We finally go up since our timer says 'almost done'. And she hands us the drink that has been sitting there for 10 minutes while other names have been called. Why have a screen with a timer if it's not accurate or the employees aren't using it? She turns to remake my daughter's drink - I would have been happy with an apology, but no one offered it. I was shocked when she remade it, it took 30 seconds! Then why the long wait times? Something is not right with the customer experience for $8 drink and given there are a dozen boba shops on just that block, I don't think we'll be back.
