh and for the price I would not come back. Most Krispy Kreme establishments have regular glazed donuts served hot. I don't know what happened to this particular store but you can't even go inside. Come on... we are way past covid. What's going on. read more

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Not only is the wait exceptionally long but the drive from the Heights for a poorly advertised product makes this entire endeavor a slap in the face. My friend drove 45 minutes round trip, waited in line for only God knows how long and spent $60 on Valentine's Day donuts for her daughter's class only to arrive to her class with donuts that she couldn't have made WORSE if she'd tried to do them on her own. She could have gotten a way better at any grocery store but what makes it worse is little mom and pop shops, who take PRIDE in their product, have to work 10x harder to even stay in business when big business like Krispy Kreme come to town. On top of that this mogul decides it is acceptable to waste peoples time, effort and money by sending out a product like this in the HOPE that no one reviews it or posts their subpar performance for others to see. This is unacceptable and frankly it's insulting, I highly doubt she's the only one to receive such crummy treatment. I am very disappointed and know from now on to steer clear when I expect a quality product. read more

Came before Christmas and was not disappointed. Donuts were perfect, exactly what I was expecting and hoping for. They had run out of frosting for a seasonal donut we wanted but decided not to get. Latte wasn't anything amazing but not bad by any means. Will definitely be back again. read more

All the lights were on as well as the "open" sign, and granted it was 9:01pm, but as soon as we pulled up to order, employees turned off all the light, inside n out. So we left and as we did, they turned the lights back on. I mean really. Even though you guys are about the only donut shop in Billings besides getting some at the grocery stores, highly doubt we will get donuts from you anymore. Sad that you would do that to customers. read more

Before work one day, I decided to stop by Krispy Kreme to pick up some donuts because our team has been working super hard, almost non-stop doing our jobs and providing an outstanding customer experience. The team member taking my order was friendly and answered my questions. Upon pulling up to the window to pay, I was greeted by another team member who answered more of my questions and gave me my order. Four stars because the boxes of both dozens of donuts we're covered with the glaze from donuts which then got all over my hands and then all over my seats. The frozen drink that I got was really overly sweet, too sweet that after a few sips I couldn't drink it anymore. read more

We are from the Seattle area and have had Krispy Kreme Donuts before. They taste just as good as they did in Seattle. Really fresh and do all kinds of different donuts and flavors. Our Visit this time was a little rough as it was only the second day of being open and I think the staff is still trying to figure it all out. They didn't have many flavors . . . I am thinking this will change once they get a hang of things. I believe it was a soft opening with just the basic favorites. Really good coffee. We will be here often! read more

We have been to many many Krispy Cremes around the west and this one is a real disappointment. Dirty and donuts taste like they have been fried in old oil. Not a clean table to sit at in sight...floors had napkins and trash while several employees stood around chatting. Amazing. I haven't had Krispy Kreme since they got rid of it in my hometown in California. I ordered a plain glazed, my favorite, and was not disappointed! I just ordered some donuts here at about 3 pm today and I just wanted to express how wonderful the girl at the drive through was! The people at this place are so nice. It's kind of surreal how nice they are. I had a little OCD panic attack this weekend taking my boys in for a fresh doughnut. First of all the worker in the back with the frosting & mix was wearing gloves but I literally watched him touch so many things while wearing the gloves, like a broom, pick something up off the floor, take a drink of his coffee then again touch the frosting and mix! Yuck. A gentleman who served us our doughnuts had a completely wet shirt, like he was washing dished then served us our doughnuts! Yuck. The lady at the cash register was wearing gloves but touching doughnuts, money, the cash register and her own coffee cup. Yuck. What is the point of wearing gloves!. People in the store need to have one job and stick to that job. read more
