I've come here a few times over the years, and I have repeatedly had problems. I typically ask for the meat on the side, and there's about a 50/50 chance it comes on top. They also messed up my order several times, and there's a chance they refuse to replace it (even if the receipt item doesn't match with what they gave me). I do not blame the cashiers or workers for this because I've ordered with several of them and had the exact same issues. This is a management-level problem. Most recently, they charged me for something I didn't order and said they were unable to do a partial refund. I told them that I didn't order the item and didn't want it, and they told me that a refund wasn't possible, so they gave me the item and a bonus soda. I appreciate the attempt to make up for it, but it just isn't enough. Why am I forced to buy something I didn't want? It also didn't even taste good. I can understand making a mistake every once in a while, but this is excessive. I won't be coming back to eat here again, and I can't recommend this place to anyone.

Okay. Then after 50 minutes I went up again to ask of the status. This time I was told it was almost done. At the end it did take an hour to receive our food

Ambiance was pretty modern with the design of the booths and the decor. There was a side dish station as well that had a decent amount of variety to grab and go. Our waiter was relatively attentive and while the water was slow to refill, we overall had a solid experience. Thanks, Gen!

K-BBQ always a yes for me!!…read more We came here for Thanksgiving and it was cool since no dishes needed to be cleaned, no groceries, no cooking, no prepping... sometimes you just need to take a break. It wasn't crowded at all when we came at 1pm. We had a party of 6 and the booth fit us comfortably. On a holiday, each person was $31.95. If you wanted to upgrade to the premium which had the waygu and more it was an additional $20 and that means each person would need to pay the same price so we opted out of the premium and it was a great choice since everything was delicious. So you get to select 4 meats at a time and then your sides. And of course the complimentary items like Kimchi, Radish, their own style of Mashed Potaotes. My favorites: - Pork belly (all different flavors) - for the plain pork belly dip it in the sesame sauce and salt so yum - Bulgogi - Shrimp with the heads Sides: - Japchae - Corn Cheese - make sure to heat it up on the grill before eating - don't make my mistake lol - I love steamed egg and they didn't have it so that's why they didn't get 5 stars from me - Of course white rice Dessert was the Hotteok - really good! Note: You cook your meats (not like Cast Iron which I prefer who cook it for you) and each time our 4 meats are done they would give us a new pan to grill. Be careful with the carbs... you easily can get full. Enjoy your meal ours was yummy and hit the spot.

It's also hard to find Jjamppong in this area so I was glad to try this dish for the first time here. Service: attentive and welcoming staff! Food came out quickly Jjamppong- huge portion size, wonderfully chewy noodles, packed with veggies and seafood Soondubu- filled with seafood and came with fluffy rice I'd love to comeback for the kbbq because they use briquettes instead of gas to power the grills

I would order this again. 3-Beef Tongue - This was not marinated but still was good with the sauces that was provided. 4-Bool Go Gi - Of course always liked this marinated beef slices 5-Job Che - Vermicelli Noodles - This was just okay, because I make better and tastier at home. Will not be ordering this next time. 6-Ebi sushi - taste like all other Ebi 7-Dobiko sushi - taste like all other Dobiko/Tobiko We were so disappointed that they didn't have UNI, Green Tea Ice Cream (we always look for this in a Japanese/Korean Restaurant. Of course, this was more Korean, but they had it in their Menu) I chose this Korean Restaurant over another Korean in Edison because it was Charcoal BBQ and I saw UNI (so, it's kill two birds in one). Of course in any Korean Restaurant, I always look for their Banchan - it was so delicious. Services - Staff were all so friendly, gave us fast, attentive service. Ambiance - Came in around 4pm for early dinner. There was one other table with 4 people who just finished their lunch and left after a few minutes. Place was clean and we were seated right away in the back (since we were actually the first for dinner time) for the BBQ table which was the second table by the wall near the kitchen. I forgot to take pictures, but it should look like all the other pictures. We would return again when craving Korean. I give 4 Stars only because they didn't have the Uni and Green Tea Ice Cream. Next time I go here, I will try the other foods.

It can get very filling to have both, so come hungry. For korean bbq, I will never say no to a round of brisket and pork belly. The vibe and service here has been consistent. I normally order hotpot and the portions per rounds is decent. I love lamb, pork belly, and any marbled beef option they have. I love the various thinly sliced meat portions for the hotpot and various toppings and additions such as vegetables and fish balls. I go with the tomato soup based as I like the savory, tangy flavor. There is also a mini buffet for sides and an array of sauces to choose from. I like that they guide you in their sauce buffet by the use of photos for the best way to combine all the flavors. I hope to come back!

Staff were super attentive and accommodating - we appreciate the great service on a holiday! Ambiance felt modern and more futuristic - black, sleek counters and tables with K-Pop playing on all the TVs. Food was easy to order with the iPad and came out within a reasonable amount of time post ordering. Food selection was solid - we ended up just getting the hotpot option so we shared all the dishes that came out and put them in our individual pots. Flavors were solid and quality was fine. It was a typical AYCE experience so we left full, but we had a good time. Thanks, KPOT!
