    Cortado and Iced Latte; delicious

Absolutely delicious Cortado; as good as it gets!! Using locally roasted beans, it really tasted as good as it looks. Well done to the Barista

Hot Mocha (love the mason jar) and bacon scone - delish!

Stopped in on a Monday morning to grab coffee and get some emails done - this is my 2nd time here and the team is always so lovely. Great coffee served with heart. The kid friendly learning space (Wise Wonders) it shares is closed on Mondays so it was quiet and cozy this morning.

Love finding local coffee shops not of the chain variety. This place has everything going for it from ambiance to friendly service and great prices to top it off! I had the honey cinnamon latte with coconut milk and gluten free peanut butter hemp seed toast. Total came to about the same price just a latte would have cost at one of the "popular" coffee shops. Definitely check this place out if you are in the area!

My daughter wanted to try the coffee at this shop but didn't care for it. The interior and seating area was not to our liking either. The barista was friendly and helped us pick out a popular brew.

Cute place, coffee is good. It's inside a children's museum so take that into account. Nice shady outdoor seating.

Coffee is great! Shares a building with the kids museum so could be loud at certain times of the day! Staff is awesome and the vibe is nice!

Plants on plants! They do wonders for my mental health! Just look at them, so calming :)

I don't normally contribute to Yelp but I HAD to make myself an account to hype up this place. Every time I return to my hometown, it seems like there is ANOTHER coffee shop that has sprung up somewhere. Ebon has to be my favorite of these. It was a nice surprise to find familiar folks behind the counter-- Lenny and Dallas are the sweetest baristas! (Everyone else is super great I just don't know their names) Now, the coffee. I never mind waiting for a pourover but then again when I show up here I always grab my drinks to stay. Their single origin coffees are super tasty-- I've tried a nice Burundi and a tasty Ethiopian, both from a local roaster (I think they were Revel.) The folks here sure care about their coffee sourcing! I've even seen my favorite coffee, Onyx, over here. The espresso is always well balanced and I find that a little bit is all I need. I live in California now, where oat milk is taking over, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that Ebon started to carry it. Best latte in Billings in my opinion! And I was happy to bring an oat latte back to my mom! (she can't do dairy and DETESTS soy and almond.) The cafe space is beautiful and perfect for work, study, or catching up with a friend. Plenty of natural light, filtered water on tap, and tasty looking baked goods. Even local bagels, which I found out is only a Tuesday thing. (Stop by on a Tuesday and indulge in one!) A bonus is the array of gorgeous plants-- they round out the comfy vibe of the place and probably purify the air too.) My visits to Billings always feel too short but I always check out this place while I'm here. Thank you Ebon for the familiar faces and the tastiest coffee in town :-) Love and regards, Grace

Thank you to the sweet person who remade my coffee after my dog knocked it out of my hand. Coffee was amazing and the shop is adorable.

Expertly crafted drinks. They do not have a ready to serve drip coffee option. If you want standard coffee it is pour-over or French press, etc. or you can order an americano. This is not really A place to rush into for coffee to go. Awesome atmosphere, seating, and kid friendly. The upstairs loft area is a fun haven for kids. My almost 2-year old loved going up and down the stairs, sitting at the kids table, and looking through the books. The staff was super cool about her exploring (non-destructively and supervised). They bake their scones, cookies, etc. in-house and the savory scone my daughter and I shared was super tasty. They measure out the coffee and track temp. With the pour-overs to get a consistent brew each time. They have multiple beans to choose from, I chose the Burundi and it was excellent. Smooth and chocolatey, as advised by the barista. Definitely will come chill again. The attached art gallery is awesome too.

They have a local non-profit partner. Each order is fresh roasted to order, and they're brought to us by sustainable farms in small batch I had to be at work early that morning, and I was staying in the area, so, I walked over to get a quick pick-me-up. I like that they're open earlier than most coffee shops in the area The interior is spacious and well-decorated. There are your typical snacks, other breakfast treats, merchandise, roastery machinery, and plenty of seating options There was only one barista working when I arrived around 6am, but there were already several patrons who had already been helped. This barista was professional, friendly, and efficient. I received my order within a couple minutes of ordering The menu offers a variety of classic specialty coffees as well as seasonal and specialty offerings. There's non-espresso drinks, chai/teas, etc. there's breakfast foods, snacks, and you can even purchase beans/grounds to take home As I was in a rush I only had time for a to-go coffee and a quick bite (stroopwaffles). Both hit the spot on an early winter morning Some tips: Parking isn't great downtown, but you can find some metered parking. There are a handful of parking garages in the area. Again, there is plenty of space if you want to relax in a lovely coffee shop and just enjoy your cup o' joe Cheers!!

Think of landlines, juke boxes, I love Lucy tv, grandma style kitchen tables with the aluminum base (like old style diners), drive-ins and car-hops and you'll have a general sense of the eclectic style. The employees, likely from the nearby college, are friendly and patient and work quickly to get the orders out. The coffee and non-coffee beverages have been a mix for me: sometimes incredible, other times not so much, but I still like coming here for the atmosphere alone, as weird as they may be for a coffee fiend like me. The food, the couple times I've indulged, is good and there's a nice mix of offerings. This was a gas station previously and the new owners have made use of that with the glass garage doors that open to a nice outdoor seating area and using the front and side for more outdoor seating. They even managed to squeeze in a drive-thru for those eschewing the busier traffic at other coffee shops in the area. Poly's Place, locally owned, is a unique coffee shop in a mostly residential area. It's worth the experience.
