It was basically a soft serve - which I'm saying as a matter of fact, not in a bad way. We just tried the Hokaido milk flavor and really enjoyed it. There are three sizes but only two prices are listed which correspond to the two smaller sizes. If you order a large, be prepared to pay a price that isn't even listed on the menu. If you would like to try a swirl, there is an additional charge. Is it the same across all three sizes though? That's unclear. The quality of the ice cream was so delicious and the texture is perfect. The store has such an unassuming white and glass façade that we almost walked past it if it weren't for the indigo cow sign.
