My friends and I use to go weekly, and I would go there at least 3 times a week, but the price keeps going up (higher than Starbucks) for a lg Mocha and service/Rewards keep going down. I have decreased to 1x every 3-4 weeks now. Recently, I went in to pay cash and this what I was told: "We cannot check your rewards until after you pay", "O, you cannot use cash to pay for me to check about rewards" ?????, I have always been able to before? - "The computer system does not allow that anymore" Mazevo has good coffee but everything else about the experience is now poor..... also rewards went from 20/25% to now 5% and soon it will be 1%.... Should not even advertise a rewards system pretty soon! read more

I've been here several times and love it! Their menu changes each season, and that's part of their charm! Recently, I've had their Hawaiian cold foam and their boba lemonade. Freaking delicious! The Hawaiian cold foam is coconut and macadamia nut, and makes me feel like laying on the beach and rubbing coconut oil on myself, even though I'm pretty fair and would burn like a shrimp on a BBQ! The boba lemonade is refreshing and sweet and the boba are bursting with mango flavor! Anything they do, they do well. The old manger Nicole was the only reason I became a regular again after Off the Leaf. She could make any drink from old coffee shops or small espresso drinks. This was the only drive through where I could find that level of coffee with a drive thru window. I'm really disappointed to see their downfall of coffee. The old manager and ALL of the old baristas could could make my drinks but I haven't had anything good for awhile now. I would always come in the evening when the two managers would close and the service was always great. I now wait 10 minutes for a simple poorly made latte while being the only one in line. read more

First Mazevo I've been to is this one. Good coffee, GREAT and FRIENDLY staff! Good place to enjoy some coffee and time with friends. Good place to meetup with friends, get some work done, or just people watch. After going into other Mazevos, this probably has the least number of "comfortable, stick around a long time" chairs, but it's still a good place. It does seem to have a higher than usual number of transients who walk in here that are not customers. But not sure how exactly they should police this sort of thing, might just be a location sort of thing. read more

I just added a star to my review because of bad service this am.. I texted the business through Facebook and got a gift card.. I also order their coffee ground to french press and they do it right.. But here's my original review.. **** I stopped by the drive through and ordered my usual 12 oz americano. She told me it was .75 more than it usually is. At the window I asked her again the price. Again it was .75 more. I asked her to check. ³ She then agreed it was the price than it was. Said she was quoting me for an americano with flavor. She took my money, said have a nice day and closed the window. I waited. She noticed I wasn't moving. She opened the window. Asked how she could help me. I told her I hadn't received the Americano. She closed the window. I saw her making a 16oz. Americano. She handed it to me. I nearly had her make it again, but I was tired and late and so I left. Not very good customer service and did not make me feel like I was getting a treat. read more

We wanted to try something different then Starbucks and support a smaller place. Was very disappointed in the coffee and food. Oatmeal was a quick cup from Target, breakfast burrito wasn't good, Raspberry croissant was a toaster strudel microwaved. White chocolate mocha tasted like coffee from a hotel. Hawaii cold brew was OK, The fruity kids drinks were ok. $60 later and still went to Starbucks for our coffee afterwards. read more

Wonderful local shop with a lot to offer! They were doing renovations inside, but the drive thru service was excellent. I'm always happy to support local businesses and this was recommended to me as one of the top coffee spots in Billings. Glad I checked them out. I just grabbed a graham cracker latte from here this morning and it's the best latte I've had in a while!! The atmosphere inside is great and the decor is gorgeous. I love the 'pay it forward' board they have, allowing you to buy a coffee for a college student, EMT, police officer, veteran, etc. I haven't seen that before and it's a really neat idea. The baristas were really friendly, happily answered the questions I had, and were understanding even when I forgot to ask for my coffees to go. My sister ordered a salted caramel frappe that I really liked as well, and I bought a blueberry muffin for my husband that I ended up eating half of. So... their baked goods are also really delicious! read more

Now i'm usually not a coffee shop kinda guy, but it was a late Saturday night and the roads were getting a little bad due to the snow so I decided to stop in and get something to warm up a bit. When I walked in it seemed like a pretty relaxed joint. I was welcomed by a nice young man who introduced himself as Kolby. He helped me find a drink that I would enjoy. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me. He made me a caramel and hazelnut steamer which was very good and was priced fairly. One of the best drinks I have had in a long time. Attended a baby shower here. Prior to our party getting started, a few of us got some of our favorite beverages. I definitely got myself a tuxedo (one of my favorite drinks here). We got to experience their warm and inviting atmosphere and customer service. We played games, had cake and then opened presents. We had a great time in their private room.
