Wish I would have read others reviews before I went there. I had a pedicure done with gel polish on my toes. The lady who did my nails was rude. I asked her to do a little more buffing on my callouses and she shoo'd my hand away when I asked and said she would take care of it like she was annoyed. My callouses feel no smoother than when I went in. The polish she painted on is an ugly color which was NOT the one I chose. The polish doesn't even start at the top of my nail bed so it already looks like it's grown out a week or so. I also had a mini manicure just to clean up my cuticles and it looks like all she really did was push them back bc they're still there. I could have done a better job on my own nails with my left hand. Spent $100 and won't be going back. read more

When I walked in they sat me in a chair, my feet soaking for a good 20 minutes while the manager ran around trying to figure out how to help me. The manager ended up doing my pedicure. Stones were cold, didn't do a good job on callus removal and I had 3 people sitting next to me with feet in water with not enough employees but they don't want to turn away business so they stick you in a chair with water forever which turns cold. Def don't recommend So, I came back for a second chance. Same thing. I called and they said they could get me right in. Came in. Sat in the chair for 25 minutes. Management sucks. They run around like they don't know what they are doing. Seriously don't come here. read more

Well I was referred since I moved from California AND TECHNICIAN MYSELF I am paranoid of finding a new place here. This is exactly why. My service was expensive, and overall subpar. I traveled almost 40 mins, and while the tech was nice her service was brutal. She kept filing my skin causing abrasions and spraying alcohol every 3 mins. I love the way gel polish looks WHEN DONE CORRECTLY, it's supposed to be smooth and beautiful. I ended up paying 50$ for this wrinkly polish that's uneven in some of my toes I can still see the color of my toe nail. In others I have a lump to the side, she kept trimming it with the cuticle nippers for some reason? Needless to say my previous gel polish was drilled off not even soaked or anything just drilled R.I.P my whole toe. Oh and that super unsanitary, dull, and useless "callous remover" cheese grater looking thing has got to go, come on you are in the era where there's a pumice sponge and actual foot files you can stick on and peel off the tools to keep everything one time use which is actually cleaner than that unsterile mess, state board needs to come evaluate this place it's just not the business. Overall I won't be coming back. I was waiting for my husband to transfer my debit the amount since I had forgotten my credit card and they were hovering all at and around the desk as if I was about to take off like complete nut jobs mind you I had my toddler with me AS IF. Aside from being embarrassed they acted like I was a criminal in front of quite a bit of clientele, I'm embarrassed I walked out with this work. Looks like I'll keep my California salon, the services out here are just bare minimum.... and why don't I do my own services if I am licensed and picky? I'm really bummed to say that after 5 years of coming here, I won't be returning. I have had nothing but a positive experience every time I have come here until my most recent visit. I had acrylic nails removed and the man who removed them literally ripped them off. I have had acrylics removed here before and they have always soaked them in acetone and filed them off. The man who took them off this time seemed super angry that I wanted them removed and he barbarically ripped them off. I literally sat there shaking and in tears because of the extreme pain. Left all my nails bloody and shredded to pieces. I'm incredibly sad to say that this one experience in 5 years has ruined this place for me. :( read more

I have been to this salon multiple times in the past and I have loved having Heidi do my nails, she truly has always done amazing and exactly what I've asked for (hence the two stars) however I have recently started going to Temptation Nails and I am now a regular there. Temptation had ended up closing down for a week to get their flooring redone and I was in desperate need for a fill so I decided to revisit an old favorite of mine... Krazy Nails. Since it was last minute I did not have time to schedule with Heidi. I ended up getting a middle aged women, probably in her mid 40's, she gave me the worst service I have possibly ever gotten at any establishment. The fill took over an hour and a half, not to mention that she did exactly nothing that I asked for and I had tried multiple times to inform her that she wasn't doing what I was asking for. Not to mention I had a small cut in my finger and pointed that out to her... and she proceeds to put acetone in it. She also was using the electric file on my skin which caused my finger to bleed. I could list 100 other problems with my visit. Overall not satisfied what so ever with this women and if I ever return in the future it will be for only Heidi. read more

Seriously, DONT COME HERE. I called and specifically asked if I would have to wait if I came in because I'm on a time crunch. The man said I can come in with no wait. I get there, wait 5 minutes before someone acknowledged me, and they finally have me sit in a chair after my color was picked. 30 minutes later I said SCREW IT and walked out! Thought I'd try a new place out usually go across the street but are usually really busy. I walked in here with no wait, and was escorted to a chair after picking my color. I was so excited to be in and out quickly! Well... I have been sitting in the chair with my feet in hot water for an hour and have yet to have anyone come talk to me or tell me when they would start. The massage chair at least works like a dream, hoping once I'm out of here it will be worth the $25 for a basic pedicure. read more

Have been going here for the last 3 years, and always had good, friendly service. Today I went in for a manicure with my daughter, and the lady who did mine, did a terrible job. I didn't notice until she was finished (I get a regular manicure w/clear polish) that my nails were uneven, dirty underneath 3 of them, and the skin around the cuticle looked as if I chewed on them! The manager (or the owner) was kind enough to redo my manicure, after I showed them to him. My issue...... the woman who did the terrible job, was extremely rude and was definitely talking crap about me to her work mates there, and they were all giving me looks and giggling, very unprofessional and extremely rude. She did an awful job on my nails, a paid service out of my pocket, and has the nerve to act as though I was rude or did something wrong. Not sure I'm going to return my business to them ever again. This is common I'm sure, but all it takes is one bad customer service experience and I'm done, ready to move on to a new place. read more

I've been going to this salon for the last 18 months and today was the worst experience I have EVER had at a salon. The person that did my nails obviously wasn't experienced in acrylics and wanted me to do gel-I don't like gel. Instead of just doing what the customer wanted or admitting she wasn't experienced with acrylics she complained about me to all the other staff in vietnamese. How I know this is they all came over, glanced at my nails, and commented again in Vietnamese. I don't need to know the language to understand the tone and attitude towards me. If I could give this place no stars I definitely would. I had the worst experience here ever and I'm not a picky person what's so ever! I've heard some good things about this place and I wanted to check it out. I wish I never did! I believe I got the owner and I thought it was going to be an amazing service he was fast to set me down. I simply asked him for white coffin shaped nails and some how I ended up leaving with white squared nails!!! They were terrible! That was not what made this experience bad!! He was in the hurry the whole time answering calls and getting up and leaving every 10 mins! He switched me over to another man for literally a couple minutes and then back to him. I hate when nail salons are not fully upfront about their cost or each add on. Don't just do extra and surprise your customer at the end with the total. Went to crazy nails today and left with no nail polish on. I usually always make appts because this place can get busy. I picked a color I liked in a picture and she got the polish and I told her it didn't look right but she assured me after a few coats it would look the same. After doing so the color looked brown and I didn't like it. She told me I could come the next day but I explained to her that I couldn't. Long story short I left with no nail polish on because they claimed they didn't have time. I schedule a full set and change of toe polish. So I don't know how they would've even been able to get my toenail polish done if they didn't have time to put nail polish on. I like how Vivian does my nails and have been very patient with them when they are busy and I make appointments and have to sat for an hour to hour and a half to be seen. But I was very upset because I have been very patient every single time I come in they were going to let me leave with no nail polish on and no discount for not putting nail polish. Great shop usually but if you don't like to wait longer then normal and don't want to possibly leaving without full service you may want to try a different place. I have been going here for about 6 months. I really was happy with the salon until the last theee visits and today was my deciding factor if I would return. Three visits back I got gel and by the next morning the gel was lifting off my thumb nail. Two visits back I was pleased when I left with my SNS dipped nails however, about 3 days later my nails had a brown film over them that looked like I was a heavy smoker. I do not tan in a tanning bed so that was not the cause however I am in the sunshine but I have NEVER in 15 plus years of getting my nails had this happen from the sun. When I went today I brought it to her attention and she said maybe it was the wrong top coat and we would try another one. No discount was offered. The decision of not returning to the salon was made at my visit today. The lady doing my nails got up to answer the phone or greet clients 8 times before I became so discussed and mad I stopped keeping track! Time is valuable to everyone and it was extremely rude that she continued over and over to get up. Just my thoughts. Unfortunately, I won't be back! read more

Went in and the place was busy. I wouldn't get my nails done where there were dirty massage chairs. They told me to pick a color and the man gestured for me to sit at the seat while the he got the manicurist. He didn't even put a plastic wrap in the bowl and run the water before he walked away. What did he expect me to do? Sit in a dirty chair and put my feet in an empty bowl? Never has that happened to me. The chair was stained and dirty. I just left my nail polish there and left. I was out here visiting my family and had to get my nails done before going back to LA for work. So I chose to go here because of ratings on Yelp but their first impression was NOT their best! I showed him a photo of how I wanted my nails to be shaped and he said okay. So he starts to shape them and they look okay I just tell him I want the sides to be a little more defined and he says okay. I should have been paying attention the second time around because I looked down and my nails were soo narrow. He then asks me if that is okay and I tell him no I didn't want it to be that narrow. After this he backs up from the table, throws his stuff down and yells "I'm done!". I asked him why he had such an attitude with me telling him it was too narrow when he asks me if that's how I wanted it? He said first I told him more defined so that's what he did and now it's too much. I said yes I said more defined not more narrow. I start to leave and the owner tells me not to leave and that someone else will take care of me. She did the best she could so I tipped her for that and she was very nice.... In all my life I have NEVER seen a nail tech just walk away from a customer like this. It's also the next day and my nail beds are sore from him filling them down so much. If I ever have to visit Arizona again I will make sure my nails are done before hand! This is completely unacceptable service. DO NOT go here for a full set! read more

I came in for a pedicure at 10:30. She sat me down right away and turned the water on. The older gal who was going to do the pedicure say down and told me to put my feet in the water. The water was so scorching hot it brought tears to my eyes. I told her it was way to hot and she laughed at me. I was mortified. She burned me with water about 3 times and by then I was not going to tip. I just wanted to leave. So after finishing, the host lady was doing someone else's nails, so my lady was charging me out. I was going to tip small because of what had occurred and she asked if I wanted to be charged the tip on my card. I said no, and after I signed the receipt, she put her hand out EXPECTING MY CASH TIP! I asked if she had change for a $20 bull. She said yes, so I handed it to her and she didn't give me any change back. I said excuse me, I asked for change back. She clearly didn't understand what I was saying so she asked the lady doing someone else's toes what I meant. I finally just asked for my money back, she slapped it in front of me, and I walked out. Sky at this location was simply phenomenal in his customer service delivery. This was my first time and for sure, this place will be my go-to. Sky and everyone else exuded genuine warmth and friendliness. it's super impressive watching the way the technicians took care of the customers walking through the door and everyone seem to leave happy. From my personal experience, Sky showed genuine interest in my satisfaction and took the time to understand what I was looking to get done, and he far exceeded my expectation.
