Where do I start? We purchased our new home at the end of last year, based on Yelp reviews I had Eduardo come out to give me an estimate for a yard clean up. $600 later the yard looked much better and he assured me all my plants had irrigation and that we would wait to Spring to begin yard service. Spring approached and he came out again to do some work on my irrigation, much more affordable than some of the larger companies I called. Later I realized all my aloe plants were turning brown and the centers of the plants had died. I had Eduardo come back out where he informed me those plants did not have irrigation, obviously annoyed, he added the irrigation to them (the center of the plants never came back, they are still dead, the outter leaves are starting to come back and turn green). I also stated that I wanted my grass to be green, it was very brown. He said they would fertilize it, etc. to get it going. Later we started yard service with KO's, mainly because I thought his prices were good ($65 every other week) and they provided decent service even though it was clear there were some communication issues. By this point Summer was approaching, my plants were blooming and flowering, things looked great, but my yard was still brown. Turns out they never did the fertilizer, once I inquired, he said they would need to up the water/irrigation on the yard because of the heat and that they would in fact fertilize. This did help, but I was bothered because I feel like my lawn service should be telling me these things in foresight, not telling me they would work on it and not following through or waiting for me to notice the problem and then them backtracking. Also, they were supposed to reseed the lawn and completely missed that window, so I still have big patches in my yard where no grass will grow, apparently I'll have to wait til the Fall for this. When things were starting to look nicely, plants flowering, etc. one day I come home and everything had been cut back. I called him and stated I NEVER wanted the flowers trimmed off or cut back. Fast forward one month, finally blooming again, I come home and they were all cut off again. I was not happy. Everyone else in my neighborhood had blooms, but us. Now here I am having to wait another month for flowers. There were other issues, the crew not coming on the right day, leaving my pool a mess with debris, Eduardo telling me he would come on a certain day or time and not showing. We also had an issue with a potted plant. They were supposed to plant a palm in a particular place (centered), Eduardo actually placed the pot where the plant was supposed to go and his guys planted it a foot to the right. We literally pulled it out of the ground and replanted it in the correct place, I will say they did not charge us for that which I appreciated. Bottom line, KO's biggest problem is the communication. There is none, you can speak to Eduardo, but half the time he forgets and you have to remind him or it doesn't translate correctly to his crew, or a completely different crew comes out the next time and has no idea. I want my lawn service to be proactive, someone that tells me what needs to be done, not me asking them all the time and having to play catch up. If your plants and grass are dying when you have lawn service something is wrong. I have now started with a new guy, recommended by a friend and I have to say it's the same price, even less for fixes on the irrigation, etc. and it is NIGHT AND DAY. He was here 3x longer than KO's and got EVERY weed, it's perfection honestly and he knows not to cut off my flowers and to let me know if something needs attention before it starts dying, etc. which I obviously appreciate! read more

Never showed up to do the work after a consultation. We discussed trimming back 6 trees and starting service the following Saturday. Saturday came and went with a no show and no communication. read more

Talked with Edwardo about getting some landscaping done. Took a couple days for them to come out and do the estimate, then a couple days to email us the estimate, then contacted them to have the work done and it's been two weeks and haven't heard anything. I get that you might be busy, but common at least put something on calendar! Going with someone else. read more

I am the type of person who will research a company/person till the ends of the earth before I hire them, so naturally I did the same with KO's landscaping. We have had Eduardo and his team work on our yard for a couple of months now and couldn't be happier. They are very professional and we absolutely love their work. Our yard is always looking pristine and he charges very reasonably. He and his team just put in plants into our backyard to make it more lush and it is beautiful! We had the most horrendous backyard when we bought the house including a weed jungle that could rival with the greenery of the Amazon as well as a poor excuse of a sectioned "grassy" area that resembled more like an abandoned putting green in the middle of the the yard. On top of that we had a drip irrigation that was more temperamental than a hormonal teenager. Needless to say, he fixed all that hot mess and made it look wonderful. Furthermore, he always comes on time and very thorough with his work. Don't look any further, I promise you KO is really as good as the reviews state. I wouldn't know what to do without Eduardo and his team (we probably would be living in what looks like a ghetto abandoned mini golf course in the middle of the jungle?). read more

KO sent us a personalized letter because they serviced our property for the previous owners. So we scheduled an appointment for maintenance and design work, but no one showed up. I scheduled another appointment and Eduardo came out, talked about options and took measurements. He promised a quote within a couple of days. It's been over a week and we haven't heard a peep. We called the office and left voicemail 4 days ago, but calls have not returned. They've wasted my time. read more

The work was done months ago, but the irrigation system they installed malfunctioned. Eduardo came the next day to fix it. I appreciate a company that guarantees their work, without making me chase them down. I will continue to tell everyone about the great work they do. read more

I've worked with KO's twice now and had a great experience both times. Our backyard was in pretty rough shape when we bought our house, but Eduardo and his team have done a lot to improve it. Last weekend they installed a curbing border in the backyard to contain the lawn and it looks incredible! It was also done fast and Eduardo was able to accommodate our work schedule and get it done on a Saturday. We got multiple quotes on our cleanup work, and KO's was easily the most reasonable. I look forward to using KO's for many years as we continue to improve on our landscape. read more

These guys are great! Edwardo is VERY responsive! They have been doing our landscaping for a couple years now and we have been very pleased. We had a water leak once and I called Edwardo and he came out the same day to fix it! They do a wonderful job, I highly recommend them!! (Our property is in Mcdowell Mtn Ranch in Scottsdale) read more

Eduardo's crew did an excellent job shaping our date trees, tangerine tree and lime tree as well as all bushes throughout the property. Overall excellent yard clean up and a few drip system repairs. Would highly recommend KO's landscaping. read more

They do a great job!!!! Initial cleanup was fantastic and the upkeep has been good service. The landscaping and yard has never looked better! read more

We have hired Ko's to do our yard twice a month. They have been at our home 3 times already and every time they have done an amazing job. They are very thorough and professional all at a great price. read more

Did what they promised, quickly and at a good price. I had a cactus removed.

Eduardo is awesome and so professional! We hired KO for a yard clean up and biweekly maintenance. Their prices are very reasonable and response time for questions is less than 24 hours even on the weekends! read more

Ko's Landscaping provided great service. They took care of our home while it was on the market and we had left the state. It's not easy to find a landscaper you can trust to do the job well each time when you're not around. They trimmed trees, removed debris, and maintained the yard. read more

First off, I got estimates through the Yelp app from 6 different companies. These guys were by far the best deal. Scheduling process was pleasant as they sent me an email with all the pertinent details. I needed an overgrown tree trimmed and thinned out, and the workers took their time and made it look great again. Before leaving, they made sure I was happy with the outcome (I was very happy), and they cleaned up all the debris perfectly. I will certainly be calling on them again the next time I need work done in my yard! read more

I would NOT recommend this company and will never use them again. Their scheduling department is horrible, they cannot even get the appointments correct for their "customers" who are on a bi-weekly or monthly service with them! I had to call and remind them two different times that they did not show up on the day they were supposed to and I still paid for one of those services after they came on a different day. Then, yes it gets worse, I was verbally quoted one price for bi-weekly services, then received a bill for nearly double that and they argue with me that they misspoke but it was in the written notes they provided to their billing department but NOT ME the customer?! I would rather pick up a person holding a sign that says "will work for food/money" and they'd do a better job. Even the landscaping crew - only spends an hour max at your house regardless of the size and they don't do what you ask them to do or they only do half the work. read more

I cannot say enough about Eduardo and this company. I called them in to tackle the job of my back patio and front yard. They not only were quick, courteous and affordable but they also helped to take care of a nasty weeds. If you need yard work done or amazing work for your home, I would recommend KO's Landscaping. They are a wonderful company and very affordable. Great service and trustworthy! read more

I called on a Tuesday. The front yard was landscaped on a Friday. Amazing Work! Courteous and extremely affordable. I highly recommend their service! read more

I hired KO's Landscaping to treat the weeds at my business which is a large construction yard, primarily dirt. After hiring two other landscaping companies and being thoroughly disappointing with their work and professionalism, I am extremely happy I called Eduardo at KO's. He came out the same day to look at our property and send me a quote. They performed the work the same week, showed up on time and did EXACTLY what I had been wanting. It amazes me how hard it is to find a good landscaping company but if you have struggled like I have, I definitely recommend giving KO's a call. read more

I search Yelp for most of my services that I get done. I needed to get a river rock bed put into my front yard, and I was looking for someone to do it. I was quoted an absurd amount by another company, and I came across KO's Landscaping on Yelp, as it was the only one listed as "open" early Saturday morning. If you have landscaping needs, do not look any further. I could not be more impressed with Eduardo and his team at KO's. He came out to my house within two hours to give me an estimate, he told me exactly what I needed to be done, came on-time the day of the install and it looks fantastic. The clean-up job was also great. They did the whole job in the amount of time it took my wife to shop at Costco. You will not be disappointed in choosing KO's. 5 stars for professionalism, communication, and most importantly for the actual job itself! read more

Eduardo was really sweet over messaging. I was quoted almost three times what others quoted me. Upon leaving I was asked my price range. It really felt like the typical used car salsesman ritual. read more

I contacted KO landscaping. Edwardo came out to my house and I told him what I wanted, rock and a concrete slap. He told me he would follow up with an email quote I never received quote, I called three times to get a quote after he came to look at my yard. When I called I was promised a call back each time and I never received promised call or email. I have a small yard. I'm guessing they just didn't think it was worth the time, I would have appreciated a communication of non interest and not just empty promises that Edwardo would respond. I was willing to spend at least $1,600 up to 2,500 just wanted my backyard to be nice. If you have small jobs this is not a company for you. read more

Great landscaping company! I would highly recommend them. They went above and beyond what was asked of them to do on our yard. Very conscientious and excellent workmanship! Great pricing, nice guys....Great company! read more

KO's just did a bunch of landscaping in our front yard. The crew was very professional and did great work. Eduardo was great about keeping us updated on the progress and their plan to finish the project. Highly recommend them! read more

We had an ugly dirt backyard that needed fixing desperately. KO Landscapers to the rescue! They kept to the schedule and were priced well. Eduardo was professional and kept us updated along the way. He listened to all our crazy ideas and helped us come up with a great plan for our back yard. We would recommend KO to anyone. read more

I had a great experience with this company! Hired them to do a cleanup on yard. I had gotten behind, weedeater had broken, so it had quickly become a mess, and more than I wanted to tackle personally. Thought prices were very reasonable, and they did SUCH a good job. Hired them after that to come weekly for maintenance...first time I've done that - just too much on my plate to keep doing it myself. They are very professional, nice and yard looks amazing. They are very detail oriented. They even really blow off the patio. Saves me from sweeping and looks so clean after they are here. Sounds little, but the people they hire at my work - lawn debris always is scattered on the porch requiring me to vacuum each time they leave. Just plain extra work that a blower could do in a few seconds. Anyways, I appreciate the job they do, it's been a really great experience so far, and highly recommend them! read more

KO Landscape (Eduardo) is just simply as good as it gets. You can set your watch on his arrival. Most dependable service I've ever had. His work is beautiful. My home's landscaping is perfectly maintained. I've used them for 3 or 4 years. I give them the highest recommendation possible for your landscape or maintenance needs. You will never be disappointed. read more

KO's did a great job cleaning up my yard including removing two prickly pears and a small palm tree, and trimming two large palm trees with multiple years of growth. Eduardo gave me an estimate on Tuesday and the work was done on Friday -- I really appreciated the quick service. read more

KO's Landscaping did an amazing job on my yard. I'm very happy with the cost and end result. I would definitely recommend this company!!

My husband and I got 4 different bids on our landscaping for our back yard. Eduardo's bid came in at the best price and they were able to start pretty quickly. They showed up on time every day and worked very hard. Eduardo called, came and finished when he said they would. They extended our patio with pavers. They built us a fire pit and did our curbing. It turned out awesome and we couldn't be happier. Definitely would recommend KO's Landscaping, Eduardo and his crew are very hard workers and take pride in they're work. read more

They did a great job with the trees and the bushes clean up. Eduardo was prompt on getting the estimate and kept to it.
